Zero stars is more like it. Bought a new camper here. Staff damaged it during the walk through after we had paid for it etc. 6 weeks later still no camper. First they lost the paperwork for the repairs. Contacted our sales person - said not his fault or responsibility. He told us we need to work with service. Finally got ahold of service. They Promised it the next week. A week later no call. We call and no return calls. Finally get back in touch with someone from service and the same promise. Promised today that it is ready. If you do buy here be ware - there is an unadvertised $1000 prep fee added after you negotiate the sale price. All dealers seem to include some sort of prep fee. This is the highest we have encountered in Indy. Others list it on the sticker. CW does not at least at the Indy location. Update 3 months after the purchase. Still waiting for a part to arrive that was missing after these clowns "repaired " something found broken during the purchase inspection. Multiple calls and trips to the store have had no success. The new "service" manager manager is certainly not improving customer service. Stay clear. Take your business to Colerain or Mt Comfort RV or really any other RV sales than this place. Heck buy Uncle Eddies camper - you'll be much happier in the long run!!! Same for warranty repairs. Go anywhere but here. read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I purchased and brand new 2022 Dutchman atlas 5th wheel from camping world in Kentucky because Indiana didn't have the one my wife wanted before the start of summer. We had a laundry list of items that needed repair before the 3 month "shake down" period. Keystone Rv has also been a nightmare trying to get approval for some of the repairs. I dropped my unit off in October 5th. I have only heard from my service rep twice. I have called once almost every two weeks and left voicemails and have not had but two call backs in months. At this point camping world had had my rig longer than we have. I left a voicemail to go ahead and winterize the unit after finding out I was t going to get it back before we had freezing temps. The service rep called me 2 weeks after that and I asked if he winterized it and he said he never got my VM. I should of listened to my gut and bought from Clearwater Michigan or walnut ridge. Buyers beware the promise you the moon and stars but after purchasing it is just a absolute frustration and disappointment. We had a awesome experience last year when we purchased our camper. However, I will NEVER bring our camper back to this place ever again. Camping World Greenwood has had our camper since April 13th! Our front door broke and a few little things went wrong so we made an appointment to have it fixed. After the inspection the girl Jonnie (unsure about spelling) said "oh this should only take a few weeks, we keep most of this stuff in stock." Well, it is now June 7th and still no updates. Cannot reach anyone in the service department, and have only received a total of 2 updates since April 13th. One of which they said "oh you can come get it and use it until all the stuff comes in! That won't work for us considering our front door is literally falling off. I get it, some parts take a little while to get in but this experience has been the absolute worst! The customer service aspect of it has been terrible, and we are now coming up on our pre planned trip out of state! This place is an absolute joke! Figured since we were driving nearby on our road trip we should stop by the 'mecca' of RV stores... bad idea. First off, the parking lot was a nightmare. There were lines but nothing was parked between them. Couldn't tell what was on the lot for sale, what was just parked there, or what had been abandoned years ago and never left. Saw some trailers for sale that really needed a bath too. Store was overpriced but that was to be expected. Well stocked but not nearly as large as I was expecting. Service prices were nuts, at least coming from a DIY'er. $99 oil change for my Class-C? It's a Chevy 350! I'll get the $19.95 special down the road, thanks. Overall... I'd say skip it. I bought a 2019 Keystone Laredo on 28 September 2021 from the Greenwood, In location. I traded in my Toy Hauler with Clear Title and $18000 cash. As of 26 November I have not received a title and have been told on 6 seperate occasions it was in the mail. Once, about 3 weeks ago , it was sent next day mail. I have talked to Jeff, the sales manager who said he would fix it and call me right back. 3 weeks later I have not heard a word from him. I have contacted the Corporate Office in Colorado. Talked to Amy. Very nice lady. Tried to help me. No success. I just now filed a complaint with the CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. Hopefully I can get a title for this $40000 Camper. read more

I really wish I could rate my experiences here higher. The entire place is staffed with people who really seem to not give a crap. When we wander the aisles lost and confused, no one is there to ask if they can help. After we select what we want to purchase, we often have to wait for someone to finally wander over to the register to check us out. We haven't purchased a camper here, so I don't have anything to add to that part of the experience. I just think that management needs to take a look at what they have going on and make the whole place better. read more

