For a small market, they have a very nice produce selection. Then they have the basics, plus a lot of frozen meals and desserts.

The newest addition to the team is Kim, who is as warm and friendly as the other employees and genuinely interested in how she can be of help. I want to acknowledge Doreen yet again for the foods she finds for me when I'm looking for, e.g., ones with very low to no salt added to it. And also Ryan, who has helped me on this quest as we evaluate, e.g. mustard and which had the lowest sodium content. And Roy, who is always eager to help, Clavey.... they rock.

I appreciate that this little wondrous health gem has such a diverse selection of groceries to accommodate different dietary needs. Though their produce is pricey - it's always on point. The blueberries I bought here recently were incredible. If you're looking for quality meats, coconut yogurt, low carb snacks, vegan goodies and everything in between - this is your spot. I particularly enjoy how many local products they now stock here. From fresh baked sourdough bread, to handmade desserts, to homemade teas, face sprays and elixirs - Nature's Whole Food Depot is all about showcasing local artists, bakers, and healers. Be sure to also stay tuned their FB page to learn about events that they host in their store. They spotlight everything from foraging to breath work and more. If you want to support local - Nature's Whole Food Depot is your spot. I'd recommend allotting quite a bit of time to fully explore this magical space. Trust.

If you wish to be insulted, leaving…read moreaggravated, I highly recommend you stop by our local Dollar General Store in Jamestown, California. I caution you to be very careful when dealing with the local staff members; they must be from a different plane of reality than we exist in. God forbid you say Excuse me while trying to go down a blocked aisle; the under-trained customer service agent will roll her eyes and make a hissing sound like a snake. tsssssssst. Never, I repeat never voice your disdain regarding her unprofessional response and behavior. Her responsive quip, while she slept away was "Asshole" I proceeded to locate General Manager and was blown away by His inability to understand basic elementary English. My first clue your ask would be the rejected look and overwhelming stench of His cologne. Secondly, His pre-pubescent frame along with his far-off starred eyes had me convinced I was dealing with a rejected lover of Gomer Pile USMC and a forced-out citizen of Mayberry USA. After lowering my verbiage to a level he could understand I left feeling traumatized, exhausted, and in desperate need of a nap. This did not end well, I called Dollar General's Corporate Headquarters and spoke with a person who desperately needs a refresher course in ESL. English as a Second Language. The moral of this story is, Always pray to keep the odds ones out and a clear path to your food items.

Not only to the customers but to the employees I have seen long lines in that store with one cashier. There is a girl Jessica and a Cathy who I see working the front most of the time and when they need help the manager has gotten angry she runs around that store like if she is on some kind of medication it's actually horrible to watch. This Dollar general used to be my favorite store not only is it convenient but it used to be clean and friendly now I would rather go to Wal-Mart
