Wow! Was totally blown away by my experience here! By and far the best Vietnamese Fine Dining Tasting Menu I've had! Everything from beginning to end was beautifully and skillfully executed. The service was personal, calm, and very pleasant. The ambiance of the restaurant is serene and relaxing. Each dish really showcases an aspect of Vietnamese cuisine. From their take on pho to their coconut sago dessert, you truly went on a journey through Vietnam and can see how this cuisine continues to evolve. Keep up the great work :)

By far one of my most favorite dining experiences. Every element--from the food to the service--is intentionally curated. It truly felt like stepping into a different dimension. Dinner began at 5:30 PM, yet time seemed to disappear as we savored each course. The music, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. To top it off, they gifted us a small keepsake, which made the experience even more memorable. It's an Orlando must try for an elite elegant experience.

TLDR: Michelin... I think you meant to give Camille two stars. Never had contemporary vietnamese food before this. I loved all the reinterpretations of classic Vietnamese foods. The reimagined Pho Bo dish with Wagyu, Maitake, and pho broth espuma is one of the best dishes I've had in a while. Bun Rieu as chawanmushi was genius. Bun Xeo as tuile that added texture and flavor to Crudo was exceptional. Every dish was so interesting. No toning down of any classic Vietnamese flavors, just executed in surprising forms that called to nostalgia with somehow enhanced flavors. Service was some of the best I've experienced. I'd say it's on par with some 2-starred or even 3-starred restaurants I've been to; extremely personal and kind, staff were friendly and informative, chef was affable. The space was also gorgeous. Perfect. You know before this short Orlando trip, I would have never mentioned it as a foodie destination. However, each time I take a bite of something here my expectations are surpassed and Camille really impressed me. I would fly back here just to eat here! Overall: will probably be a top 5 meal for me this year. That fucking pho dish....

A gem nestled in Baldwin Park. This restaurant is a gallery of elegance featuring a progressive style dining set-menu that enchants all your senses at every turn. Camille is modern and sophisticated; an approach to Vietnamese and French infused cuisine. It is a uniquely crafted experience at this fine Michelin Starred restaurant. We were greeted by a lovely hostess, with whom we checked in our coats (unusually cold night in Orlando last night) and immediately following, were invited to a glass of our choice of Champagne or a non alcoholic wine. From the bar, we were guided to our counter table where we would seat with other guests scheduled to experience the set-menu at this reserved time. They offer sommelier crafted wine pairings, at different price points as the names will suggest: Signature, Reserve, and Opulence. One can also select a la carte, by the glass. Some options, like truffles are up charges. I included the beverage menu in the pictures. The portions, as one would expect, are amuse-bouche size followed by slightly larger dishes featuring layers of tastefully crafted ingredients, meticulously presented and designed to awaken every sense, every tastebud. I loved everything I tried. From the crab to the duck. It was a very special treat. After you have enjoyed the savory menu, it is time to progress to a new section, featuring a comfortable booth where only your party experiences the dessert and tea courses. I loved the egg! At the end of your meal you are presented with a fabulous partying gift and an envelope that contains your menu for the evening as well as the names of your kitchen and service brigades. Reservations are required, as Camille is designed to serve a group of 8 guests during a progressive multi-course dinner. There is a dress code- no jeans, and for the consideration of others and as part of the Chefs' overall intentions for a fully enjoyable meal, perfumes and colognes scents are to be avoided. The Lotus room is a glass enclosure cove within the restaurant that hosts private parties of 6. Enjoy the pictures as they are an attempt to show you their artful, winter collection at Camille's.

Great experience! Loved watching the chefs make the food. Each course was exceptional.

Incredibly beautiful interior. The attention to every single little detail carries through to the food.

