If you get through to them there is never anyone there who can help but they will call back, they never do. Next your phone number is then forwarded to an answering services that promises to forward your message to them. I feel so sorry for the answer service ladies! They never call you back LUCKILY, their office is just round the corner from me, looks very inviting, so I decided to pop in. Nope. As soon as you walk through the main entrance it's like a prison. Locked door and ring doorbell that no one responds to. You can see the reception desk, but it's empty as if no-one has ever used it. There's a worn piece of paper on the door listing phone numbers. The first is for the "Call Center". The second is for Kayla 314-473-5087 of His & Hers. It goes to a voicemail not a Kayla though! Initial Review: Thought they did a good job of our new roof. They did a free inspection and got the insurance company to cover the roof. Not long after getting the new roof we started seeing water spots in several different rooms of the house. They did come out a couple of times and blamed the seals on the vents and repaired those. Told us to wait for the next rain and if no more links they'd come and repair the ceilings inside. Since then we finally got some rain and it appears as if 2 of the leaks are still leaking. I've emailed pictures and had a manager call me and promised to be out the next day. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I've called several times and spoke with Eli and he said there's no manager in and they'd call me back. STILL NO CALL! I left a message asking for a manager to call me. STILL NO CALL. Now when I call I get an automated message saying they do not have a voicemail set up, seems I'VE BEEN BLOCKED. So currently I have four rooms with water stained ceilings and at least one of those grows each time it rains.

If I had known so much wood was rotten over the detached garage I probably would have torn it down.

Outstanding service from Eddie…read more OUC notified us we had a leak in our landscape meter. It took Eddie a little time to find it because my valve boxes were not accessible. We installed the system 31 years ago and the St Augustine totally covered them up. He used his expertise to find the problem anyway. We had to dig down 4 inches to get to the valve box and valve that was the problem. Please keep your valve boxes uncovered and it will help Eddie find your problem quickly. We replaced the inside of the valve and extended the valve box to the surface. Now I have to do the same thing to six other zones. Thank you Eddie and On Point Leak Detection.
