This is a review of Lithia Camp Body, which is part of Camp Chevrolet, at 101 E Montgomery Ave. ~~Summary~~ 1. My car has damage that it did NOT have when it went in. I have my car back and the body work is well done but the new damage that happened while they had my car remains. (Lithia says Spokane Glass did it and Spokane Glass says it's not their fault.) Lithia was responsible for my car at the time it occurred, so my negative feedback goes to Lithia. 2. I was told my car would be ready Monday. On Monday, I was told it would be ready Wednesday. On Wednesday I was told it was not ready! And so on... 3. Customer service is horrible, the info the receptionist gave me was at times incorrect and at times inaccurate. The receptionist does her best to not let you speak to a mechanic even though she often has no answers to your questions. New Damage: -My vehicle windows had no damage. The receptionist (good luck talking to an actual mechanic) told me the windows had to be removed to make the repair, then would be "put back in". Later, she said one of the windows had to be "replaced". I asked why as the windows weren't damaged when the car was brought in. I was told the "glass people" (Spokane Glass) damaged a window and now it needs to be fixed, it would be three more days until the vehicle would be ready to pick-up. [That time frame out to be untrue.] Multiple Delays in Work Completion Date: -I was ON MY WAY to pick up my vehicle (this is after two previous delays in the pick-up date). I called them and was told, "Oh, it's not ready yet"! WHAT?! ME: "What!? I'm on my way, I just spoke to you yesterday and you told me it would be ready today!" THEM: "Oh, sorry, you should not have been told that." Incredible! Of course, they -again- blamed their glass people (Spokane Glass). Unacceptable! -I was told my car would be ready Monday. On Monday, I was told it would be ready Wednesday. On Wednesday I was told it was not ready! I asked to speak to a mechanic working on the car who would know more about the situation. I was put on hold for ages, then told they were too "short staffed" for someone to speak to me. But, I nicely insisted, repeatedly. Eventually, I spoke to someone actually working on my car. He said the car never had a pick-up date of Monday! AND - he had a different explanation than the receptionist as to why the window was being replaced. Conflicting information is always shady to me. Customer Service: -What the receptionist says and what the mechanics say are different. Terrible communication & conflicting information for the customer. -When I called the receptionist could not answer most of my questions about what work was being done, and, she would not find someone who did have answers to my questions. I heard, "Oh, I don't know" WAY too many times for my comfort level. Body Work: -The customer service continued to be terrible. However, the quality of repairs was excellent. End Result: -My once undamaged window remains damaged; Spokane Glass and Lithia are still debating who's at fault. UPDATE: They wouldn't return my calls, so I had to reach out to my insurance company to get the damage caused by Lithia repaired! Forget these turkeys! read more

Went from 5 star to 1 star: I was not in the market for a vehicle, but while browsing trucks for my teenager I came across one that caught my eye. From the initial inquiry to the leaving the parking lot we were taken care of. All of our questions were answered whether by phone or text. Kody P. was extremely knowledgeable about the year/model of pickup and offered additional advice for modifications we were interested in. We never felt pressured to buy and overall was a great experience. He's earned our trust and we'd definitely buy from them again! **Edit 1 week later** We went out to leave Saturday morning and the truck wouldn't start. It would crank but not start. I called Camp back to see what they would do to help me. We mentioned we found an aftermarket alarm system under the hood but we weren't given any fobs for it, wondered if it triggered something to cause it not to start. The guy said he'd have to get with the GM and see if they could reach out to the previous owner and that he'd get back to me. He never called us back. Monday I called them again. The customer service rep was "troubleshooting" with me. She asked if we had tried to jump start it, even though I said it was cranking not starting. I told her that they put in brand new batteries, that was not the issue. She confirmed we purchased an extended warranty and said we could take it to any ASE certified mechanic. I explained the warranty didn't cover fuel system related issues. She said they were slammed that morning, but eventually got me through to a service tech. I told him what was going on and he was the most helpful of all by saying if I could get the truck to him, he'd diagnose it as fast as he could. However he admitted not knowing any logistics like who would pay for towing, or help with costs to fix it. He said that would be up to the sales department. I never heard back. Tuesday, I called back. I actually reached the salesman who originally helped us. I filled him in on what was going on. In short, he also said that I could take it to any ASE certified tech. He said that it was running while it was there and it was a good truck, and you never know what you're going to get into when buying used. While that is true, I also expected a vehicle to run longer than a week when buying from a reputable dealership. Overall I'm very disappointed in the poor customer service and will not be back!! I ended up having it hauled it to a local Ford 6.0l specialist. Turns out it was the CAM position sensor. CAMP lost a customer over a $40 part. The mechanic also noted that the alternator was out, so we're replacing that too. The air filter and both fuel filters were pitch black. We also learned that it had NOT been bullet proofed, even though we were told multiple times it had been done. They even said they had called the previous owner to confirm, what a charade!!! AWFUL customer service! I went to look at a vehicle, and they couldn't find the key. The guy texted me later that evening and said that they would have a locksmith come to make a new key, and he would get back to me. He didn't text back, but I was still interested in the vehicle, so I went on the website and used the online chat to see if it was still available. The person in chat said they would have an associate get right back to me- which did happen. I made an appointment for the following day. I show up for my appointment and check my phone to see that 3 minutes before the appointment time, I was sent a text that the vehicle was no longer available. Then the salesman comes out with some line about they have a more expensive something or other...Waste of my time and will never do business there again. After talking to my Father about my experience, he said that last year he was looking to buy a minivan from them and had it taken to his mechanic for an inspection- which he paid for. It came back clean, and he called to purchase the vehicle and was told that it was pulled from inventory. So they have a history of stringing people along and wasting their time. read more

