I had to take a minute to write about another great meeting with our All Pest Control technician Trentyn, who came out again for another round of killing those darned tiny ants. Once again, he was professional, kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Today, he heard me casually mention that my three year old was sleeping, and when he went to the area of the house and saw a closed door (he had no idea where his room was) he lowered his voice to a whisper without hesitation! This is the kind of respectful gentleman I would want working at my company. I got to hear just a tiny bit of his life too, what a hardworking, stand up guy! From the time I called the office and a sweet woman answered the phone to make my initial appointment, to Trentyn coming out today- we've had an awesome experience. They are true to their word on the warranty they provide. On our first residence about 5 years ago, we used them as well and they provided great service that time as well. I was surprised to see so many 5 star reviews for this company. In the five years or so that I was a customer that was not my experience at all. I feel that I am being generous by giving them two stars. The pluses: Their Technicians seem to know what they are doing and are knowledgeable/friendly enough. On the management side, it was always made clear to me that All Pest did not value my business which is a big part of why I finally left. All Pest is only too happy to come out at exactly the three month mark to capture the recurring revenue....... applying chemicals during times of the year when ants are not even present.... and often during monsoons where the chemicals they apply are instantly washed away. I would have much preferred to have gotten 4 visits a year on a more appropriate application cycle. When I asked about them cleaning my gutters I foolishly thought I would be given an attractive price since I was a loyal customer... nope! The quote was quite high and much higher than any others I had gotten. If you are on their subscription service and you wind up with an ant infestation, DO NOT expect them to react quickly. My living room was inundated with carpenter ants but when I contacted them in a panic I was told that they DO NOT offer any type of emergency service and that they would come out later that week when they could fit me it. Of course all of the above is fine. It's their business and they can run it however they please. However, for the money they charge I expected more in the way of customer loyalty and customer service. I didn't get it so now I buy $10 worth of Terro in the Spring if needed and save myself $300/yr. There is a LOT of competition in the pest removal space here in town. You can do a LOT better than Al Pest. read more

We hired all pest to clean up the crawl space of my parents hom after a home inspector found dead vermin and droppings from a previous exterminator came out for the rat problem. We have to sell the house after my dad passed away last year. We needed the space cleaned to sell the house and my mom found this company. The first technician (dave) said the area was cleaned up and would pass an inspection, then the inspector returned and found it had not been cleaned. My mom called and spoke to someone named Ella (who implied maybe the old dead vermin crawled down there after the other guy left), then a "manager" named Brandon came out yesterday and my mom was told he would take care of it. Today a petrified rat carcass was found in the same crawl space, it takes a long time for a carcass to be petrified, it clearly didnt crawl down and die there last night. My mom is elderly and put her trust in this company, but I was the one paying and clearly they were just scamming an old lady. Fortunately I have video evidence that I will happily share with the better business bureau. Do not give these people your money! read more

My elderly parents have had a ground hornet problem for the past month or so. My old man puts on a 1960's gold motor cycle helmet and four winter coats and goes out every morning and squirts dish soap and vodka on the bees.(Something he read off the internet) Needless to say he and the dog have been stung multiple times by drunk clean bees. Josh came to help me control a mouse problem I've had for years - I live by woods and water. He explained all the alternative methods and then just told me the reality of it and how my money is going to be best spent in handling the problem. I have used All Surface Cleaning for my gutters and roof for over ten years. I found All Surface Pest to work from the same place of honesty; excellent service and impeccable follow up. The 30 day warranty that is stated on their website doesn't clearly explain what exactly is under warranty. I assumed the 30 day warranty that came with the mole service I bought would mean that my yard would at least be mole free for 30 days. New mole hills appeared within a week after the last trap was taken out so my mole problem is about the same as before I spent $295 for the mole service. To their credit they did come multiple times to my yard and did catch a large mole but for $295 I don't think it's too much to expect your mole problem to be gone for just a little while. read more

We contacted All Pest for an estimate to eradicate a yellow jacket nest in a railroad tie and maybe in the ground. The technician called ahead when he was about 10 minutes away. Michael Richards wore nice slacks and a long sleeve dress shirt. I was immediately impressed. I showed him the situation told him we had been spraying. he picked up a shovel and started digging around, finally declaring that we had killed the nest. He explained a little about the different sprays and also about nesting bees. The quote if we had needed it to be eradicated was very reasonable. We feared we had some sort of critter in the attic. We called All Pest to come take a look. Joshua arrived and after asking a few questions about the problem, he went to work taking a look. He looked both in the attic as well as the crawlspace and he found no evidence of any mice, squirrels or anything else. He described in detail what he would be looking for and how mice and other animals behave and what type of trails they leave. I booked this company on the basis of a very positive experience and recommendation from my niece who used them about a month ago. They were able to come the day after my call for help (the pesky little black ants had invaded again with a vengeance), they were slightly early for the visit which was great, and very professional upon arrival. Joshua explained the chemicals, the methodology involved in application, and assured me that the process would not endanger my pets inside, or any neighborhood pets outside. He was very thorough in explaining my options from a price point of view, one of which did come with a guarantee, contrary to the very dissatisfied customer on this site, and he was very helpful in assisting me in figuring out what the best way for me to proceed was. I recommend them highly. My niece by the way, who had also been invaded by the ant army, says she's only seen 2 or 3 ants since her first visit. I had All Pest come to my home and spray for the tiny black ants that invade my kitchen ever year, now they were appearing in winter AND summer. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My appointment was scheduled quickly. The technician was exactly on time and also polite and very knowledgeable. THE ISSUE: I had a compost bin that I found tunneling around the bottom and even chewed thru the side of the bin. The dog was always checking out that area and the deck area close by. I figured it was a mole and but came out one night to get the dog inside and there it was running down my trellis, a rat. YIKES! THE SOLUTION: I called All Pest and they came out right away. A technician identified the source of the issue ( compost bin being a constant food source and bird seed from birdfeeders). Sad to give up on both but didn't want to support a rat colony. He set two bait boxes and informed me how they worked, no danger to dogs or cats even if they came upon the dying rats. Within a couple days the dog was no longer patrolling the deck or previous compost area. Two weeks later they came back and had to restock one box completely and a little more bait in another. They will check again in another two weeks. I am very hopeful the issue is behind me. SERVICE=OUTSTANDING: You don't find too many companies that offer the high level of customer service AND do a great job like this company. The office staff is super courteous, making calls ahead of time, follow-up calls, hand written thank you notes for your business (yes, through snail mail not email!). The technicians are prompt, courteous, and professional. They explain what the issue is, how the pests live, flourish, and how to attack the issue. There is no guarantee other than they will do their very best to address the issue and they deliver on that tenfold! I would recommend ALL PEST and ALL SURFACE is a company that delivers!! read more

We've used All Pest since we moved out here 7+ years ago. They helped clear up a lot of inside spiders that the previous owners had ignored, and we've used them for quarterly maintenance ever since. They are professional, responsive, and won't try to sell you on treatments you don't need. They have also helped us clear a squirrel out of our attic and worked relentlessly to find how it got in and then blocked the entrance.
