On the way to Chelan, I made a 10:45am brunch reservation here. Luckily, it wasn't really needed but it did fill up around 11:30ish. Atmosphere Sitting outside during the warm months is highly recommended. Although, huge design flaw of being on the lake and not really being able to see the water ‍ casual dining outside with high top tables for small-medium groups. Staff The staff was SUPER friendly! Our waiter was just the right amount attentive. He kept my mimosas flowing, took our dirty dishes (I hate when they sit too long), checked up on us but didn't bother us. He was useful in sone recommendations around town & quick! Food/Drinks Bottomless mimosas for brunch...what more could you want? Well, I guess food....which is also delicious! We ordered the crab Benedict and the bagel, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. The Benedict was good, there could've been a little more crab but the flavor was on point. The bagel spread was fresh!!! Smoked salmon to perfection. I would order both dishes again!! Highly recommend! I will be back...maybe next weekend read more

06/08/2021 Brunch. Very disappointed in the decline of the food quality. I shared 2 photos on this review one from my recent visit and one from a couple years ago. At the time it was the best brunch in Chelan. Now it's definitely not worth the money. I ordered the Pub breakfast which on the menu it stated it came with rosemary and thyme potatoes but instead I got shriveled fingerling potatoes with no rosemary or thyme instead it had some bell peppers on top. The pancakes were the best part. My partner ordered the eggs Benedict just like they did years ago. Expecting a delicious classic hollandaise sauce but instead got some underwhelming dish with american cheese looking sauce on top. Just look at the pictures side by side and you will see the decline in quality. I hope they hire a new chef or retrain the kitchen staff because the price of the food was not worth what I got. read more

Disappointed. First off, Clam chowder was very good, although there were a few flour chunks. Then, the Sirloin they said was very good so I had to try it. It was not very good. The steak was done medium/medium well even though I asked for med rare. And to top that off it was so bland. I don't think they seasoned it at all before putting it in the pan. Potatoes were also tasteless and not even the onions could save the dish. Service however was very quick and the server was very nice so because of that this place gets the extra star but overall, less than satisfied. read more

Had dinner with several friends recently. Food and drinks were good but had run in with bar manager over drink order. Instead of discussing in calm manner privately, he choose to visit our table and berate us in front of the entire restaurant. Guess he was having a bad day, but it was extremely embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Not sure any of us feel comfortable returning anytime soon - too bad because we love the food, atmosphere and staff! It is/was our go to restaurant in Chelan. read more

Pre-pandemic this place is about a 3 1/2 star...during the pandemic it's 1 star but to be fair I'll give it a 3. I would not recommend at all to go here during the pandemic. Nothing to do with safety but everything to do with there VERY limited menu, and service. I settled for the pub burger which was not very good, only ate a few bites and then just ate the fries. The kid's didn't care much there's either. Our server was rude and couldn't multi-task at all! Maybe once they get back to their orginal menu and hopefully service improves will come back, but not until then. read more

We stayed at The Lookout and came here on our last night for dinner. We made reservations about 5 hours beforehand and got seated inside across from the live music performer. Our waiter (Jace I believe) was incredibly cool and on top of everything (some of the other waitresses were super kind to us). We had to wait about a half an hour or so for our food on a busy night and were pleasantly surprised on how good it was. I got the salmon, friends got steak and mom got the tofu dish. EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, was DELICIOUS. We were eating off of each other's plates and non stop talking about how good the food was. So I tried to order 3 things from the menu handed to me, and was told those choices were not available. Settled for a bowl of clam chowder, as the waitress seemed to be able to handle that request. There were 6 of us at the table, 4 of us ordered cocktails, and amazingly the waitress was able to bring 3 out of 4. And then asked if anyone else wanted anything. I responded I would like the beer I ordered the first time you asked. Wasn't trying to be rude mind you. Then one of the others at the table whom ordered steak and shrimp scampi was brought his meal, but not surprisingly the scampi was not delivered. He inquired, and the waitress said she would check on it. She came back a few minutes later and delivered not one, but two shrimp in some sauce in a bowl! Wow, 2 shrimp! Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon, and expect to receive better service from McDonald's than here. Try the Mexican restaurant up the street, at least they have what is on the menu, the margaritas are decent, and the service is far better. read more

