They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return.
