Having a German car that I know nothing about, he explained and printed out everything I needed to know about the issues that were occurring. He was more than capable of fixing it but because it was an electrical issue that had a recall, and rather than having us pay for the repair, he referred us to the dealership. Since then, we have been back for my husband's car and again, he was very thorough, explained the issue and was able to properly fix the issue.
