What separates Darbar's chutney from others is the flavor and the thickness (while other restaurants water their chutneys down). This is one example of the attention to details the makes this my go to for this cuisine. The folks working there are friendly and provide good customer service. We tried the Taj Mahal Lager beer, it is very good, a must try. The restaurant is huge, clean, servers are attentive, buffet is well placed and served at ideal temperatures (both hot and cold).
