We got our outfits altered and I am SO extremely happy with how everything turned out. Their daughter was so sweet and said "you look beautiful" when I walked out and my heart swelled up. My boyfriend looks so good in his suits and they provided us with such a great deal and even gave us a additional items on the house! The alterations were perfect and made him look sleek. My dress was perfectly hemmed and sits right above my toes, easy to walk in. They gave him a garment bag, explained how to put it into a suitcase and helped put everything away after he had tried everything on. Always wonderful seeing small family owned businesses succeed and I have already spoken to my boyfriend about buying my wedding dress here when we get married. This is the one stop shop if you have an important event to go to. They have beautiful options and provide wonderful customer service. My husband got his bowtie, shirt, studs, and shoes from Suit Up for our wedding, and they were so helpful throughout the entire process! They special ordered the shoes in his size and had them sent to our door. (I customized them with the rudraksha bead tassels.) Suit Up is such a welcoming place. The first day I got there Sarah was super nice and helpful. I could not find a dress to wear for my cousins wedding and this burgundy dress caught my eye when I was passing through the boutique and I was hoping they would have my size and thankfully they were able to order it. I got my dress altered since it was too long on me and they had the dress ready no later than 3-4 days which I LIKED about the boutique. My boyfriend loved his suit , it was his first time wearing something so fancy and it looked so good on him. He could not find shoes to fit his outfit since he was doing last minute shopping and thankfully Sarah ordered some shoes for him and came it got delivered before the wedding. Absolutely superb, above and beyond customer service! This place saved my bacon, as I was a procrastinating groomsman for a wedding out of state and had waiting until a day before my flight to look into renting a tuxedo. The owner personally took charge, called a tailor at home and brought her in to hem the tuxedo and made sure she had everything in-store for me SAME DAY. I went from no tux to a perfect tux in about an hour. I cannot recommend this place enough, i would have been out of luck if I had gone anywhere else. Thank you again to the lovely owner! I cannot recommend this place enough. This unassuming suit shop in the mall delivers miracles. Well, Sarah does. I was in town for a wedding and a part of the wedding party. On the day of the wedding, I found out my tuxedo had been shipped to the wrong location. Needless to say, I was freaking out. Within 20 minutes, Sarah had me in a full black tux just my size with accessories that matched the wedding colors. I do not know what I would have done without Sarah at Suit Up. If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't say enough about Suit Up. Sarah helped me out from start to finish and made my experience so easy. First getting my measurements for a suit was very quick, literally not even 15 minutes. I just needed something simple yet a little classy and she showed me some options and went with a Michael Kors slim fit suit. After deciding on the suit, I just had to return once closer to the date when I needed it and when it arrived at Suit up. When it arrived I received a call letting me know it was there and when I'm able to go in to try on and see if any adjustments need to be made. Once I went in and tried it on, it fit just perfect from the jacket and down to the shoes. I love that everything that came with the suit, cufflinks and all, even if you don't need something it's all included for the same price which was good. Wedding day came, and I received so many compliments on the suit and how it looked on me, it was really nice to hear and it just made me feel really great. Once the wedding was over I placed the entire suit and accessories back into the large garment bag and dropped it off at Suit Up, it was simple as that. Not that I rent suits often but with the super easy and quick process, cheap rental price, and the outstanding customer service I received, if I ever need to rent a suit...wait not need, but if I ever WANT to rent a suit since I like to be suited up now, I'd definitely go back to Suit Up without a doubt! Went in to Suit Up at the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall and was looking for a custom made slim fit suit, and Sarah was able to assist me in getting exactly what I wanted! Rented a tux from here because i was part of a wedding. Everyone that was part of this wedding was really dissapointed with the outfit. I had to go buy a pair of shoes be because the ones they gave me were ripped. OVERPRICED!!! More expensice than menswear house for really bad quality material. And the custumer service? Had to go in 3 different times just to pick up my suit because the day they told us they were gonna have them they didnt. The lady "helping" me kept making excuses why they didnt have them and when she called the company they order from, it turned out the order was never placed and this was 2 days prior to the event. A summer formal wedding had us headed into Suit Up for a lightweight black suit and all the extras. Company policy for me to wear a coat and tie everyday. Super happy to have found this place with a good selection of men's suits as Men's Wearhouse is just to boring. And the prices here are super good. Lots of decent suits for $199 and lots more at $299. They also have a huge selection of women's formal gowns, prom gowns etc. and tuxedos for men. The gal that helped us out, Sara, was really nice and helpful and is doing alterations on the two suits I bought this weekend. Wouldn't even had known it was there if not for having to go to the Apple store (OMG- one of the most frustrating and dysfunctional consumer experiences I have EVER WITNESSED- complete opposite from Sara's customer service which was excellent!). I got married recently, and Sarah was fantastic in meeting all of our needs. We walked in, and she had tons of choices in suits, for a very reasonable price. My groomsmen were mostly from out of town, and she was incredibly accommodating, shipping the suits out to them so they could try them on, and then shipping replacements if need be, or ordering the more last-minute replacements to the store for pick-up the day before the wedding. Everything was top-notch, the packaging, her communication, and the suits themselves. Sarah's done an incredible job, and she made the wedding planning that much easier, can highly recommend to anyone. read more
