Very displeased customer. I had no choice but to accept this auto insurance when getting my new car off the lot on an early weekend. When the time came unfortunately for me to have to use them to file a claim, they were very unreceptive. It took me over three weeks before someone reached out to me about my claim, and when they did they were very rude and unhelpful. I have never had an auto insurance company be so insensitive towards business. I had to pay out of pocket and fix my own car without anything to do with them. This insurance company is a big fraudulent scam. The business has been sending me texts and email spam and telemarketing calls for a year, regardless that I always request to be taken off the marketing list. They are so hard up for your business that if you give them any personal information even for a quote you'll be harassed with unwanted communications until you change your contact information. Even then they will find you and start spamming you again. It's a nightmare! AVOID like the plague! This is one of those companies that will gladly take your money, but it'll be like pulling teeth when you need to collect a claim. Beware! I had an existing policy for my daughter and needed to add a new car to be purchased. I was quoted a "premium rate" for this addition. I processed this payment via credit card. When the car purchase fell through just 24 hours later, I needed to cancel the new car addition. Calle's insurance then disclosed to me that $300 of the "premium rate" I paid was actually a NON-refundable fee for their services. This fee was NEVER disclosed in our initial conversation. It literally took them minutes to add the new car to the policy and process my credit card payment. Instead of processing the requested refund in the same manner, they will keep my money for weeks while they "process" the refund. Their rate quote practices are deceptive and misleading. read more

I do not recommend this insurance agency to anyone whatsoever I had the worst experience with them I added a vehicle in which they charged me $400 for a renewal fees etc while letting me know there were a direct infinity agent and not an authorized representative. I called to get an insurance quote for my Honda accord. I spoke to Jesse over the phone and he offered me a rate I felt was too high so I told him I would keep looking around. After that he became pushy and even offered to lie on my policy to get me a cheaper rate. He called it the "marriage discount". I felt he was super aggressive and unprofessional. Their Agent/ Brokers "Calles Auto Insurance" have been ongoing misleading with their information with starting off with their quotes and what they actually charged my card to wrong data entry on whose covered in my family , and to how much coverage I had. And now to even sending me to collection ? Sending me to collection for $142.00 !? For what if I payed a huge chunk ($1,200 for 3 vehicles their broker fees were the most expensive like $450) in the beginning because according their broker It included the first, and last month of insurance.. mind you I only had their terrible service for a month AND I called to verbally cancel and spoke with their representatives. So how do I possibly have a balance ?? everything about them is terrible and a legal SCAM ! And having an Incompetent staff doesn't help . This is such a sketchy, dishonest business. At first I was excited because it was the cheapest rate I could find. All other places were offering me $125 and Calles quoted me under $100 bucks. But the more I asked questions, the more I realized how scammy it was. I spoke to Jessie and he told me he put a few "discounts" in for me including a student discount and a marriage discount. I explained to him that would be lying because I am neither. He said it would be fine as long as I remembered to lie if I ever did a claim. WTH is that??? So I said no, I wasn't down and I was gonna keep looking elsewhere. Then he got super pushy and wouldn't let me get off the phone. I stood my ground and at the end he got real rude and hung up on me. This guys are jokes, they are not insurance they are brokers. Unfortunately I had Insurance with Bristol West and they Calle's Insurance were the one who taking my calls when I have a complaint. I was making payment on auto pay and said that my card payment was declined, and Instead of calling me to let me know that there were an issue with my credit card they just put me a note on my Insurance mobile app 'Insurance pending Cancellation' can guys believe how embarrassing was to me to show my ID card to a cop. I tried many times to call them up and like other worse business I dealt with they were just passing the ball. And no one was able take my payments over the phone. Now you guys understand the old said what you pay is you get! Sometimes is Worth to pay a little extra money on car insurance, but at least you're dealing directly with the insurance.