Smooth sales team, terrible repairs. We've had pathetic customer service here, and the issue isn't even resolved yet. We took our RV (which we purchased from them) to them for some repairs over 2 months ago, per our appointment date. The repairs still aren't done. 2 months it has sat in their shop, even though we made an appointment, and we haven't been able to use it for Camping. And they want us to pay $300 for shipping the parts that are covered under the warranty we paid $3600 extra for. They gave us very little detailed paperwork when we made the purchase. They have great customer service if you're there to buy. But if you're needing repairs? Get ready for the worst customer service ever. read more

This is an excellent example of why I buy everything on Amazon. There were lots of blue shirts everywhere. They were no help saying they could not look up a part for me (Google could). When I told them I wanted a not inexpensive product, they just gave me a blank stare. I mentioned it was on a very high shelf and pointed it out. Oh. Many many MANY minutes later they were nowhere to be found. I did buy my RV there many years ago before it was camping world. It's a shame. We have done business with Camping World several times. We have had a few snags as far as super slow and drawn out service goes, but for the most part, they are the only RV superstore this side of the Mississippi, so it is what it is. Considering the vast variety and choice of products and RVs/campers, they are virtually unmatched. One salesman told us that the next largest RV super dealership remotely their size, is in Oklahoma City. He mentioned that they easily sell 300 assorted RVs in a month during their peak season. That's roughly 10 per day. I think I have always noticed and found that the larger a business is, sometimes the ball gets dropped in some areas as far as quality control in customer care. Sometimes a business gets a little too comfortable in their success and doesn't prioritize and take care of the little details that really matter. Those little details actually put them on the map and actually made them successful to begin with. Thankfully our particular various service issues were eventually handled and worked out. Judging from all of the other reviews here on Yelp, there seems to be a general consensus that they are not making the grade in a few areas including general repairs/maintenance and followup service. I will agree that overall the after care service could improve. Their pricing is also fairly competitive for the most part when comparing pricing via online. We will continue to patronize Camping World as they fulfill our needs at an acceptable and manageable level/degree. read more

I wish I had read the reviews and listened to what people were telling me before We bought a camper from Campung World. I have nothing bad to say about Angela our sales gal was awesome but the financial person just kept pushing and kept pushing for extra warranties that we ended up paying a fortune for And only really needed one warranty. Also I'm going to tell you that if you buy a camper from Camping World make sure that there is some place else that can work on it besides their service department which is the most unprofessional. We bought our camper in 2020 and has been in there 4 times. This last time they had it for 3 months and when we got it back and got it home we did not know that they had blown the main board in the camper. It was working when we took it to them. That of course was not why we took it in but we had to end up taking it to some place else to get it fixed correctly. Horrible service department. Please if you are going to buy a camper from them make sure you have some place else that you can take for repairs. Never again! read more

I've never had experience where I had so much money to spend and absolutely no way to spend it. From the moment we arrived to shop, the service was NONEXISTENT. It took us standing around, bothering someone (and he made it obvious he was bothered) just to know where to find the RV's we were interested in. So we start looking independently and realize there are no prices on any of the RV's so how in the heck are we suppose to know which ones to consider. We have a price range so the price matters. We leave the RV area to head back to the showroom to ask someone how to find the prices. We can not get anyone to help us. We stood around trying to get various peoples attention and after about 30 minutes, we gave up. On the way to our car, we saw another shopper, who seemed informed, so we asked him if he knew. He did! He said there were some #'s on the front of the camper and if you enter it into a specific field on their website, you can get the price. Ok we tried and we tried. Half the #'s were worn off and some just didn't work. After struggling for several hours, feeling alone and lost, we gave up. We figured if this is the way they treat customers with money to spend, we can only imagine how we'd be treated if we needed service after a sale. NO THANKS! read more

