One of them walked me to the main office and waiting area. I paid for the smog service in less than 3 mins. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the Smog was finished. Unfortunately carmax lost a sale and a potential customer , whats also weird is I counted 11 people in the show room standing around ( I took a photo but won't post it due to their faces being clear in the photo ) ,, on their phones doing absolutely nothing ! I actually asked what about all these people standing around , and the response I got was they are all with customers lol ,,, their was NO customers with these people , they were on their phones and chatting with each other . I was actually warned about this carmax and told their service is horrible,, guess I found out the hard way . The one star is generous , and only because Ken was helpful.