Everyone we worked with at Camp Chevrolet has been a pleasure to work with. Throughout our process, we interacted with Ron, Kody, Ross, and David and they were all extremely helpful. We started our process online by doing research at a few surrounding businesses. Ron Odom reaches out to us via text and was very respectful in the fact that we were just doing preliminary research and were not planning to purchase immediately and without looking at other dealerships and vehicles. He would check in every few days to see if we had any additional questions but made it clear he did not want us to feel pressured. After a couple weeks of research, we scheduled a time to look at a brand new vehicle. Ron did an excellent job explaining the vehicle and all the features. After the test drive, Ron gave us pricing and we explained that while driving a brand new vehicle was very helpful, we were not planning to pay that much right now for a truck. We also explained we were early in the process and were planning to look at other vehicles and dealerships. He understood and asked that we just reach out to him before we signed with another dealer so that he could work with us to find what we were looking for. We found another vehicle used at a different dealership that we fell in love with and it was difficult to walk away but we called Ron and he had a used vehicle to show us right away. We were not sold on the vehicle but as we chatted with Ron about pros and cons of the vehicle at the other dealer, another customer traded in their vehicle. It was exactly what we were looking for and we asked if we could purchase that truck. Ron, Kody, and Ross all did an excellent job in working with us to sell us the truck that had not even been through inspection yet. They got the truck in for inspection to get it certified in just a few days and let us know as soon as it was ready. David in Finance was also a pleasure to work with and helped answer all of our questions. We took a long time going over the paperwork, additional warranty, and lifetime oil change package and David was happy to help with all of it. I brought in an offer, they told me of their better offer....which was not! Don(loan guy)said "come Hell or high water" we will make this right....they blew me off, would not return phone calls or call back, kept passing the buck and not fixing just to make their dollar! Purchased a brand new Chevrolet Colorado, and a pre-owned, certified used car. I have had nothing but problems with the used vehicle. Since I have a 12 month warranty, I have been taking it back to the service department for almost a year. I actually believe the service department has had my car more than I have. I am going to pick the car up soon, and I would bet money it will not be fixed. I wrote a not very good review on "Local Google Guides, and received a message from the general manager asking me to email him. I emailed him and never received a response. My husband and I got the run around every time we went, we bought the lifetime oil change, and went there for another issue with the car. Don't buy from these guys. This was my first time getting in an accident and I have to admit I was nervous for what was going to happen, the staff here were all super friendly, helpful, and honest! I had such a pleasurable experience that I have scheduled my future repairs with them! The bad reviews written about this place don't even seem like it's the same repair shop. I have asthma and am hyper sensitive to cigarette smoke, so much so that I can smell even the faintest scent, I couldn't smell it anywhere. The waiting area was super clean, they even have free WiFi so that I could do my work while waiting for my car! They even offered a desk for me to sit at!! Spoke with who I thought was a nice man on the phone. Left work to go test drive a vehicle and turns out that guy was beyond discriminating to the point where we walked away from the truck we loved. We then called a manager and she then transferred us to another manager because that's how much we loved the truck and we didn't want anyone else to have the experience we did.. so we reported it. Long story short, no call backs and instead a salesman offered a trade in value thousands of dollars under Kelly blue book. Beyond speechless. I am a manger myself and I know in retail, it's customer service. It's respect that gets you further in life. Not a sale but a good experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased a vehicle from Camp Chevy in Spokane Washington. Warning this is a long review but please read it before you purchase a vehicle from Camp. I found this pickup online and sent information to inquire about it. Of course they were great to work with from the start but once I purchased the vehicle it went down hill. I live 6 hours from this dealership. I flew in to Spokane to purchase this vehicle. Yes they were great and picked me up from the airport. I purchased this vehicle basically sight unseen (never will do that again). I singed the paperwork and they specifically said then that I have a warranty with this purchase. I think it was 3 months or 3k miles. I was signing papers they noticed a low battery (pickup only had 34K miles on it so to me that was odd to have happen). They replaced my battery (only took them 3 hours to do this). I go to head home and get 30 miles from the dealership and the TPM light comes on. I called the dealership and they said oh that is no big deal it will go off. I knew it wouldn't but I knew what it was so I wasn't worried about it my tires all were good. I drive it the 6 hours home and things were fine. After driving my new to me vehicle for 1 week, yes 1 week, the heater stopped working. Mind you it was first of November and temps were in the 30's - 40's, yes cold. Called the local Litha dealership to have it fixed. They called and said nothing was wrong with the heater but they did have to replace the battery because it was low. I told them they just replaced it 2 weeks ago when I bought it. They said it happens sometimes. I drive it another week and the check engine light came on and it was having starting issues. I again call my local Litha dealership and they got me in. The temp sensor was needing replaced and the battery....again. I told them to replace it but then they told me that it would be on me because they do not have a warranty for commercial vehicles. I called Camp and asked them about this. They said no you have a warranty. I had them contact my local Litha and they said this time they would honor it but not after this. So now my 3 months 3k warranty is not really there. No big deal because I trust my mechanic anyhow. Another week goes by and my check engine light comes on again. I took it to my mechanic and they found lots of issues with this pickup. All the fluid were dirty. I got a vehicle inspection from Camp that said these were all good condition. Found out the fan clutch was bad and the power steering pulley was bent. So I have my mechanic proceed with fixing these. As he was fixing these he noticed sand/mud in places that there should not be. That concerned him and he asked me to call the dealership to see if it had been reported to have been submerged in water. Of course they told me no it had not. So my mechanic proceeds with things. Gets the fan clutch done and it needs an ECM flash. My mechanic digs deeper and finds that the ECM was not working correctly and I was needing a new ECM. He started doing some research himself on the vehicle and found it to have been submerged in water. That is why the ECM was not working (no I did not replace this). So this repair costed me around $2K out of my own pocket that Camp would not refund. After trying to get Camp to correct there wrong doings and they kept saying they will not fix this so I research lawyers. I told them I would be submitting a law suit against them and they all of a sudden wanted to some what help. They were not willing to fix the pickup so they decided to trade me out for another one that was similar. I drive my pos back to Spokane and test drive another vehicle from them and there was a loud ticking when started. I passed on that vehicle. I test drove another one and it seemed to be ok. Let me mention that it was dark and raining at this time ( I mention this because I did not notice all the windows looked like someone cleaned them with a beer can and were all scratched which they would not replace). So I decided to proceed with the swap. Let me remind you the agreement was a straight across swap. They then tell me that I need to come up with another $350. Since I don't have a lot of space I will make this quick. Get pickup home and a week later it starts to have starting issues and my check engine light comes on. This time it was in my name so they had to honor the warranty. They replaced the started and temp sensor. Get my pickup back and it is still having starting issues but was told there is nothing wrong. They pointed out the fluid were dirty but the warranty wouldn't cover those. I gave up on the warranty that was provided and took it straight to my mechanic. Had him do some stuff and paid another $1,500.00 out of my own pocket. Long story short do not use Camp Chevy in Spokane Washington because all they care about it the sell and screwing over the customer. read more

