I called corporate and they tell me it is not their policy to rebate, they turned the issue over to Jeremiah who called and said we don't do rebates or refunds. I told him I was going to take him to court, he said have to hang up now. I believe this is a shady location and that is how they show a profit, keep people's money. Please do not sure this location. Three days later I get a big transaction on my credit card, I get a call from the office saying I owed more money. I ended up paying an extra $60 dollars for what they had an excuse for. Therefore I wasn't honored what my discount was supposed to be on top of other fees that I shouldn't have had to pay. Other than that the truck I rented was a good size. The ramp was a big help in moving. The truck was also clean and ready to go when I needed to pick it up. I have rented many times before. I just wasn't to happy with this location.

Based on how it was handled, it felt like this may have been a known issue, but it was brushed off. When I returned the RV, I was 10 minutes late and was charged a $50 late fee. I also saw a sign in their office offering free generator hours or miles for leaving Yelp/Facebook reviews, which made me question the review process.
