I was in search of a Panama style or similar men's hat and found an excellent selection. The proprietor was adept at his craft and juggled several customers artfully while moving among his considerable stock of wares. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the place being a bit on a schedule (but then it would have cost me dearly as my wife was eyeing several selections). He was extremely knowledgeable, displayed a high level of expertise with confidence, not arrogance. I really appreciated that. I came in with a problem and was immediately provided and explained options, quoted a more than fair rate and didn't feel haggled or hassled on cheesy up sale techniques. Because of his likability and competency, I took his advice and added a fresh wax. In closing, it's a rarity these days to get high quality service, from people that take pride in their job.
