First and foremost, CASH ONLY. Don't be embarrassing like me and only have credit. Fortunately, he let me drive over to the bank to grab the remainder. Sooooo, why'd I need to stop by? My lil jalopy got a tiny tear between two of the perforated holes back in Feb and I chose to ignore it cause who cares, right?? Welp, that became a big ol' tear over the course of 7 months and it started stabbing my tush-- time to figure out how to get it fixed cause yoowch! Dealer wanted 1100 to replace the drivers seat. Nope nope nope. Reached out to OVU via Yelp and they got back to me within an hour quoting 185ish for the central panel replacement. Brought it by a couple days laterfor a more formal estimate and color matching and Gus suggested the entire leather of the lower seat for 240 so I proceeded. He got the leather that day and matched the sizing of the upholstery (fun fact: he was working on a Mercedes at the time and made note that the big holes in the sample he brought by for the perforation doesn't match so he'd get the smaller size ones for Lexus). Came by the next morning and 3.5 hours later I had a perfectly matched seat that no longer poked me! He also fixed the hole I created from digging my heels (w my heels) into the carpeted mats haha. So glad that's over and now the hole is patched. Eerily symbolic. A couple of things to note: there's not a ton to do in the area and nowhere to sit so bring a laptop and head to the nearby STarbucks to kill time. There's a movie theater in that same plaza where the SB is if you're into that but there's not much of a selection of you're dropping off in the morning. I didn't Uber anywhere cause the SB was just .2 away.. it's not exactly the best place to be walking the streets as a female so just get an uber read more

A little background. I have a Mercedes Metris cargo van and wanted to create a weekender/sleeper van but also keep he ability to use the van to haul stuff when needed. This turned out to be a big challenge for me as most van outfitters offer only to permanently install a system with lots of heavy wood, a kitchen, stove, and charge loads of money. I really did not have a budget but did not want to spend $30k on a van that only cost me $20k to purchase. So, after my exhaustive search of over a year to find the right partner to help me, I did a last-ditch Craigslist search for "Sprinter seats," and found the listing for OK Van. I could not be happier that I found them. Gustavo and Gus at OK Van were very patient with me. My worry was that I would not get a bed/back seat that would not be removable. Then I called Ok Van, Gus answered and gave me a stellar quote, I didn't even haggle I was so happy with their offer! Gus is super nice, super easy to work with. He had a design for my seats in mind but I went to his shop and told him I found a design I'd like him to copy. He worked with me and figured out how to make it. The seats came out looking gorgeous! PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING: First of all I contacted them for swivel seats over 3 months ago. They kept delaying the seats and I'm bot even mad at that because I understand stuff happens. But this is where they lost me as a customer and also lost all my respect. The day I tell them I coming in to get the seat installed they tell me they are going to have to charge me an extra $60 to install because of a wire the have to extend. I then ignore them and don't reply because I was pretty pissed off because I had to wait 3 months and then as I am ready to go they pull something so sketchy like that. They then reply and tell me they can do it for $65. I refused and now will go with a professional company who has a set rate that won't change. Then he went down to $55. Insane, that he couldn't keep his word of $40 to install as promised. Instead they get a bad review and loses out on a repeat customer. I was going to buy 2 seats, and also have them redo the inside of thevan. Hope that $15 was worth it. read more

I have a 1992 BMW E30 Convertible that needed a new rear window and I wanted it tinted. They knocked it out in a day and the price was great compared with the other quotes I got. Also, the others I talked to would not do the window without replacing the whole top because it was the stock top from 1992. Gustavo even repaired some of the old stitching in the top while he had it off and then would not let me pay him for the extras. The work is great the prices are fair. I will be back. :) read more

Needed some interior work done on this van that I just got. I called up Gus and he immediately responded and started working on my van right away. Within the same week they got my flooring done with really nice hardwood maple that matched what I had already and the driver and passenger area reupholstered with leather, also got some captain chairs and curtains installed. We scheduled an appointment wiith him 2 weeks before, we called him over the phone and he confirmed the appointment and we drove 2 hours trip just to get there on time..and guess what he told us when we got there??
