Heidi was wonderful with her. She was even thoughtful enough to turn her generator off before bringing Callie out to the van, so that it wouldn't scare her. And, she's also owned by a great pyrenees, so she loves and understands the breed! Callie got the full groom (bath, de-shed/de-mat, haircut, nail trim and ear cleaning). My husky gets a bath, de-shed, blow out and nail trim. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of her work and customer service is top notch! The employees were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a noticeable smell inside the store during my visit. Overall, PetSmart has a solid selection and helpful staff, but the store could definitely benefit from better attention to the smell and overall freshness.

I paid $68 for a brush and bath, added the doodle detangling service for another $35, and then was told nail buffing wasn't included (only clipping), so I had to add a $15 buffing service. Honestly, what's the point of clipping only if you don't smooth the nails? Despite paying extra for detangling, they called me to ask if I was okay with them shaving my dog. That told me they either didn't try to detangle or were rushing to take the quickest route. When I got home, I bought a detangling tool and removed all of my pup's tangles and matting in about 20 minutes. For a total of $118, I expected a lot more effort and care than a phone call asking to shave. It felt like they simply don't care and rush everything, and I won't be bringing my dog back for grooming here. If you have a doodle or a dog with a curly coat, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for groomers who will actually do the detangling you pay for.

When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."
