    6 person cabin

Anyone who gets to come here is super lucky. (And any kid who gets to come here is even more so!) Camp Mather really is a SF gem - it combines the best of nature and civilization. Nature because there's trees, lack of wifi/reception, lakes - and it's relatively close to several hikes that have waterfalls, the Hetch Hetchy dam and reservoir, and sequoias. Civilization because there are cabins with electricity, screen doors/windows, a dining hall, and planned recreation like ropes courses, archery, horse rides, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and more. There's also pretty nice bathrooms (flush toilets and strong showers). And laundry. If you ever get the chance to come and want tor recharge from the Instagram-connected world, Mather is just a fantastic place to do it. Tips: - the larger cabins have screen windows and doors. The smaller ones depend if someone left one behind for future visitors :) - there's 1 outlet in the cabin and it's ungrounded (that means 2 prongs only). You can buy an adapter at the general store to let you plug in 3-prong stuff though

They had nothing in stock since it was the last week of summer. Kind of a bummer for the kids wanting merch and stuff

Sure its awesome. But thinking about giving it a 1 star so that none of you readers apply to take a slot -- it is a lottery after all.

CAMP MATHER. Old school is the best school. My children love this place. I like being off the grid.

The newest addition to the team is Kim, who is as warm and friendly as the other employees and genuinely interested in how she can be of help. I want to acknowledge Doreen yet again for the foods she finds for me when I'm looking for, e.g., ones with very low to no salt added to it. And also Ryan, who has helped me on this quest as we evaluate, e.g. mustard and which had the lowest sodium content. And Roy, who is always eager to help, Clavey.... they rock.

I appreciate that this little wondrous health gem has such a diverse selection of groceries to accommodate different dietary needs. Though their produce is pricey - it's always on point. The blueberries I bought here recently were incredible. If you're looking for quality meats, coconut yogurt, low carb snacks, vegan goodies and everything in between - this is your spot. I particularly enjoy how many local products they now stock here. From fresh baked sourdough bread, to handmade desserts, to homemade teas, face sprays and elixirs - Nature's Whole Food Depot is all about showcasing local artists, bakers, and healers. Be sure to also stay tuned their FB page to learn about events that they host in their store. They spotlight everything from foraging to breath work and more. If you want to support local - Nature's Whole Food Depot is your spot. I'd recommend allotting quite a bit of time to fully explore this magical space. Trust.

This store is located in the Quarry Village area, which is conveniently located next to a few of the main eateries inside Yosemite, as well as some of the main camping grounds in the park. This store is not as big as some of the other stores in Yosemite Valley so just keep in mind when looking at their selection. I do think this is a good stop for a quick snack, or just some drinks. They do have a souvenir section but frankly is not as great when compared to some of the other stores. Just to give you an idea, this shop had like six hats to choose from, when another store in the valley easily had over fifty hat options to pick from. However, regardless of their variety I do think this store is very convenient and the staff that works here is great. Since the store is pretty small and can feel a little crowded, the staff works really hard to move the line as quickly as possible and get everyone out to their next adventure.

I could tell she was racist but the way she ignored me really concerned me. This is an Aramark employee and they are all about sales. This is the first time visiting the park where I feel so uncomfortable and and unwelcome. This employee looks at me and says "I was finishing up what I'm doing" no eye contact whatsoever. She clearly had an issue with helping me. Honestly she needs a new job. She doesn't deserve to live and work in such a beautiful place with that ugly attitude and unprofessionalism. Was planning on buying a few snacks and merchandise. After over 40 trips to yosemite. This is the first time I refuse to shop here
