I am not going to quibble over 5 dollars. But I do want you and the public to be aware. You came to my house. Quoted me "240$ out the door including tax". I repeated "that's the total out the door? No other fees". You said "yes". I booked you to replace my windshield. You showed up. You were kind and profesional. When you were done you made a joke. "What did I quote you? 525$..450$ hahaha". It would have been funny had you not charged me 245$ instead of the actual 240$ quote. Suddenly your joke was not funny. Because you needed to email me the receipt which you said you would by the end of the day I didn't yet know what you actually charged me. When I then didn't get the receipt I called to let you know and you said you sent it to the wrong person. Hope my credit card info wasn't on it. When I still didn't recieve the receipt I became suspicious and checked my credit card and it was then that I discovered this. In case you would like to say that you indeed quoted me 245$ I am positive you said 240$ because I had just gotten a quote from Low Price Auto Glass who quoted me 220$ plus tax. I figured, it's only 20$ more, add the tax and it was probably only a few bucks savings so I went with you. Cuz....you were in my driveway. It's only 5 bucks but a deal is a deal. You do this for a living on the daily so I seriously doubt you mis-quoted me. I included what was good about your service to be totally fair. In the future I wouldn't joke about the quotes you've given someone. That's sketchy. And a kind demeanor doesn't excuse that. read more

I received excellent service at Camino. I had to get my front windshield replaced and they had the best prices and reviews in inland empire. I'm so glad I came here for the service, they were extremely professional and kind. Also, when I came to pick up my vehicle he showed me my old damaged windshield and that the previous place I took it to had left the whole left side unsealed (without any glue) so rain, wind and etc was constantly going inside my car.
