This customer had an appt in 30 minutes but came in early. This customer was moved in front of my car? Wtf. Why? His car was completed 15 minutes before his appt time. My first experience with these folks went as follows: I found them on the Internet. I called and spoke with Thomas. He said he could and would be happy to perform a smog test on my 2004 Ford F350 Diesel Pickup. I arrived slightly early for my scheduled appointment, and I was greeted by Elizabeth in the office. She was incredibly professional and nice. She started the paperwork, and then she actually drove my truck into the bay. Thomas performed the smog inspection and check, and it was done in an extremely quick period of time. I gave these folks 5 stars because they EARNED THEM. Took no longer than 15 minutes total from when I got there without an appointment. Took them 6 minutes to smog my car, just had to wait for a car before me. Super happy/surprised it was so fast!
