What a way to start off Valentine's Day!!! Super Cool spot in Spring Branch...very clean, organized and their Brand is clear. They are unique in that they make their syrups and pastries in house. That's my ultimate favorite non-commercial pastries. They are famous for their sausage rolls and I must say it was Devine:) I got their Hazelnut S'mores latte. Cheddar and chive scone Neapolitan shortbread cookies. Only 5 minutes from me so I shall be back frequently!!!!!

Came by for a cup of coffee and their wonderful Cheese and Chive Scones over here at Spring Branch's number one coffee spot. Shoutout to Yvette for great customer service and for taking great care of me!!! :-)

Location is kinda random, but it's actually not too far from memorial city, if you're in the area. I love a coffee shop that makes their own syrups, so when I saw they make their own GINGERBREAD syrup and was in the area, I had to stop by! I got half sweet, but I think next time I would get regular sweetness to really let the gingerbread flavor shine. It's not too sweet at all, and perfect for the chilly weather we are having rn. Customer service was also great, they were all super nice. I saw they had a few pastry options, but none that are veg/halal friendly. Wish there were a few more options savory food wise. Sweet Pastries/cookies looked good though- might give them a try next time!

Love to support local biz and I enjoyed my regular 12oz coffee today along with the sausage roll and a peach cobbler dessert for later. They usually have some cool danish and scones. I also saw from Nitro Coffee today! Friendly service and casual ambiance. It's by Blalock and Long Point. Highly recommended!

One of my coffee shops I frequently rotate! A local mom n pop coffee shop with amazing coffee and pastries a vibrant shop that the locals know and love. Rotating seasonal drink menu, freshly baked kolaches, scones, cookies, and shortcake. Dishes in this review: Mango sticky rice latte - this will probably be my 2nd favorite latte to get here and they just recently introduced this! Cranberry scone - I don't think I've ever had a 'bad' or dry pastry here ever I always recommend the kolaches here and the cambrian latte (their specialty latte)

I was greeted by some of the friendliest workers I've ever met on both visits, back-to-back. Great place to set up a relaxing coffee date or a slow workday, with plenty of sunlight and open seating. There's also an outdoor patio available. I tried an iced coffee with the Snickers Fix flavor and a maple sausage roll! I've never had a sausage roll croissant that good, OMG! It's almost irresistible! Nice spot, amazing food and coffee, and I would recommend it to anyone!

    Consistently great latte art

Consistently great coffee, friendly owner and great skilled baristas. Have properly sized ceramic cups for drinking in and the baristas consistently create great latte art. They have many fresh house made baked goods but unfortunately no vegan options. Also has easy parking.

I want to start by saying I LOVE THIS COFFEE SHOP. Best small business I have been to in a while! This is my everyday go to! I literally mean EVERYDAY!! I order the same exact drink and it is always the same and so delicious! Coffee has an amazing flavor. My husband Cesar and I have literally tried every coffee shop in Houston and surrounding areas and I can vouch this is the best place to go if you want TRUE coffee not just sugary drinks like other places! They have homemade syrups and amazing seasonal drinks. Pastries are freshly made and sooo delicious!! I love the service here. I know everyone and they are amazing. Apart from just their amazing attitude they actually take the time to explain and not rush you. Make it customizable to you. You walk in and you see your regulars on their laptops, you see your elderly getting their daily coffee. What can I say the ambiance is just out of this world! The theme of the shop is unique! If you want and amazing drink try the Cambrian shaken espresso with oatmilk! Thank you Cambrian coffee and team!!

Stopped in during my lunch break with a coworker. It's such a cute spot, the decor is absolutely adorable. Our barista was friendly and our drinks came out very quickly. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and their Cambrian syrup which is a honey and cinnamon blend. It was fantastic, I honestly wish I would have asked for more of the syrup because it was so good. The flavor of the matcha was earthy and strong enough to still taste over the syrup. Overall, I think this is a solid spot for a quick matcha break.

A great addition to the SB neighborhood. I like to stop by for a quick coffee fix. Plenty of tables but it was quite crowded when I was there, a mix of people hanging out, studying, or working. I love the open lighting from the all glass wall. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered my go-to ice chai and it was delish. Plenty of parking in the plaza strip and convenient location in the area. Wish they stay open a bit later in the day but understandably they close early because of they open pretty early in the day.

Loved it!! I had the blueberry vanilla latte and my friend got the hazelnut latte. The hazelnut was deep and rich--so good--and my latte was just as amazing. Plus, the dinosaur theme was such a fun touch. 10/10, absolutely loved it!

