It was completely unprovoked and his tone was threatening. I was told to "get a job" and given the middle finger. Please don't give your business to this company. I was harassed by someone driving The Killers Pest Control vehicle today outside of a vigil service that was honoring the life of someone who has passed -- an event many of us found deeply emotional and painful. During the memorial, someone in this business' vehicle drove slowly past our group, rolled down their window, and yelled aggressively at us to "get a job" multiple times. His tone was hostile and threatening -- inappropriate for any situation, and especially disrespectful during a memorial service. I don't know if this person was an employee or owner, but the vehicle clearly displayed your company branding. I hope you address this behavior and clarify your company's values and expectations for respectful conduct. No one attending a memorial service deserves to be yelled at or harassed. read more

A couple of months later, we had wasps underneath a shingle in our roof. Matt came out quickly to deal with both situations. And, for the wasp situation specifically, he came out 2 weeks in a row and also answered my very lengthy e-mail of questions related to wasps. I'm sure I am not his favorite customer, however, he does not show that at all. He's always patient, kind, professional, and respectful. Oh my goodness Killers what happened to the customer centric company I started using 7 years ago? Was it the expansion into Salem and Newport that changed you into one of "them"? My service rep (Mike who is awesome BTW) had suggested I should replace a couple of foundation vents. Come to find out today when he arrived to do them that 2 vents (maybe 5 min each to replace) was going to cost me $150!!?? REALLY??? I politely told him never mind and that I'd do it myself. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Remember word of mouth (or SM text) reaches alot of potential customers and your longstanding customers help to drive your business.
