It was only a short wait for my food, but when the lady came up to give it to me, she walked up with the bag and set it on the counter by me, and without a word went to take care of the other customers. I looked around and realized they had ketchup and salt, but there was no sign of any type of salsa and I didn't feel like waiting around to find out if they had any as I was hungry and had someplace to be. As a stated food was filling. The flavors were OK, but I just felt it could've been seasoned better. Some salsa would've really helped when eating this. The taco, which ended up having tomato on it was very greasy and had very mild flavor. The burrito was fairly small and the chicken also had very little flavor. I would give them another try if I had time to sit down and eat and I would definitely be asking about some type of salsa to put on things. It would be nice if they had more choice for proteins as well. I think I would enjoy the beef more on nachos or something like that just because it was so greasy. The good news is that it did not upset my stomach at all. The restaurant itself appeared to be clean, and it was very well lit throughout. I also felt there was a little bit of a language gap as I have never properly learned Spanish, and the two ladies working seem to have some issues with English. I'll see what happens next time. Tonight I finally did and all I can say is OMG! I did the chopped cheese, with just vegan cheese, because I'm not vegan just lactose intolerant. This chopped cheese was delicious! So savory, juice, and cooked to perfection! The bread was amazing, soft on the outside, but toasted on the inside. The sandwich was topped with so many flavors, but the chimichurri sauce being the one that stood out the most. The chopped cheese was $16 ($1 was an up charge for vegan cheese), but it is SO WORTH IT. There's limited seats and by that I mean 2 picnic tables, but this place is new to the area with limited days/hours! Overall, I have to come back to try their vegan empanadas, yuca fries, amongst other sandwiches/burgers.