Love this coffee spot was given a pay it forward token back in 2020 and have never used it until today...so glad they don't expire. I order nitro cold brew and Carmel latte. Both were sooooo good. Nitro cold brew made my hair follicles tingle which is a very good thing! Smooth and creamy. I love that the whole establishment reflects dinosaurs and that era. The staff know their regulars and they stay busy. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service friendly forward!!!!! Clean and cute bathrooms! Parking is small but overflow goes to gas station Nextdoor. Saw customers on zoom meetings, studying and catching up with friends. I will be back!

Iced Cambrian Latte scone and sausage roll

Obviously very popular coffee shop with focused themed and friendly staff. Rolled though on a late Friday morning just ahead of the crowd, so even on weekdays that get high traffic. Menu is concise with some house made syrups and the basic treatments for coffee available. It would've been nice to see a few more unique flavors perhaps. The 2 people behind the counter were very chipper and happy to interact with us. Coffee came out quickly and in cutesy cups; always appreciate good branding. We also got a scone that was tasty and appropriately dry, as Richard Lewis said to Larry David "you got what you paid for". The sausage roll cabinet had a Union Jack on it , which makes me think it's the UK version of a kolache. It was flaky dough with a well seasoned uncased sausage running through the middle. Overall I liked it, but it was a tad greasy. The vibes were bright and airy. Enough seating for a dozen people or so, and they had a high chair available too! Coffee complimented the space; definitely would come back, as there's plenty of passion put into this place to keep the quality high.

The best black sesame latte in Houston…read more I'm always looking for black sesame flavored drinks ever since I tried it in Seattle, so I was excited that TwoTone had it. The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

My first visit was a 1star but I gave it a second try because a friend asked me to…read more I was told that this was an amazing new coffee shop and just happened to be on my route to work. It's off the feeder road of I-10 and in an inconspicuous place. It's a retail space and at first glance it looks empty and kind of shady granted, I was there around 7 AM. It may be busier and more lively later in the day or on weekends. In any case I pulled up and I saw their sign, but I was kind of concerned that it was closed because you couldn't see through the windows and again the parking lot just looked empty . I went to the door and went in. It's a very minimalist space and the decor of cold concrete floors matched the attitude and personalities of the people working that day. I was never graded, and there were a couple people sitting, waiting for coffees... There was no menu to be seen at first glance but I have a very simple order that I had in my mind because I like espresso and not sweet sugary drinks. I walked up to the register and there was a young girl who just looked at me like I was bothering her her by being in front of her. She never smiled, and she just waited for me to order. I told her good morning and she replied "Morning"...barely opened her mouth, not welcoming (or sincerity) and no smile. My order was simple.: three shots of espresso, 2 ounces of half-and-half and caramel drizzle mixed in the espresso. She looked at me weird and said ...so you want a latte? I said no not at all because I only want 2 ounces of half-and-half. I don't want all the milk of a latte. She didn't look down at the computer and kind of looked behind at a barista, and then looked back at the computer and said we do our shots in doubles .... Meaning she wouldn't give me only three shots I had to buy four. I thought that was interesting since other local shops indulge me without an issue, but I agreed to four shots. She asked me if that was it and I said yes..... I was very surprised but paid over $10 for my order of one drink! I paid because honestly, I was already ready to get out. I paid and I waited about 15 minutes for my coffee, even though there was only one person waiting for their coffee before me. I got my drink and left before tasting it. It was awful. The pull was not done well and the coffee tasted almost sour. Ugh. I was so disappointed. The very next day, my coworker said give it another try maybe it was just an off day . She also said she'd buy my coffee to make up for it so I couldn't turn that down This time I went a little bit later there was about three people in line before me. They had a lot more staff working probably about five people in total versus three the previous day. There was a different girl to front who took my order and was the total opposite of the lady the day before; bright eyed, kind and very welcoming. My coffee was still over $10 and this time it took me 35 minutes to get my coffee. I don't know if they had DoorDash orders or what, but I couldn't understand why there was a lot more workers and it took double the time to get my coffee. Once I got my coffee, it did taste better than my first visit, but still had a little bit of sour taste... Not as much as before though. Even if it ended up tasting better, I could not validate paying $10 for my coffee and waiting up to 35 minutes for it.. Especially when I can go to any of my other local coffee shops that I normally frequent for a less than $5 coffee (that only has three shots that I want) and the great service and flavor is always consistent. I never want to see any business fail. So I hope that the owners will discuss the importance of consistency in making their product, as well as being hospitable. There are so many coffee shops in Houston that one could choose from.
