Since the home is only two years old, I didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with the repairs. After looking into several options, we contacted a company called 1800 Water Damage. We wanted the work done quickly before any mold could develop. Even though it was a Sunday, which I thought might make things difficult, the owner, Eddie, came out right away. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with something like this again, but if I ever do, I will definitely reach out to 1800 Water Damage and ask for Eddie owner. Highly recommended.

I have a 15-year-old hide rug that had never been professionally cleaned. Moses and Gustavo showed up right on time, were professional and courteous, and did an outstanding job. The extracted water was literally black. Now the rug is popping and smells incredibly fresh. Highly recommended. The large ones consisted of wool and cotton and were very expensive so we wanted to make sure they were in good hands. (Total: ~$4,200) The smaller ones consisted of wool and jute and were equally expensive and we know that jute is a tricky material to work with. (Total: ~$800) We were also able to get our queen sized bed frame cleaned when they arrived and just had to pay the additional charge. Some places would charge you extra to get last minute additions when they arrive but NY Steamers did not! Meyer was quick to respond to all my questions and so flexible with arranging a time. He was so accommodating and all of his team members were so respectful, informative and friendly! The prices are super reasonable and so I decided to book him again to clean our couch. Second Service: I contacted Meyer to get a quote for our 2 seater and chaise and he responded right away with the price. It was a reasonable deep cleaning price and because I was so in love with the service the first time, we went ahead and scheduled a time for the cleaning. We had scheduled a late afternoon cleaning however the day of Meyer contacted and asked if we can have it earlier. It ended up working better in terms of my schedule! The guy quickly came and settled everything and less than 30 minutes later our couch had 99% of the stains removed! I couldn't be any happier. Every phone call felt like I was speaking a different language and I had no idea what was actually covered versus what I was being told. Finding NYTDR completely changed that experience for me. What I appreciated most was that they approached the situation like people who actually understand how stressful it is to have your home disrupted, not just like another construction job. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. The kitchen now looks better than it did before the damage happened, but honestly the biggest value was having people who knew how to navigate both the restoration side and the insurance side at the same time.
