I have an appointment at 3 o'clock and they were very timely and started the appointment immediately. So immediate that I felt comfortable on waiting for the service to take place. Ken answers not sure , you still have the same one person in front of you ! We decided to just leave and buy the car elsewhere, Ken was friendly and professional unlike the guy who greeted us . Unfortunately carmax lost a sale and a potential customer , whats also weird is I counted 11 people in the show room standing around ( I took a photo but won't post it due to their faces being clear in the photo ) ,, on their phones doing absolutely nothing ! I actually asked what about all these people standing around , and the response I got was they are all with customers lol ,,, their was NO customers with these people , they were on their phones and chatting with each other .