Stopped in on a Wed night.. At 855 the kitchen was closing at 9 so we made it just in time.. Server was nice and service was fast.. We ordered salads, French Onion Soup and Buffalo wings.. The house vinegarette dressing was super good.. Wings OK and soup was good.. Also ordered a Bloody Mary.. It was very tasty and Spicey but not really worth $9 but this is Campbells.. My friend ordered a vodka drink simple for $6.. Our bill for a quick bite and drink was $65..But this is probably one of the most expensive places in town.. It was a good experience, nothing super special that I can't wait to go back.. There are so many other cool restaurants in town to try when here on the weekends.. Came here for breakfast and cocktails almost every morning while i was in town. It was quick, easy, and delicious. Staff was very friendly as well. I tried the avocado toast, the biscuit and gravy, and a seafood omelet. All were awesome. read more

Came here for dinner. HAD A RESERVATION and they put us at the smallest table. The hostess said I could pick another seat and when I wanted the bigger table with the window view she told me no. Other couples came in and got the bigger table. I sucked it up and said fine we will eat at this small table. Later because the table was so small my husbands drink spilled all over the table and onto us. All the waitstaff heard the spill and NO ONE OFFERED TO HELP US CLEAN UP THE MESS. We had to push the ice and water onto the floor with our 2 napkins. OUR WAITRESS did not notice and DIDN'T CARE. The food was late getting out but tasted fine. Not impressed with the wait staff. Don't bother eating here if you want an intimate setting with proper service. Go to the Landing Restaurant across the street. Way better service and more intimate for special occasions. read more

We keep coming back...we keep DESPERATELY wanting to get a great meal here and it just can't happen, so disappointing. I think Campbell's needs to invest some $ in an amazing head chef and then train staff accordingly. We were here 3 weeks ago, before Valentine's Day and again tonight . The 1st time we Shared prime rib (was actually great!!) but the steamed greens that came with were so off putting (smelling) we had to put in our empty bread basket just to get out of our sight and scent so we could eat. Literally, my husband said he could only describe as 'dirty jockstrap'. I have had house salad 2x ( please put a Caesar on menu!)) and it is just ok... grassy greens with over ripe cherry tomatoes + shaved carrots/cuke curls. Recommend: romaine &/or Bibb lettuce w/ nuts and cheese and a nice vinaigrette, add blueberries when in season! This evening I tried the duck, severely disappointing. Cooked (but not crisp) medium rare and sliced in a spiral on plate (nice). Parsnips were to accompany, but all that was served with was: a scattering over the top of frizzled/fried celery curls, dried parsnip slices?, & maybe nuts of some kind ( see pic). The scent coming off the plate was intensely gamely, I ate 2 bites. Decided this was not a duck dish I wanted to finish. We had the 'Cacio e Pepe' as a side... dry and no flavor. Should have sent back. Service, drinks and dessert great$. Just get a new chef.... pretty please?!! read more

Mini getaway to Chelan from Seattle! This place was walking distance from our condo & within the vicinity of the cute little town. This place is located upstairs and very spacious. Adults were sitting on the upper deck enjoying their food with the perfect weather - - it can't get much better, seriously. Our party of 12 was accomodated quickly, no wait during sunday brunch. Anyway everyone had an entree which actually ended up to being too much for each person. Barely anyone finished their entree LOL. -Parmesan truffle fries - very good. Dipping sauce complimented it well. -My blackened chicken burger was good! It had a little kick of spice to it which was perfect. The fries however.. overcooked (sad). And when I say overcooked, I'm talking about trying to break it with your hands didn't work lol. All the kids meals that had the fries were the same.. must be from the same batch. At least the truffle fries weren't overcooked lol -Chicken & Waffles. The chicken looked kinda funky and weird, but it was actually REALLY TASTY! They must make their own syrup because it tasted a bit cinnamon-y, but still very good! - all the kids meal was more than expected! Was surprised to see 2 pancakes which prompted me to say I should have just ordered that instead lol. Maybe next time.. Would definitely come back here for fulfilling meals with decent pricing. They also have a bar area so I'm assuming they play music for the locals/tourists every night? Who knows... read more