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I was told by the manager, "what did you expect when you spent that much on a car?" Customer service at it's finest. I emailed Camp-Chevrolet asking for a vehicle that wouldn't require any major repair work soon. The next day a salesman offered me a 2002 Hyundai Accent. I asked to test drive it but he said they do not allow that and instead I can drive with him. The drive was quick but it seemed like everything was in working order. I met with the financial advisor who didn't say much other than "sign here and here..." He seemed to be in a hurry and didn't offer any explanation as to what I was signing.The car was priced at $750 and the final bill ended up being $1172 I asked him to remove the $150 document signing fee which he said was non-negotiable. I insisted that it is negotiable and he lowered the price of the car by $150 instead of removing the fee. The car was listed as an "as is" vehicle. I wasn't aware that meant it was no longer covered by warranty. I had never heard of this until now. I went back the next day to talk to the manager, Mr. McCaughey. He interrupted me consistently, and didn't let me finish explaining my issue before kicking me off of the location. This vehicle has an enormous amount of problems. The rear suspension boot on the passenger side is broken, causing damage to the whole frame. There's a damaged valve cover which allows oil to leak onto the alternator. The radiator is busted. The catalytic converter is dropping and the check engine light code for it was cleared at the time of sale but the code still came up on the OBDII The only thing I was told about was the doors not opening from the outside. I do not feel the business used fair tactics with me considering they didn't explain anything I was signing. I do not feel I was being sold a vehicle that matched the description of what I initially said I was looking for. I was never told I would be giving up my warranty, only given papers to sign. read more

