THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY BOYS. I was looking for a new place for my boys. I have two high energy dogs that are still getting acclimated to apartment life. One is my registered support dog and the other we got for his companion. I took them in for a day stay on a Saturday, specifically calling to ask if they were busy because Mister (my support dog) has had reservations about going when their usual place is overcrowded. I was told that they would have to be interviewed again seeing as it had been over a year since they had been in. I leave and go back to the house and open up their doggie cams. I wasn't fond of what I saw. It's not like they were being beat or anything but the place was crowded and I watched as two dogs fixated on Mister, wouldn't leave him alone, and the attendant was too busy on her phone. I decided that wasn't the place for me and went to go pick them up. They had been there and hour. The guy behind the desk told me it would be $75. Two dogs full day. Um I'm sorry no. They were there for a interview, im not paying a full day. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DOGS UNTIL I PAID! I told him several times I wasn't happy, they were there only an hour, and demanded my animals. He still refused and told me I would not get my dogs until I paid full price period. He was very fortunate that I kept my cool, stepped out side, AND CALLED THE POLICE TO GET MY ANIMALS. This place is a disgrace, they could care less about what they do, and what that guy tried to do was completely illegal! read more

Hi , My name is Heyam Neville and my dog is Sugar. I will not board or send my dog to any other day camp. My dog knows where we are going every morning. She begins to whine and wag her tail as soon as we approach the building. She is loved by the entire staff and looks forward to seeing Bradley and Micah everyday. They have become part of our family as they have gone out their way to care for her when she got kennel cough. They have shown so much love and concern for all the animals. They leave dogs alone together unsupervised! I am so disappointed in Camp Bow Wow Colleyville. I feel so bad for leaving my dog here for 3 nights. I called a day ahead to pay for our reservation which was scheduled a few weeks earlier. They let me know that my reservation was never scheduled, and admitted that they could see the email confirming my reservation but it was not in their system. I spent the next 3 hours calling every boarding place within 2 hours of me, all booked for thanksgiving. They called back and said they had a cancellation and could get me in. I pain 100% in advance, which turned out to be a mistake. I dropped her off and watched the cameras. The first thing they did was put my dog alone with another dog! I asked them to move her or have someone supervise but they said no. The place was way overcrowded, but I'll assume that it was at capacity. Most of the dogs were either overwhelmed or very hyper. We rescheduled our flight to come home a day early because we were so worried about our dog. They refused to refund me for the unused day because refunds were "against corporate policy" so I'm out $55. When we picked her up I saw that they had not given her any of her medication (thank god it's just for allergies) and she was covered in dog pee. She was shaking for a full day and when she finally relaxed she slept for 2 days straight. Poor girl, I feel awful. It's also worth mentioning that I asked if they had real grass for the dogs to go potty and they said yes... but this was a lie, the "real grass" is turf. Also the girl who was in the "teacup" room with all the dogs did a good job of walking around and managing the dogs. She was actively watching the dogs the whole time and that was the only thing that made me feel slightly better about this nightmare. read more

They are always so good, prompt and great with our dogs blue and sky. We always drop them off here when we go on vacation, I recommend them 100%. Great staff, clean environment and safe for our dogs . Obviously we miss them when we go on vacation but I sleep at night knowing they are taken care of. read more

I reserved an overnight for 3 nights with my dog and an exit bath "The Ultimate package". We notified the company we would be picking the dog up early and was aware of the policy that there would only be a credit towards another stay. We were told we had to pick up our fur baby between certain hours. We arrived and the bath nor nail trim was given. They asked could they bath him, we agreed and in 2 mins our dog was brought back out to us WET! This is unacceptable and they refused to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would not recommend you bring your fur baby here if you love you pet!!! read more

We took our dog to the Camp Bow Wow in Colleyville and she went in all happy and shots up to date. We repeatedly tried to view our dog on the many cams but could not over multiple days. Well days later when we returned, our dog came home sick with canine flu. She would not eat or drink anything. She had kennel cough and was miserable. The vet said to give her antibiotics and put honey in her water. We called Camp Bow Wow and asked what happened and their reasoning was another dog here must have given it to her and they don't cover vet fees. This is tacky, unprofessional and heartless. Never again will we take our dog there. read more

We have been bringing our two dogs to this location for over a year. Our dogs love going here and you can tell the staff treat them well. The staff are very helpful and accommodating! The cameras are a nice feature so you can check on your dogs (my kids also loved to watch them!). I highly recommend this place for day camp or boarding:) read more

On Thursday April 15th we dropped our 4 month puppy for orientation first day and I brought a sandwich bag of food for her so she could eat lunch, they took the bag and as I watched the video during the day I only saw her constantly jumping at the entry wanting out. She never played with one dog. I could not take it anymore so I picked her around 1:30 . She devoured her food I gave her so I called Mark to ask him if she ate and he said she ate and had a great time, played good etc. I told him what I saw and he said she did good. my wife dropped her for the second day Mon 19th and again took a bag for lunch and her and I watched video most of the day to see how she was acting and again jumping on entry and not playing at all. At one point we could Not see her at all so I called Mark and asked where she was at and he said she must be under the play set but she was doing good. when my wife picked her up this afternoon she asked if she was fed and he replied no they do not feed day campers but they would do it as an exception but they didn't. I never saw water but could have been out of view. Guess when dogs have to potty they just go on the concrete floor and I've seen them come in and mop. Dogs are not played with, not outside, no grass, no place to nap without other dogs bothering them. not what we expected at all!! Today on the second trip, she did not want to go in the building at all. Not going back from not being told they don't feed them...(They are puppies) and not sure if they get water... to be lied to and only telling me what I want to hear when asked such as she is playing great and never played, never advised they don't feed them when we brought food etc. he only wants to talk about making reservations and pay now to get a deal for several days but we are not doing that Never again! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! read more

Best place for pooches by far! I had never boarded my 2 dachshunds before and they are elderly also. I met with Mark at Camp Bow Wow..took a tour..boarded the doggies and the doggies loved it! I was shocked the dogs enjoyed it so much..Thanks to Mark and the staff here in Collyville! They took golden great care of the dogs while I was going through a very difficult move. I used to board them with Rover..I had problems with 2 people my dogs stayed with..so I won't use Rover again. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Collyville to anyone that is a dog lover and has dogs. read more

They are terrible. They bathed our Husky and we got her back completely matted and now will have to be shaved and have her coat permanently ruin but the pain my poor girl. We received her wet and completely matted. The owner Mark lied and claimed he was just a manager and denied everything. They are the worst place ! They do not play or interact with your fur baby. If you love your pet so not go to this horrible place. The last time I was there they were training and I. Front of me said to expect cash tips and gift like they were saying that for my benefit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I never write reviews but this place was so awful I had no choice. My dog stayed for day care and boarding this past Saturday. I checked the cameras multiple times throughout the day and they never left this small room. There were around 30 dogs crowded into the room with nothing to do and no mental stimulation. They never went outside once. Not only was that awful to see but my dog came home violently sick. He's on two different antibiotics, pain meds, and coughing medicine. He was diagnosed with a severe upper respiratory infection and possibly pneumonia. I called to ask if any of the other dogs were sick and the guy at the front acted like he had never heard of another dog getting sick when I clearly saw it in the reviews. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves. I will never be taking my dog to this place again and will tell everyone I know to avoid Camp Bow Wow. read more