Do not buy from here! Bought a new camper a month ago and took it out once to find out that my A/C does not work properly, kitchen sink was leaking, water supply line to the toilet was leaking, and a wall was popping out next to my fridge. Spoke to my sales guy and he told me to bring it in on Tuesday (2 days ago from the post) and they would get it all fixed. I told him that it is a 2 hr drive for me and I had a camping trip booked the next day for my daughters first birthday so it all needed to be fixed that day and I would stick around the area until it's done. Talked to him again Tuesday morning before I left to make sure we were still good to go and he said yes, so I brought it down. When I got there, the service dept. didn't even know I was coming so I figured it would be a good day.... I was right. The drain and toilet got fixed...Great! Wall would have to be another day, that's fine... the A/C, needs to be replaced and didn't have one in stock. They could have had one in stock if the sales guy would have told the service manager I was coming but that must have been too difficult to walk the 30 ft from his desk to the service dept. and tell them. They had another unit just like mine on the lot so I told them that I was promised this would get fixed and to swap my A/C out with the one on the lot. The manager of this store (Jeff) told my sales guy that they could do that but would have to charge labor at $135/hr and could take 6 hours or I could wait 7-10 days until another one comes and then bring my camper back.... mind you they have pretty hefty "prep fee" that they throw on top of the price of the camper to go through issues like this when it is delivered so the way I see it, they still owe me about 2k. Long story short, I am spending my camping trip sweating, trying to get my camper cool and keep the coil from freezing on my daughters first birthday so that she can take a nap in here. Thanks for the great customer service Jeff and Connor, keep up the great work..... Worst I have been treated by any company. Way to ruin another potential sale in the future over $600. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy then forget about you! We purchased a new camper and ordered different stairs. We were told we could come back on a Saturday and wait for it. We went to leave and noticed the brakes where not working correctly on the trailer. Their brake guy told us they just needed broke in. We live an hour away by the time we got home they where no better. We called and told them that when it came in for the stairs they needed to fix the brakes and some other issues that we found. When we took it down for the appointment we were told we couldn't wait and it would be a couple of days. 2.5 weeks later we are told it's ready and we set an appointment to come get it. The night before we go get it they call and say they damaged it while pulling it trough the lot and have to order new metal. THEY WRECKED IT INTO ANOTHER CAMPER!!! We now have purchased a brand new camper that we haven't even stayed in yet and it's wrecked! They said metal will take about 2 weeks to come in. I want money off! I didn't buy a wrecked camper!!! RV s seem to be good, but if you buy one plan to bring lunch and dinner. We had a 10 am appointment got there at 930 paper work done by 11am. Hitch installation not started until after 1pm, not completed until 230pm. Walk through at 3pm minor fails with us volunteering to do the sweeping. Waiting on repairs until 330 then waiting on training for hook up which finally happened at 359pm. Out of lot at 410pm. read more

Do NOT purchase a camper at Camping World in Greenwood, IN!!! We just left, got our $1000 deposit back, and are going elsewhere!! They were EXTREMELY attentive on the phone BEFORE we nailed the deal, however total drop the ball afterwards. We drove from Minnesota to pick up a trailer, had an appointment, got there; they weren't ready. When we did see the camper, I COULDN'T believe the condition!! Dirty carpet, wrecked carpet, glue all over the floor, COMPLETELY not ready for us!! NOT in NEW CONDITION!!! We were to pick it up, without problems, and be on our long trip back to Minnesota. NOT what happened!! Also, when Manager, Jeff, at Camping World in Greenwood, IN, was negotiating the price with me over the phone, he stated that this trailer had a remote for awning, jacks, etc., and a few additional options that he thought justified me paying $1000 more than another camper I was using as my baseline which was at another dealer. I said "Okay" to the increased price thinking that was fair. Well after the walkthrough, I realized that the tech guy never showed us the remote and how to use it. After I asked Logan, our salesman, about the remote, he went again to ask Jeff, and Manager Jeff, had NO IDEA about the remote!!!!!...didn't know what I was talking about!!!...even though that was a feature he used to justify the higher price!!! He LIED to me!!! I told them I want a discounted price, if it doesn't have this remote. Logan, directed by Jeff, proceeded to bring out all these papers with the