The interaction was tense, dismissive, and uncomfortable, which is why I spoke up at the time. Whether that tone shows on "video" does not change how it was experienced in person. The facial also caused a major breakout. My skin is still healing! I've had plenty of facials before, and this is the first time I've ever had a reaction like this. I did not previously leave a positive review. This was my first visit and my only review. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the spa is pointing fingers at me, citing "footage" and a supposed positive review that doesn't exist. I spent over $125 on a facial and $100 for two products for my birthday, only to find it smelled disgusting and when I looked at it more closely it was expired.
