The level of compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness here is unmatched. My CRNA listened to every concern I had, and this was by far the best I have ever woken up from anesthesia -- minimal nausea, well-controlled pain, and genuine comfort throughout recovery. Honestly, it made me emotional because you could truly feel how much these people care about their patients. Going into spine surgery could have been such a frightening and nerve-racking experience, but this team turned it into something truly special. Monday, 06/10/2024 I…read morehave to say that Titan PT has so far been nothing but good to me. The first day I met the owner who conducted my initial assessment. He definitely seems to know that he was doing. Oscar and Bethel were the primary people to help me on the phone and email with the paperwork and getting prepared for the sessions. From what I can tell so far, this group is trustworthy and they accepted my own authorization forms in place of their own. They also accommodate me when I am running late, invisible illness and bumper to bumper traffic will do this. To note: an entity is obligated to accept your forms when the consumer/patient supplies them with his/own forms -- *in place of their own. The forms can include anywhere from cancellation policies to HIPAA MANDATES. The consumer/patient is not obliged to sign theirs in addition. So look out for this wherever you go. Entities are not allowed to force you, manipulate you, coerce you into signing theirs in addition. Joelle was the PT that got assigned to me and he spends 45 minutes minimum massaging me after they use a heat pad on me for ten minutes. I usually do exercises before the massage and after massage, they ice me for ten minutes. This kind man massages me so well that every time after, I want to go to sleep! My only feedback would be for everyone to announce their name when they leave voice messages and answer the phone for incoming calls. There is always room for improvement for every group so hopefully pay attention to some of the negative reviews too as there is validity in them and lots of doctors out their pay to remove negative reviews, Healthgrades notoriously being known as one of them to do this. Vitals, share are, etc. Once you find the place, it's easy to find after that. While they are located in the fourth floor, the free parking structure is on the second floor. I would overall highly recommend Titan PT for all the reasons stated above and more. Thank you, Titan! Keep up the fantastic work! Regarding other providers, beware of hardly any negative reviews as the sites are often paid, etc. to remove them. Don't believe everything you hear on the internet. Oftentimes if not always, negative reviews have at least some truth in it. Be suspicious of only positive reviews, esp. if they got posted right after a negative one, got removed, etc...when doctors/providers pay Healthgrades, etc. for a premium subscription, they allow for doctors to hide 3 or more reviews that they dislike. Talk about corruption, hypocrisy, and deceitfulness in the medical field. People tend to go where the money and power are. Don't fall for their any of their tactics. Be wise.

Why 1 ? It is b/c next steps were 2 very expensive & hard to book scans to be able to determine what type of treatment/potential surgery may be needed & that my insurance company needed medical necessity review approval. After call, after call, after call & waiting 2 months to get into the only hospital performing this scan, I needed to know if both scans were necessary to be done. My insurance company could not confirm they would pay for this without this review. I asked his staff to please just coordinate this review call, I provided them with the number & just asked to please communicate back. They said they called but didn't have any clear answers. I asked again, can Dr S confirm & need both scans? That call never came & I had to cancel scans I waited months to try to get. To say the staff has zero concern or care about their patients is an understatement. I am now back to square one & needing to find another Dr.

The front office almost never answered the phone, and when they finally did, I was hung up on mid-scheduling. Because it was so strange, I went in person. It only got more bizarre. The front desk staff didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge the phone issue, and acted irritated that I was even there. I walked in politely and was met with hostility. I was given multiple contradictory excuses for why I couldn't be scheduled -- that I was a new patient (I wasn't), that my referral wasn't authorized (it was), and that she was "training someone all day." None of it made sense. Eventually, the staff member literally scampered out of the building in the middle of our conversation, saying she "had to go to the other office," for no apparent reason lol...leaving me standing there with no explanation or path forward. The trainee didn't even know her name. I asked for her name very calmly, and the same calm cadence I had maintained the entire time... and she genuinely did not know the name of the person who had "been training (her) all day". Oh boy. I've been to clinics with far fewer resources that operated with more professionalism, clarity, and basic courtesy. Whether they had an attitude or hated their job or not things get done -- and I will say I haven't always had the best demeanor never rude never unkind, but I have been my own kind of frustrated or discard told in the past I'm sure, but in this case not at all not whatsoever, I couldn't have been more neutral, and by the book, as far as everything I had for the appointment prepared, and as, as I was given the fact that I had to go in person just to reach someone after over a month of Weight time from this Referal, that everyone knows in this situation takes quite a while, and clearly in this situation specifically, this Referal was a physical therapy one which indicates some sort of physical discomfort, injury, etc., which I don't feel I need to even explain here nor there it's insane even writing this right now is giving me war flashbacks. This was genuinely one of the strangest and most stressful interactions I've ever had in any medical setting. Now that I think about it, I think she ran out of the office and made up a reason because she didn't want the other people in the waiting room to hear the insanity. What was going on on her part it was probably embarrassing, even though you wouldn't know it because she seemed so bothered and disgusted with me for even having the nerve to come into the office (or her home??) you truly would've thought that I had barged in during the middle of an important personal meeting or celebration or something. It was the strangest reaction I've ever had from an office staff member .. If you're seeking physical therapy because you're injured or trying to heal, the last thing you need is added stress. Based on my experience, please run from this office. I hope management takes accountability, but until then, please be cautious choosing care here. If you want to see for yourself, just try giving them a call-- you won't be able to reach anyone though and if you do, I'm sure you will be met with some debilitating or frustrating scenario to follow. In the weeks that I received "care", not a single smile was ever seen or offered from any member on staff whether they were behind a desk or working one on one. Speaking with someone over the phone is also unpleasant. Since the pool is always packed with patients and therapists, I witnessed this not just for myself but for others too. You're made to feel like garbage from the moment you step into the facility until you leave. Care is given so begrudgingly. I can only imagine that from the top down, working conditions are so poor that the staff take out their frustration on the patients. This review is specifically for complete pt pool and land therapy on motor in Culver City. I usually only give good reviews when I come to yelp because I only want to point out the excellence of businesses, but as stated above, I really appreciate the facilities and the physical program that was executed, just not the way I felt with every interaction with staff.