listed features blah, blah, blah, to show me it doesn't come with a remote. CLEARLY they were missing the whole point...they lied to me during the price negotiation. I am NOT A FAN of deception! They should of made it right by discounting the price. Instead, they lost a sale..and we're on our way FOURWINDS RV in Illinois!!! If you want to have a good experience, STAY AWAY from Camping World in Greenwood, Indiana! They have poor reviews. Had an issue with our trailer, went in and dealt with Pat, he looked at our problem, called another camping world to see if they could squeeze us in since they were backed up. Ended up getting the work done sooner at a local guy, but Camping World let us leave our trailer there for almost 2 weeks even though they did not get to do the service on the trailer. They sold us a rotting camper. We recently purchased a used 2011 coachmen pop up from Camping World in Greenwood. While we were looking at it, we noticed that one of the compartments was locked and there was not a battery installed. We were unable to look in all the compartment and try the lights, but being a reputable camper dealer, we assumed that the basic functions of the camper would be in working order. Between when we made our deposit and when we came to pick up the camper, it had rained. We were met with extreme resistance at our request to open the camper up and check for water. We noticed that they had not properly sealed up the camper in the parking lot after we looked at it and we were worried about moisture. After half an hour, they finally agreed to let us see inside. We gave it a quick glance and brought it home. After we got it home, my husband started to work on it. He installed a battery only to have it arc and blow a fuse. The wires were chewed through. He also noticed that the initially locked compartment has a rotting floor starting in the main storage compartment going back into the living space. The floor is rotten and needs to be replaced. The pop up is dangerous and unusable. Our youngest child, and primary reason we purchased the pop up, is a medically complex child with chronic lung disease among serious diagnosis. A simple cold can admit her to the hospital. I can't image what a reaction to a rotting, possible mold situation would do to her. My husband has reached out to sales person Dannie K, and his manager, Jeff M, several times over the past two days. Neither has returned a single phone call. They were dishonest and sold us a possibly life threatening product. We wanted to give them a chance to make this situation right before we pursued other options but they don't seem interested in speaking to us. read more

Went in today to look at fifth wheel trailers and had to wait 15 minutes to see a sales person. When we finally did get to talk to someone, he simply pointed us to the back of the lot where the trailers are. Many of the models were either locked or open with the slides all in. Maybe I am ready to buy today, maybe I am not. It was never asked. On the sales side, this place is a fail! The people in the accessories store were very nice and asked if we needed help with anything. I seriously doubt I will be buying anything at this place. 6-4-2020 Unfortunately it will not let me leave a 0 star review, but I dont want anyone to believe they are even worthy of this single star. We bought a brand new 2020 camper on July 6th last year, pulled it home and camped immediately at family's property. The weekend after we took it to a local campground and on the way there the track for the sliding doors that separate the bedroom from the rest of the camper pulled out of the ceiling. It was a bummer but we knew things would happen and this was one of them. We had a trip to Tennessee planned so we set up a date with the dealership to have it in after our trip. The day we picked it up from the dealership after that issue is when everything started going to hell. The track was fixed but there was grease prints all over the ceiling, our comforter was ripped, trim was broke, they bowed out the divider wall the track was mounted behind,and they never cleaned up after themselves. So we scheduled time for us to drop it off during the winter so we could continue to use it. December 2nd we dropped it off for what was supposed to be a month, they called us and we were able to pick it up on March 3rd. We were going to go south for a trip but had to cancel due to that time it took. When we got there this time to get it, my fiance and I was doing the walk around and noticed they took it down the side of a yellow pole outside there shop doors causing damage to the outside metal, they left something wet on the floors and swelled part if the wood cabinets up, and once again, did not clean up any of the messes they made. The service manager Shelley is continuously making excuses on why these things happen and not owning up for her people. We tell her we understand things happen but now things are getting out of hand. We took the camper back home again so we could use it while they ordered new cabinet parts and exterior metal. The day we took it back up to them was April 24th and they said they would only have it for 