I will say that the check-In process got a little chaotic because we were originally being helped out, but because the box truck didn't have a fire extinguisher inside, it delayed us since they apparently needed to install it. When it was ready, it took a while for us to get it since other customers were inside at the time (who arrived afterwards) and were being assisted. The truck was perfect (size-wise) for the move however our two main complaints were that the AC/Heater system was not working properly. The GMC would turn hot and cold at random times and the settings on the dashboard didn't work as it was supposed to. This truck was fairly brand new so we weren't sure how that was the case honestly. The other issue we didn't like was that the truck has a governor that only allows a max speed of about 74 MPH. When driving across country on highways with speed limit signs of 75 and 80, this made it difficult at times to pass 18 wheelers when going downhill because the truckers would glide downhill using their momentum while my foot would be all the way down on the gas pedal, but often be slower than the big rig. This would piss drivers off behind us, and I had no control over it. Truck was clean and did it's job, but because of a few things that we did t enjoy, we would still consider using a different truck or company.