I was a little confused when I was referred to Camp Body & Paint when needing repairs on my wife's Outback. I learned that they are a part of the Lithia Group and I'm glad they stuck with a name that's recognizable to the area and not changing the name. I've known the Camp name my whole life and hope it stays that way. Brought my vehicle in for minor repairs because someone had hit it while they were pulling into an parking space. The repairs were quick and easy and the staff were all super friendly and easy to work with. I initially had a rental car set up through Enterprise but they did not arrive to the shop so The body shop offered to set me up in one of their vehicles. At first, we were given a Chevy Trax to use...one of the worst vehicles I've ever driven and very poor design. Quality of the vehicle horrible. The drove it the day we were expecting to return it but wouldn't since the insurance check had not arrived. I mentioned that the vehicle had a very strong cigarette smoke smell and was offered a different vehicle. The process was quick and easy and they were so willing to make me happy! The pick up: Initial impressions is they did great work but I won't be able to really see it until I can wash my car (waiting 90 days). Customer service: Superb, they really exceeded my expectations. My car was detailed inside minus a few spots. It was so clean, made me feel like I was sitting in my new vehicle again! The guys went as far as to take all my things out of the storage spaces clean those out and replace them. I know where I'm taking my business in the future! read more

This was hands down the WORST buying experience of my adult life. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used car from BMW of Spokane. I wish we had looked at the dealership reviews before we'd purchased. Any dealer with 2 stars should be a warning. We purchased a black Cadillac Escalade in May 2017. We and the salesperson noticed that the hood had a couple of scratches but decided that it wasn't something that was a deal breaker for us since it looked like it would be easy to buff out. Big mistake! The first time we took the car through the car wash, we realized that the car had scratches ALL over and that the scratches had been hidden by the dealer using black wax (which was later admitted by Brian in the service department). We thought it was a little suspicious when they kept putting off showing us the car because it needed more "waxing." Now we know what happened. When we came back to the dealership, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it and it wasn't their problem. There were several other things on the car that needed fixed, like a door seal and wrong mounts on the bumper. Despite their 60 day warranty, they refused to fix any of it. Brian at the service desk at Camp Chevrolet told my husband that they didn't have the parts to fix the bumper and when my husband went into the service store, they were sitting right on the shelf for purchase. He straight up lied. My husband bought the parts and walked out, fuming. Tyson (the salesperson we'd bought the car from) insisted that the car hadn't been smoked in but we had to go to Ziebart 2xs for their chemical bomb to get the smell out. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a used car from Tyson or anyone at this dealership. The 60-day total warranty is a joke and I feel we've been cheated and lied to by several people at the dealership and in the service department. I don't ever use those words in a review but I can't warn you off this company strongly enough. read more

First off my salesman was terrific but it stopped there, if you buy a vehicle here and don't buy the oil change for life of the vehicle( 60.00 per change) or the extended warranty(4500.00) from the finance manager be prepared to be put on the back burner. I could not register my truck for over a month because nobody new where the title was but Wells Fargo already had my payment set up. After calling several times to the finance manager and getting no call backs I finally called the dealership manager and had to leave a voicemail , after several calls and never once got a call back I finally called the title manager and at least she new where it was, on her desk waiting to for another signature because of a 2 mile difference on odometer. Assured that I would have my title in 2 days it was another week til I was able to get my title. I know dealerships are busy but a call back would have made the process a little easier to take. If your looking for a vehicle I would stay clear of Camp Chevrolet and Cadillac. read more

