As soon as I entered the door, I was warmly greeted, both by a delightful woman as well as the smell of rich chocolates. I purchased the sun catcher, and enough chocolates for my family, and had a great conversation. I highly recommend stopping into Guths, if you are visiting Green Lake! Bring your cash, they discourage cards. Where I live (Laguna Beach, CA) , some restaurants are the other way. They are not accepting cash and only take alternate card or digital payments. I ordered Mr. Beefy, a delicious smoked beef tenderloin panini sandwich with melted provolone cheese that really hit the spot. But having frequented "up north Wisconsin" (family owns a lake house up there) since I was 5 years old, not once could I remember a place that I felt had better food.