I HEREBY DECLARE THIS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. As much as I'd like to keep this place a secret so I can always get in at this very limited seating restaurant, I also need this place full every night so they never go out of business and leave me. Where to begin? This is a fine dining experience (the finest in Central FL, even?). Every meal is a multi-course presentation where each dish draws on Vietnamese flavor profiles and/or dishes without being what one might call "a Vietnamese restaurant." Every dish is carefully built, encouraging the diner to reconsider classic dishes and experience Vietnamese flavors in new and uncharted ways. I could type out all the dishes we've eaten on the two visits we've been, but the tasting menu is long as well as always changing (as god intended!). They're committed to highlighting seasonality and flavorful ingredients, and that's all you need to know, really. This is a dining experience where you put yourself in the hands of the chef with 100% trust--and he and his team will NOT be letting you down. Unless you're under 21 or a teetotaler, I will also need to insist you add on one of the drink pairings. They offer three different drink pairings at Camille. We've tried two and both are fantastic. Perhaps my favorite part of the Camille dining experience is how you are moved from the chef's table to the booths for your dessert courses. Exsqueeze me? Dessert courses *plural*? Yes! Not only do you have a fantastic lineup of savory courses for your shared experience with other diners, you have a second lineup of sweet courses that you get to share with just your party. It is an intimate end to an otherwise unparalleled evening. And just for extra fun, there are separate drink pairings for the dessert courses.....whiiiiich you should also get. The interior is gorgeous, the team is beyond knowledgeable, and there is not one second of your visit that has been overlooked by the establishment. Even the bathroom products make my heart sing! Ouai soaps, lotions, and scrubs... I mean, if this place had a spa and hotel attached, I would be booking weeklong stays multiple times per year. So there it is. My favorite restaurant in Central Florida is the best restaurant for a TRULY special occasion but only for people who actually know better. Enjoy her. Treat her well. Let's all thank our lucky stars--and the chef and team at Camille!

This might be the best tasting menu experience in all of Orlando. I've been to quite a few around town at this point, and none of the other ones offer this combination of a clean, luxurious dining room, an impeccable waiting staff that will do anything to satisfy you, even bring you a second sugar stirring stick for your hot tea, and food that is such a beautiful and authentic elevation of the topical cuisine. The seating scenario is fun in itself. You and all the parties that add up to 10 or so are seated at a bar where you can watch every course be prepped right in front of you. After many savory courses, you're ushered to your own private booth for the dessert courses just you and your party. Service was as it should be at a Starred restaurant. You're constantly being checked on, but not constantly enough to be annoying. The chef himself checks on you periodically to see how you're enjoying everything. I will say, they certainly fall for the old trope of offering a truffle upcharge. I have opinions on this trope, but I'll just keep them to myself. As for the food, wow. I cannot believe how good it was. I've had good Vietnamese, and I've had good tasting menus, but never a combination of the two. Chef designed this menu beautifully to highlight things about his cuisine that he loved, things that we all love about it, and elevating it all to new heights that I was more of. Fresh seafood and veg, a splash of uni and caviar, of course, a pho with a foam broth that you will dream of months later, like I still do, a ridiculously fun take on a banh mi, a super floral hot tea to wind down with, and desserts that will take your palette places you haven't been before. Overall, if you're wondering if it's worth it, it is. They aren't all worth it, but this one definitely is. If you're looking for a special occasion restaurant that isn't just sushi or French, this unique place will leave an impression on you that will last for a while.

Wow what an experience. From the welcome homemade sparkling tea to the ambiance, service and food. All 10/10. Yes it's pricey BUT this is unlike any other experience. All the dishes were amazing. My favorite was the mini bites that started the meal!

    Brittany N.

Pros: This is a Michelin Starred restaurant. Everything about the place is on another level. Ambiance is stunningly gorgeous. Everything is so clean and sparking white and gold. You feel like you're in luxury. Service is beyond belief. From the pre-dinner champagne to the switch from the public table to the private booth for dessert was just so special. And the food, wow, the food. Tiny little tasting menu with huge flavor. Tasting menus are usually French or Japanese, so to see elevate Vietnamese food like this was just so special. Cons: Not a single con in sight. Some might say the price, but in a world where it's Hard to source quality ingredients, you get what you pay for. Tips: The tip is to come and enjoy this food. Everything is delicious, but watch out particularly for special pho course they have. It's the most delicious, most memorable one.

Camille has my heart with their elevated and sophisticated take on Vietnamese cuisine. My partner made a reservation here for my birthday and I was blown away. Their current 10-course fall menu includes modern twists on classics such as phở, bánh mì, and gỏi cuốn. Their exemplary customer service starts right as you enter through their doors. We were greeted with complimentary champagne, which was a very nice touch. The interiors were sophisticated and modern. I love their simple, yet meaningful branding. The amount of thought and detail that was put into not only the brand, but carried over into the food is chef's kiss. As each dish was presented, each one had such rich and balanced flavors that distinctly gave nod to the traditional Vietnamese foods that my partner and I love. Dish after dish, I was consistently blown away by the storytelling with each bite. Some standout dishes were: Duck bánh trung thu, which was paired with a duck fat broth to add richness to the savory mooncake (absolutely over the moon with this one) Phở Bo, included tender beef tongue and deep flavors of the foam broth and mushrooms Cà Phê Sữa, a balanced blend of tart from the apple and chocolatey tones of the coffee powder Chef Tung, Trinh, and their staff go above and beyond with their service and made my birthday extra special. Definitely deserving of their Michelin star

