The smoked salmon appetizer was a bit disappointing, as it was essentially a piece of smoked salmon served over lettuce with capers and crackers. My steak had quite a bit of gristle, although the flavor itself was very good. The standout dish of the night was definitely the pork ribs....you can absolutely tell why they are known for them because they were delicious! Overall, I would recommend checking this place out for the atmosphere, drinks, service, and their famous ribs.

On the positive side, after a wan "Caesar" salad, the steaks were quite good and perfectly cooked. Mine was accompanied with vegetables that still had tooth and were tasty. The prices are not for the faint of heart. Steaks hover around $50. While the plate itself was delicious, for this price I expect a much more special experience.