We stopped in here for breakfast and I'm really glad we did. The restaurant is upstairs so if you sit by the window you can kind of get a view of the passersby while you're munchin' and crunchin'. There wasn't a wait for breakfast of course but it was nice to come inside from the cold to a warm restaurant. It was the perfect temperature. I ordered a simple Belgian waffle with two scrambled eggs. One of my friends got an omelet with hash potatoes as the side and the other got some sort of Canadian Bacon biscuit sandwich. I thought it was cute that they brought the syrup for the waffle in a small pitcher only about 2-3 inches in size and the syrup was warmed. Of course the food was amazing. I often feel gypped when I get a Belgian waffle because they're usually always so good and you only get one. I wish you would get two at least. Nonetheless it was still really good, as were the eggs. Nothing was incorrect in color or flavor. You know the food is good when everyone in your party cleans his entire plate. The coffee was strong as well and was also delicious. Also, the waitress was very knowledgeable and professional. . It was also inexpensive for everything even though it was breakfast. The walkway outside is kind of at a slope and when we went the sidewalk was a complete sheet of ice, so the hazard of getting down the sidewalk is why one star is removed. I will definitely be back though when I'm in Chelan. read more

Good Food - Great Atmosphere - Wonderful Service! Exceeded my expectation of most resorts' restaurant dining experiences I've come across! I came twice during my stay at the resort: once for dinner; and, once for breakfast! Dinner: 1) their POPCORN SHRIMP was my favorite, great coating & yummy dipping sauce; 2) their presentation of their crispy Iceberg Salad was outstanding; 3) sadly, overcooked was my Copper River Salmon; 4) too full I was for dessert! Breakfast: their WAFFLE was delicious - the side of strawberries was sweet & fresh - and, I loved their big slabs of delicious BACON served! However, the wait time to receive food after being seated was in excess of 45 minutes, even an hour before closing. The salmon -- one of the specials -- was dry and cold when I received it and was definitely not worth the price point of $40. However, I give this restaurant an extra star because of the very high level of friendliness of the wait staff and great views from the outdoor patio. read more

Their $19 salmon Caesar was well worth the price, along with the heaping portions of cod in the fish fry. Beautiful presentation, and excellent flavor. Kind, prompt service, great seating options. Staying nearby as a world mark owner. Absolute tourist gouging here. Party of two had 3 drinks each (6 total; celebrating many things) each had upgraded liquor. The pub charged us $144 before tip. We visited a few weeks ago and were served by the Assistant Manager. I've mostly had average experiences here in the past, but our waiter this time gave us a fantastic experience. He really helped explain the menu and was a delight to have serving us all night long. He even helped with a confusion with my drink, where I ordered one drink not realizing it had anais in it, and gave me a complimentary correction to a different cocktail - thank you! The food was delicious - healthy sized portions and really reasonable prices. We love staying at Campbell's Resort. The proximity to everything is so ideal. Making reservations for this restaurant was easy and our waitress was efficient. I wish that the pub burger had more flavor. My husbands prime rib lacked in a decent amount of potatoes on the side. Some of our complimentary bread was a bit hard and the wine prices were a bit on the steeper side. The waitress could not recommend a dessert either. I was disappointed to see we were sat in the back in the dark with many open tables near the window. The outdoor seating was also all blocked off. A few too many misses for us this time. read more
