During the class we rotate between cardio, weights, sand bells, and body weight exercises. When I work out on my own I typically just run but this boot camp has done a great job of working out all of my muscles. The exercises are such that anyone can do them because each exercise can be modified depending on your skill level. All of the women in the camp are very supportive and try to hold you accountable when you miss so that you keep coming back. We even support each other doing things such as triathlons and organized running events. I would recommend this camp to anyone who is thinking about doing it!

I joined Fit body boot camp as a challenge, but before I completed the challenge I realized that this is where I belong. They make sure you get a meal plan customized to your individual needs, you work out with others who want the same results that you want, you feel good about your workouts and the trainers are knowledgable and make sure your form is correct when working out (which is my biggest issue) I have made this not only my daily workout, but my family! I was so excited to find 21 Fit Club not too far from my house. I was wanting to get back into my…read morefitness after healing from surgery and found out that 21 Fit Club was running a June Butt and Gut Program. You get 8 workout sessions (each 1 hour long), meal plan and home workouts for $125. In this particular program you could choose between a 5am or 7pm session on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The evening option is great for me as I cannot do mornings - at all - ever - nope. On my first day I wanted to walk out during the warm up - it was so hard. Six laps around the building and 10 bur-pees in between each lap. The other boot camp attendees help cheer you on and support you. We did some partner work and individual stuff and always hit abs. Every time I am satisfied that I received a great workout, super sweaty and sore as all get out the next day. If I can end up with half the body that trainer/owner, Britney, does I will be over the moon. I cannot wait until her next 21 day challenge with a PM option. Highly recommend - she also does $15 drop in's on most classes if you call/text her ahead of time and payment is easy because she takes PayPal. Call her today! :D
