    Fried pickles

We went there for happy hour on a Sunday. Service was good. It's nice they have happy hour everyday. I had a margarita, it was pretty good, maybe a touch strong. The hamburger was juicy and good. We enjoyed the wedge salad with plenty of bacon on it. U got a ton of fried pickles which were pretty good. The pickles could be a little thicker. Good value for the price.

    Omg those smashed potatoes!!

We've been staying at the resort all weekend and had both breakfast and dinner here and the experience was top notch! Everything from the service (especially Floria - one of the kindest servers I have met in a long time) to the food was as good as it gets. I'm really trying to figure out why this place only has three stars! I'm actually pretty picky and I can say this beats out most restaurants I've been to in a long time that are much more expensive. For breakfast one morning I got the eggs Benedict with the addictive smashed potatoes and then for dinner I had the salmon Caesar and my husband had the goddess chop salad. Both were exceptional. Being from the Pacific Northwest, I am pretty particular when it comes to salmon and it was blackened and cooked to a perfect medium rare. And then they brought out these delectable rolls with their homemade honey garlic and sea salt butter. The next morning for breakfast my husband had the fork and knife breakfast sandwich and I had their pub breakfast and substituted the homemade biscuit with homemade jam. So satisfying! They just go the extra mile here. Everything is made from scratch and the food is fried in beef tallow and you can tell the standard is very high. We also came in on a Friday night and they had live music and the artist they had that night was really good. I wouldn't have expected something this amazing in this sort of setting but we could've stayed all night listening to the music. Overall a great experience!

Happy hour food selections arent terrible. Wagyu sliders were amazing. The calamari steak was a mixture of blenderized calamari with something else in it --odd. Truffles fries portion was huge. Beautiful dining space Fantastic service

Three stars for the excellent pasta dish only. After being seated it took about 10 minutes to see a waiter. He took our order which was a bowl of chowder for myself and pasta and a beer for my husband. He brought out the chowder immediately. About 15 minutes later the pasta arrived. We had to ask about the beer which he had forgotten. After drinking half the beer he came back to tell us it was the wrong one ‍. We didn't see the waiter again for about a half an hour, finally had to flag him down to get a check. Keep in mind he only had a couple tables he was working, the place was pretty slow so expected better service. Food: the chowder was flavorless and lacked very many clams. The Fire Pasta was excellent! They source fresh pasta from Lago Pasta in town. Chicken was tender and the dish was nicely seasoned. Might go in the future for happy hour, probably wouldn't do dinner again.

We had the sweetest waitress and sat outside. I ordered a piña colada and fire pasta with a side of mashed potatoes. I love my taters! My sister was not too impressed by the steak. Like it looks amazing like chef-tastic. However, did not taste it. My plate was good though. I highly recommend the fire pasta! It was a bit chilly for a summer night so I would recommend bringing a light jacket if you go late June still and you get cold easy; like I do. I wasn't too pleased with my piña colada but I still drank it. I came in a cute cup. It was nice experience. 80% might go back.

Tonight, we experienced a pre-Valentine's dinner at an intimate Lake Chelan restaurant. Delicious American cuisine - I enjoyed the Braised Short Rib and its a lot so I have leftover hehehe and Creme Brûlée with Blueberry for dessert. Luke had King Salmon after a heart clam chowder. We tried refreshing drinks like the "Not So Old Cuban" with white rum, mint, and champagne, along with a crisp white wine and passion fruit tequila sour. The restaurant, complete with a bar, provided a relaxing atmosphere from breakfast through dinner.

We've been dining at Campbells for years and the Veranda is consistent good. The service is always terrific; through the years we've come to look forward to seeing long time server Floria's lovely smile and great hospitality. The food is very good and I especially like the fact that they have some great wines by the glass--better than most restaurants. I'm a Chardonnay fan and I'm never disappointed with what they offer. Sitting outside in the shaded veranda with a cool breeze off the lake, this is what Chelan and Campbell's is known for. Note--when you are at Campbells, ask if you can go see their 'Lincoln Letter' on the main floor of the resort.

The standout was the carrots, it was my favorite surprisingly, beautifully roasted, naturally sweet, and layered over a rich, bright purée that made the whole dish feel special. Paired with a glass of sparkling rosé and with wide open patio view, it was one of those simple, perfect winery moments. And don't forget your dogs! From the bright beet dish to the perfectly cooked salmon to the classic burger and fries, everything tasted like the kitchen actually enjoys what they're doing. Well done to the cooks in the back! I've had their wines many times at home, but hadn't been in for a visit and taste in many many years until this past Memorial Day weekend. Sadly, the winery experience to me was a little underwhelming. The grounds felt a little scattered, and the team working seemed a little cold to my in-laws (despite them being long time members and locals). The Sauvignon Blanc bottle we shared had the very distinct "cat pee" aroma that I couldn't get out of my nose. I had to choke it down. The views were beautiful and I know their other wines have been good, I'm just not sure if this is some place I'd come back to given all the many other fantastic options in the area.

Get ready to back up your truck to the door when you finish b/c they load you up with so many fresh, hand-cut fries. Again, such good flavor, but this is where the heartburn really kicks in. They bring out a caddy of 6 different sauces to keep the Freedom fries company. The gal who served us wouldn't win any awards for hospitality, but she treated us well and we got out of there alive. We waited in line for about 15 minutes before one of the workers let everyone know that one person should order while the other secures a table. I came with my mom and my boyfriend, so we made sure we all communicated what we wanted before I had my mom find us a table. Luckily, she was able to grab an outdoor seat with an amazing view of the blueberry farm. We waited about 10 minutes for our food to arrive. It was a little strange getting our pies before our breakfast, but it was fine since the breakfast came about 10 minutes later. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious, but it was definitely on the heavier side. Between the gravy and everything else, we were feeling a serious food coma afterward. The desserts were interesting. We enjoyed the blueberry pie, but the texture of the banana cream pie was a little off for us. It almost felt like whipped butter. The blueberry juice was delicious! We would've bought some to take home, but the line was way too long and we didn't feel like waiting again. Overall, the food was good, but the process of finding a table and ordering seemed confusing for a lot of people behind us. I would totally come back again. I'd love to try blueberry picking next time! When we visited, it was $3.50 per pound.
