I called the number that they gave me and then they put me on hold came back onto the phone after five minutes and said hello and then that's it. I had to tell the guy that I was requesting a quote because I have received a text message from them . And without a word, he puts me on hold and I stayed on hold for another 15 minutes. They never answered the phone back so I hung up. Just on reviews loan for this insurance company was enough to sell me not to get involved. They quoted me a number for my policy. Once I had paid and finished with the signing and paying for the insurance. They requested more docs to honor the pricing already signed and given to me. The manager were hard to reach and didn't not help me at all. They basically wash their hands saying that it was an issue with the insurance company they had assigned me. It was their lack or communication that is now making me pay $90 more a month. They didn't take accountability for their mistake. Once they get your money they will now help you. I'm very disappointed with Adriana's insurance for setting me up with Anchor General Insurance. This insurance was the WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. I had an accident over a month ago and it left my windshield broken and unsafe to drive and advised them as I filed my claim. My claims adjusters name is Carlos Gonzalez. After calling his phone and leaving over 20 voicemails. He has called back once offered to send my car to a auto body shop that is known for stealing peoples engines. I told him I will not allow my car to be sent to that shop and asked for other shops. He said he would call back. Carlos never responded back. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. I made a claim about two months ago because someone hit my car and ran but they are so slow that my car is still yet to get repaired because the only way to get to the agent is email and he barely ever replies to any of the emails I sent. The most suspicious thing is them wanting to cancel the policy right after I made them claim because they did not want to pay for anything, otherwise why would someone cancel. Why would a person pay for insurance every month when the company would not help when we really need help. Good thing I cancelled the insurance and got a much better insurance company. read more

My sister, who is a college student, was just helped at this location. She was helped by a man named Armando. I use the term "help" very loosely because she was about to get rip off! He was patronizing and uninformative of the insurance policy he was offering. They were going to charge her 90 bucks a month for the lowest level of insurance. With a $350 down that included first and last month's premiums plus an initiation fee. Once she told him that it was no-go. He was even more rude. Way unprofessional dude! I don't understand the need for 10 desks if there is only gonna be 1 person working. Minimum wait time is approx 30 mins if your lucky. I used them for a year and I was over paying by $48 a month, funny thing was they I signed up with Geico. Originally I thought Adriana's was gonna be cheaper but they take full advantage of the people they service. They had me pay a huge down payment for my insurance, I feel so stupid now for doing that. Geico didn't charge me anything down and they actually gave me better coverage and free roadside assistance and car rentals. The company's corporate should be looking at all these reviews and do something about it. read more