Service department are crooks!!! Stay away. They said my radiator was leaking... they wanted too much to repair it, so I ordered one and went to do it myself. There were no leaks as reported, so the new one is sitting on my shelf. They also said the catalytic converter was bad and wanted $1500 for the part alone. I did some digging around and found the car had a hole in a vacuum line. For $80 I fixed and haven't had a problem yet. This dishonesty of this place is horrible!!!!! STAY AWAY! read more

My daughter purchased a Lexus RX 350 2006 from camp in June July. We had the car checked out by my mechanic and when I drove it off the lot 3 days later after the Lemon Law we found out it needed a complete new motor . My daughter is a single mom goes to school and works almost full-time and needed reliable transportation. Camp agreed to replace the motor and the car was in the shop with them for 3 months they gave her a loaner truck . 2 months later we found out when she got the car back that it needed a new transmission with a total cost of $6,300 when we had evaluated Camp agreed to trade for cars with one of equal value which was around $10,000 . When we got there at bringing the evaluation and that they agreed to look at of the transmission cost they told us that they weren't going to do that but manager on duty gave us a scowl and told us he wouldn't even take it as a trade. I will never buy a car recommend anyone to buy a car from Camp Chevrolet after that experience we got sold of lemon! I don't know how to reply to this functionally on the app! I am willing to talk to you Justin but forsake of transparency your response and your attitude will be noted in this forum along with follow ups! As documented you put my life at risk when the car blew out the oil filter and fried the engine mid traffic on I90 heading west so let's see what you have to say! read more

The staff seems nice enough but don't be fooled. You would have to go to Vegas to see that many smoke and mirrors. Don't let them push you on to the next step before you have resolved your concerns or they have answered your questions. Once you sign your are nothing. Anything not resolved or promised but not delivered goes up in smoke. I realize that I was just being fed a line of false promises and excuses for months. No intention of doing anything. I will never buy another car there again. No matter how much further I have to drive. The real integrity of a business is how much service you get after you've made your purchase. I bought a truck at Camp last month. The sales guys were very polite and professional, but that all ended when I drove the truck off the lot. I discovered an issue with some dash lighting on the way home in the dark, that I did not see in the light when we test drove the truck. When I called to talk to the service department about it, the woman's was not really sure if they would fix if or if I had to pay. I went back in person and another woman had no idea what to do about it. A service guy came by as I was talking to her and he started telling me how much I would have to pay to have the issue "diagnosed." I then went home and emailed the guy I signed the paperwork with, Don, whom I really did like. However, he would not reply when I asked him for help and how to proceed. I purchased a vehicle from Camp Chevrolet in October 2020. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased was a lemon which GM has taken care of. However, at the time of the sale, I purchased the vehicle with added spray coatings through Camp. I only drove the car for one week before it was in the shop permanently. I asked Camp to reimburse me for the coatings so that it could be done on the new vehicle that GM swapped out. I spoke with the finance manager, David Ju, who told me they would not even consider it as they sold us a service that was complete and even though the car was a lemon, the service was done and there were no issues with the "service". I then asked who I would need to speak to in order to pursue this further and he told me to call James Baughman, the sales manager. Despite leaving messages, talking to the receptionist, other sales associates and the finance manager again, I have been unable to get the sales manager on the phone to discuss the situation. This has been going on for more than a month even though I was assured I would get a call back and that the sales manager was the one who would make the decision. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle through Camp because once the sale is done, they no longer care to provide any kind of customer service. read more

