We were a group of 11, and I had to say our experience was very similar to another reviewer here, (Elite Marlane R.) The guy punk white dude taking our order was also the one bringing out the food, and his attitude was honestly shocking. When we politely asked if we could switch coffee to Coke, he immediately said no in a loud, irritated tone, saying Coke costs more than coffee. For us, the price difference wasn't even an issue, it was the way he spoke to us that felt disrespectful. At one point, I was just looking toward the door, and he suddenly asked me, "What are you looking at?" in a loud voice, as if I was staring at him. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since it drew attention from everyone around. Despite the poor service, we still made the effort to clean up after ourselves, busing our plates and making sure the table was neat before leaving. To the owner of Thai Noodle Express, I hope you can train your staff on how to properly treat customers. Good service goes a long way. On top of everything, the Pad Thai did not taste authentic. Very disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.

Luckily this Domino's is open later, so we were able to hit them up before they closed. It was easy to order thru the app and our pizzas were ready in no time. And the hubs was able to use their restroom while we picked up our to go order. I have a soft spot for Domino's since my grade school served slices growing up. Plus, I think they offer great deals at $8 per two topping med pizza. Tho this used to apply to any sauce, topping, etc. Not sure when that changed, but it's a bummer they no longer include different pizza sauces such as alfredo and all toppings such as chicken, etc. (I know some locations still include those "premium" sauces and toppings in this deal.) Otherwise, I enjoyed the pies we got. If craving late night pizza on the way to Tahoe, a pretty solid option. REVIEW #3912

Maybe, but most likely friends of an employee who was working and maybe trying to catch her on her break. Or convince her to go on break. I don't care, it's making Dominos look like the place to be. Oh my gosh it's so busy there's a line?? I walk in and there's an employee screeching at her two friends behind the counter. She kept screaming at them to leave but they wouldn't. At first I thought this was going to be an issue and I'm ALLLL ready to have her back but turns out it was just very very very loud friendly banter. To the point that her co workers flinched every time she shouted. They flinched every time she cussed (sh*t and b*tch) but didn't try to correct her so she's either got some seniority but is not the manager, or they could care less about customer service, or they're of weak character and have no pride, standards or integrity for or at their job. Both employees looked meek compared to the one yapping. Everyone looked tired and unhappy. Hey here's the tea: I know how much her car costs and one of the dudes with the dog is her back up plan and ALL of those people milling around inside and out are waiting for her but she's really good to her friends. Like she'll make them a pizza and not charge em because she loves and misses them. It's a Dominos in Placerville. What do you expect from the people who work there to those that order food from there? Including me. I'm getting old because maybe if I was 20 years younger I wouldn't have cared but in this climate and economy, if I want to spend money on not good for me food, I want to do it where I don't have to hear someone cussing and screeching to the point where everyone inside has a visible reaction of discomfort. I don't want to wait in line longer because one employee decides she needs a break RIGHT NOW and the other is lost and unsure but can't get the velociraptor to stop yapping with friends for a second to ask for help. But their pan pizzas are pretty good.

The menu was extensive; I wished I had a bigger stomach to order more. After placing our order, the waitress offered us a complimentary soup. It was so yummy. You could hear our spoon scraping the bottom of the bowls. We started with chicken samosa. The order came with 2 large crispy, flaky, and delicious fried treats. The stuffing was well spiced. Remember that Ratatouille scene with the critic's flash back? This samosa did that for me. It transported me to my good friend's home where her aunties were in the kitchen making these pockets of culture and traditions. Highly recommend! I ordered the chicken biriani. It was flavorful. The rice was fluffy. The spice level was on target (I ordered mine medium heat). My daughter ordered the chicken curry. She loved it. She kept saying "This is yummy" the whole time. My husband ordered the lamb curry spice level spicy. It cleared his sinus headache :) apart from it being spicy it was also very tasty. We also ordered garlic naan: garlicky and fluffy. So, if you happen to be passing through, I suggest swinging by. If you happen to live close enough to make your way to Taste of Himalaya, I suggest get in your car and try this place. The drive will be worth it. I think the locals know what a gem of a place they have right in their backyard. I saw several to go orders while we were there. TLDR: Service: 5 stars Food: 5 stars

The restaurant is soo much nicer than their former location next to the Highway House. They offer a huge variety of flavorful veggie and meat dishes. Their saag paneer, veggie korma, butter chicken, and naan continue to be our faves. Tip: They bake the naan fresh after you've placed your order. You may want to wait 5-10 minutes before heading to the buffet. Otherwise, the naan arrives after you've finished your first plate.

The restart is in what looks like a historic turn of the century home that's been convert to a restaurant. There's a patio in the front and amazing backyard patio that overlooks Sutter Creek. The pizza itself is all quality crafted to perfection. The pizza crust reminds me of Strawhat pizza or Shakey's from way back in the day. I ordered a medium Gold Dust combo. On the menu the Gold Dust combo doesn't have a lot of toppings compared to other pizza places but all the ingredients they put on it works perfectly and they don't skimp on the toppings. It's really quality you can taste. The ranch dressing tastes like it's house made with the buttermilk you can taste and it's really thick. The ranch doesn't taste like commercially bought sauce from Sysco or any supplier. From Sactown it's just about an hour drive taking the hwy 16 Jackson road. It's well worth the drive just for the pizza. Best time to enjoy the outdoor dining is spring or early summer. Gold Dust combo pizza score: 9/10
