Both Eric and Matthew were excellent communicators and after reviewing options we settled on a solution that I would supply OEM manufactured seat covers and they would do the installation. He also took the liberty to swap out another panel! So now I have 3 panels that don't match the rest of the interior. I've had another car upholsterer fix the faux leather before and they matched the color perfectly, so he might not have all the materials he needed to do the job right. When I pointed out the mistake, he was rude and told me to leave without paying him if I didn't like the work before he retreated to his office. I wish he would've offered to fix his mistake. The stitching was great, just the color was wrong. So, if you wanna save some money definitely go here, but MAKE SURE he confirms the color and panels with you before he starts the work.
