The pork ribs were awesome! The meat was so tender with a nice char. The extra BBQ sauce on the side was delicious. I chose the regular BBQ sauce but they also had a spicy one , too. I asked for two sides of baked beans and they were the best baked beans I've ever had...so flavorful with a little spicy kick. There was a good size portion of shrimp but I couldn't even get to it because of all the sauce. I tasted hubby's calamari from his taco (he ordered the "mixed tacos", 3 tacos). It was still nice and crispy. He also had the octopus taco and a shrimp taco and he seemed to really like them. I am sorry I can't give you 5 stars Charro Negro and I hate to ruin your 5 star run, but someone needs to ease up on the sauce so that you can actually taste the good quality food that you are preparing.