Went to this restaurant since it was on the Michelin list. The place was described as a French Vietnamese restaurant which sounded like an interesting mix. Turns out the main chef is Vietnamese and trained in culinary school that had a French influence. We got the 10 dish experience. The service here was undeniably good. We came a bit late but they graciously held our first dish. The server also put my bags in storage for me. She brought out champagne to celebrate, which was a nice touch. She even noticed I was left handed and changed each dish. The plates and each dish was changed out with every meal. Outstanding service! We started our meal in a bar seating type. Towards dessert, we moved to booth seating. It was nice they had went to more of an intimate setting later in the night. The first dish was oc xao dua. I really enjoyed this dish. It was so creamy even though there was a bigeye tuna and Hokkaido scallop. I really enjoyed the basil seeds in the goi cuon. The pho bo was ok. I mean it is fine dining so I understand it won't be a traditional pho but there is something about mixing it into a French feel that kind of ruined the dish. I liked the Iberian pork on the banh mi. The banh mi was deconstructed which was interesting. I didn't really enjoy putting together. I don't think I did the correct ratios. The cha ca ha noi had an amazing sauce in the halibut with an ample amount of caviar on the halibut. The bison was nothing to cry home about in the ca muoi. The desserts were way better than the food options. I liked the Che khoai. It wasn't too sweet with its purple yam. I really liked their tea which was full of many different colorful flowers. The dessert of jackfruit, coconut, and lime meringue went well with the tea. Lo and behold, the last dessert of de ua is my favorite thing on the menu. It wasn't even the main chefs dish. The sou chef is half Mexican and Vietnamese. He made this realistic corn that was corn ice cream that incorporated Vietnamese yogurt. The guy needs to open a restaurant. Overall, service was great but was less enthusiastic about the food. Some dishes were good but nothing outstanding. Also, restaurants where I am still hungry at the end of a 10 course meal also makes for an unenjoyable experience for me.

My second time back here, and I loved it even more than the last! The space is beautiful and timeless. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. The chefs are super creative with their dishes, and I love the way they explain each dish, highlighting the Vietnamese influence. Every bite was full of flavors! My three favorites from tonight were the reimagined pho, ceviche, and duck dish. Truly amazing, and I can't wait to come back again.

Queue up the Rihanna song... "where have you been all my lifeee?!" What a phenomenal experience tonight! Trinh and Chef Tung, along with their team are amazing! We visited Camille tonight for dinner with two of our friends. We had wanted to visit Camille for quite some time, but were not sure about the restrictions. Trinh was absolutely wonderful upon our arrival greeting us and reviewing our dietary preferences. She seated us at the chefs table, and Derrick, was able to take some pictures for us in front of the Camille sign. All of the food was being prepared meticulously in the galley where we could see the art of work being layered beautifully. Every single dish was absolutely mouthwatering. Each item left you wanting for more. The depth of flavor and flavor profile in each and every dish was astounding. I could not imagine how so much flavor could be packed into something so tiny. One of our friends that we visited with was Vietnamese, so I loved to hear all of the background Information on what inspired chef to make each dish. I do not like scallops at all, but these were the best scallops that I have ever had. The flavors were sweet, savory, the pho was remarkable, the Dover sole as well as the Wagyu, was delectable. I cannot truly tell you a favorite that I had a because every single dish was so different and so delicious. I think I even licked a bowl when no one was looking! Camille has recently just entered the Michelin guide, and I am so proud of them! Their menu changes every few months, we are already planning our next visit. I thought that there was a zero proof pairing, but Derrick advised us that there wasn't. So, it was not a big deal for me, but I would've liked to see one. My husband got the wine pairing, and was pleasantly surprised at every single wine that was chosen for each plate. The ambience was absolutely stunning! It was like an upscale, modern, clean line, at home feeling, yet sophisticated vibe. The music in there was awesome and the level was great. The restrooms were so clean and extremely well stocked. The products were hand chosen by Trinh and you can tell. I appreciate a wonderfully stocked and fabulous restroom. If you are having an emergency, she's got you covered in the restroom! The chef and sous chef and service team came by and explained every single dish and presented it to all of us exquisitely. Chef came over and spent a little time with each of us and that was a very nice touch. Such a great team and the vibes were 1000% on point. They offer a five course tasting at the tables if you do not want to do the 10 at the chefs table. I will say, though, I wish there were 12 courses! If you are thinking about possibly coming here, please do! You will not regret it!

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

There's not enough street food places out there! One of my biggest complaints is that there isn't…read moreenough places that serves street food. I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.