I feel this is a modest rating considering they endangered my life and hundreds of others. Sales process was good. Bought a used truck with low miles. Bearings going out 3000 miles later. Come to find out THREE tires had loose lugs. Now don't put this off as a small little fuck up. They have to sign and date with torque ratings for a reason. If it is even a little looser then required it will eventually grow and get even looser ruining the stud walls of your lug nuts. What if I hadn't caught this sooner and my tire is rolling down the road cause I thought I just needed bearings done killing a family of four and me ? I was contacted by someone THREE DAYS AGO and they didn't even tell my salesman (like they said they were going to) cause apparently he was supposed to deal with me but after I mentioned a lawsuit they give me as little information as possible with a name and a number and say they are done talking to me almost as if they were hoping for me to just say the word. They have no sympathy for endangering my life. They dont follow through with there word. I'd recommend a certain salesman but considering the lack of information at the end there...I'm gonna hold on to it. DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE and if you do always check your luggs. I contacted Camp Chevrolet via email because I am a Registered Nurse working 12 hour NOC shifts and explained to them what I was looking for. One of your Salesman Mike contacted me and let me know that they had what I was looking for (2017 Chevy Trax AWD) and he would have it ready when I arrived. I informed him that I was pre-approved through my credit union and he said that it would be even easier and they would have me in and out right away. I came in he had the vehicle ready we did a test drive and he got the paperwork going and set me up with the finance to go through all the paperwork, we signed all the paperwork and I was done very quickly. Took two days to respond to my initial inquiry on a truck. The guy I talked to was pretty friendly and not pushy at first then I showed more interest and it became the typical car deal. Super responsive to me up until they got everything to pull credit. After they were able to structure the deal the communications stopped. I had to literally text and call to get any sorts of answers. When I asked questions it was like stuff was trying to be kept secret like what my trade amount was, was anything required for a down payment etc...it was answers like "it's around what the other dealer said they would give you" and "you may have to put some money down." I am a pretty blunt person and maybe that's why I feel this way but I expect to the penny answers and I expect a transparent and good experience we're paying thousands of dollars for something. I lost all of that comfortable feeling and am deciding to take my business else where. I wouldn't not recommend them but they also will not be my first stop...probably a last actually. UPDATE: July 25th 2019: I have now contacted them via their website THREE times because hey they had exactly what I wanted and I was willing to give them another chance. I tried purchasing a used car from this dealership and my experience is not anything I would want for any other person looking to purchase a car. The car I intended to purchase had a problem and the shop was going to look into it and call me back. I checked daily with the salesperson and the dealership. The car was still either in the shop or they would call me. Well, the same sales person who was going to call me as soon as the car was ready sold the car right in my presence to another buyer. The sales manager was completely of no help. Talk about honesty and being ethical! I will never purchase a vehicle from Camp Chevrolet ever again! read more

I'd rate this used car transaction as average. The price was very good - this Yukon XL was $4000-$7000 higher at half a dozen other dealers within 50 miles. I can't give five stars because the process was sloppy. Took 4 re-dos on the application and had to go back to the Dealer to re-sign documents 3 times total. Next time I will stick with the credit union pre-qualification and bring in a check to save the time. The staff is friendly enough, they did do the repairs promised and do have a 2000 mile 3 mo warranty on them for anything that might go wrong. They made good on that so that adds to my confidence in this dealer. Just wish the paperwork had been a little more smooth. read more

We just purchased on July 3rd and will never go back. Our salesman was great, but that was the only reason this place gets a star. The trade in was terrible, but we were looking for a specific vehicle and they had what we wanted. The finance guy explained the lifetime oil change option and the extended warranty, neither of which we were interested in - he never really asked us for a yes or no answer so we assumed from the conversation he knew we were not interested. I just happened to notice an oil change line item when we scanned quickly over the finance sheet. If I would not have been paying attention, I would have missed that he added both the cost of lifetime oil changes and the extended warranty! The end payment looked roughly the same as determined with the salesman because the finance guy extended the term by 1 year when he added in the extras!!! Had I not caught that, we would have left with a signed deal that would have had us paying for extras we did not want for 12 months longer than our payments were supposed to be! If that wasn't bad enough, it is now the 19th and they STILL have not done the payoff on our trade in! After trying to communicate with someone for the past 3 days, I had a phone call this morning and was told the check was cut on the 15th and overnighted on the 16th and it should be paid by now so I stopped at the bank this afternoon and NO, they still do not have a check. I called the person who called me this morning and left a message and I know this is hard to believe, but, you guessed it, no call back. Every day that this is delayed costs us money. read more

This dealer has absolutely no respect for First Responders! I made a deal on a pickup, towards the end of July. The pickup wasn't ready at the time I signed the contract, No big deal, right? While I was waiting for the pickup to be ready, I have been called on multiple fires. Making my schedule very hectic and not leaving me much spare time for my family, let alone to go and waste my day at a car lot. Wasn't more than a day or two after the pickup was ready, the harassment started about getting in to take delivery . I explained about me being on night shift, and tied to the fire 13 hours plus a day, and I just couldn't get away right away. I begged them to hold the pickup until I had time, They refused. I offered to to pay for the pickup In full until I got there, would not take a deposit. Eventually they just started ignoring me. I never had a direct line to a salesman, or couldn't get any responses even through an email. Long story short, they sold the pickup out from under me probably for a higher price. . So If they treat a firefighter like this, how do you think they're going to treat everyone? Please show some respect and support for your fellow firefighters and first responders, and please shop somewhere else. read more

I spent the day at Camp Chevy trying to dig my fiancé out of her negative equity. The shopping experience was good, our salesman Mikey took great care of us from the moment we started talking with him to the moment we left. Unfortunately, David the finance manager I believe, blew the sale at the very last moment. Im going to lay out the whole encounter before I get that far though. At first he was just doing the typical I'm working so hard for you and only you act that we have seen at every dealership we've been to so far. That was ok, it's not our first rodeo. I too was a salesman for a while, the tactics were understood. We ended up leaving to look at a few other options and while we were out David calls saying we were approved. Great! Now time to make a deal. Let me remind you we are trying to get rid of my fiancé's car and negative equity. Well we show back up and the new deal doesn't involve the other car at all. We just get two cars. This is where we met a true vulture in the industry. He pulled out every stop to convince me that he had worked the last and final deal and that it was nearly impossible and it was only due to his relationships with the lenders as if we hadn't heard this before. Once again expected. But then the bait and switches we had heard about came out. All of the sudden we had a deal involving both cars because he was trying so hard for us since we are so special haha luckily my lady saw that this new deal had all of the extra warranties and things we wanted cut out. Several deals and very pushy sales tactics later we arrived at a deal close enough to our budget to move forward. Now the good part. We go to financing and meet up with an amazing lady. I can't remember her name off the top of my head but she was great. Then, all of the sudden it was made clear that David had completely taken my lady off of the loan. The car was going to completely belong to me. Something never ever mentioned. We ended up saying screw it and continued going over numbers arriving finally at insurance. After calculations, a big insurance spike and all of the other factors that had made the deal so far from the one we were looking for; made the car not worth it for us. The finance lady went to see if David might have one more trick. Obviously pissed he had spent so much time and about to see us walk out. He came in with the wrong attitude to sell a car to this guy. He stormed in her office heated and started raising his voice to me saying I won't get this deal tomorrow. He's done everything possible and nobody will work as hard as he has for me. Having had enough of his attitude I went to shake his hand and tell him to have a nice day. Instead of being a man and shaking my hand, he threw a tantrum and dodged me while he slithered out the door. Immediately realizing he screwed up big, David turned around and proceeded to apologize relentlessly just a little too late. Pressure busts pipes David. read more

This review relates to the service department. Poor communication, poor follow up, and very basic work was not completed as promised or in a reasonable amount of time. I tried to express my concern to the service agent who helped me after picking up my car, and also the General manager. I have not heard back from them after one week, so am posting my review online. This was only my 2nd service since purchasing a brand new car from them 10 months ago. Brought my car in for a turn signal repair, oil change and car wash around 9:20am, and was told it would probably be a couple of hours since it may not be a simple bulb replacement, and instead the tail light may need to be rebuilt. Called at 11:45 for an update, had to leave a voice mail - no response. I had a dental appointment that afternoon so wanted to be sure I could get my car back in time. Called again at 12:15, and was told they weren't sure where the service agent was, but that they were just finishing with my car, and I could pick it up any time. (Of course just a simple bulb was needed.) Got my own ride to the dealership at 1:15, and learned that my car had not yet been washed. I asked why I was told my car was ready one hour earlier, but the guy who fetched the car didn't know (and surely the poor communication wasn't his fault). I told him I could only wait 10-15 more minutes, but he said he couldn't wash it that quickly since there was another car ahead of me. He said someone parked my car in the wrong place so they didn't know it needed a wash. (It was filthy.) The service agent was once again nowhere to be found. While I drove to my appointment I called him and left a voice mail expressing my disappointment. I really needed that carwash, and left my car with them for 4 hours - an inconvenience for me - and it should have been plenty of time to get the promised work done. I never heard back. I also left a voice mail for the general manager whose name and phone number were listed on my service hang tag that said something along the lines of 'call me if your service was not excellent' but I never heard back from him, either. Very disappointing - makes me want to take my business anywhere else but here. read more