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass and we pick it up today to see the cabinet wall as you walk in is bowed, all kinds of scuff marks on the wood, and a drawer they had to remove to replace the swelled wood from their previous screw ups is mounted too high and rubs the top of cabinet. The general manager never answers his phone, the service manager could care less about your property or anything that doesnt directly affect her. This place needs new management all around. They have given us financial compensation, but in the end we are still stuck having to work with these idiots because they wont buy it back off of us. Not to mention the compensation doesnt come close to how much time and money we have lost taking it there all these times. I have never heard of anyone genuinely happy with this place after having to actually deal with them for service. The salesman suck you in and service, with the rest of management screws you until the end. We have tried being reasonable, that's why I waited this long to write a review. Will add to this review later, I refuse to drive back up there so they are ordering the new parts they messed up this time and a driver will pick our camper up from our driveway and deliver it when it's done. Don't let them convince you to take your RV on consignment! They can not deliver. they forced me to do a repair on my RV, which could have waited until it sold. Then they sat on it for about 6 weeks without listing it, so I lost precious time from the market, they don't keep you updated, I had to constantly pester them. Even when they had a deposit on it, they never called me. Then, through an email Randy Stevens told me they had a buyer, but wanted me to take alot less. But never called me to negotiate, then a week went by, all pictures were off their website, so I assumed the deal went through, but Randy FINALLY wrote me back and said they couldn't agree. My wife and I went this morning to look at Class A RVs. We were interested in trading for a new one. I had spoke to salesman Will Carey the day before to make sure he was going to be there. We had a phone conversation about 10 weeks ago. He quoted my trade in value as 72k. I asked first off what was quoted, I was told 58k. Lied. Went to look at RVs. Was taken out on the lot on a golf cart. After looking at a couple, he got a call and said he would be back. After 30 minutes and no salesman it began to pour. No salesman. I flagged someone else down for a ride, he said he couldn't take us back to the office. 15 minutes later, rain quit, we walked back. We left fuming on how we were treated. This place is a hot mess! Not only did we spend 4 hours the first time we came in but the sales person was working with at least 3 other people at the same time. They couldn't get financing to give us anything that day. We left waiting with no instructions but a $500 deposit paid. Then a couple days later get a call with different pricing than they quoted us. Another guy guy calls with a little better numbers but still not what was said the day of. We come in a week later to get the papers signed and pick up. Literally here another 4 hours and counting as I'm sitting in the waiting room still and not only am I waiting forever but when we went in fir financing we got another different set of numbers!!!! We should have walked out and never looked back but Gregory got us fixed on the deal and now we sit here waiting for service to get our rig ready and let me tell you I will literally pay anything and anyone else but camping world. I have had nothing but bad service from this location. My 2016 (new) RV has been in the shop for a total of 5 months during 4 service visits. They never follow up. They never have the list of items to be completed documented properly. The coach sits for weeks with little activity then around the pickup date I get told that they are waiting on parts. They crashed into the front of my unit and after having it for 13 weeks to make that and other repairs gave it back to me without the clear coat protectant applied to the front. They may do better when you are paying cash for repair and maintenance but for warranty work they aren't the least bit interested. Once I get my coach back, it won't see this dealer ever again. I run a local campground just outside of Indianapolis. Two of our residents purchased a travel trailer. One pumper and one 5th wheel. The two were of completely different price ranges, but customers non the less. One trailer has a short I'm the wire That runs to the microwave. The short in the wire in the wall. Since they travel for a living camping world can't give them any date on how long it will take to fix. The motor home people when they bought it the toilet had a broken flapper in it and it took them 2 weeks to come out and repair it. The outlet which is a pop out island outlet was inoperable so they went to Camping World to get it and if they had to wait 3 hours to get it. Bad experience number to. By the way camper number 3 that I just remembered bought his camper sight unseen at Camping World in Wisconsin had it delivered to us in Indy. When it got to the campground the washer and dryer he said he wanted in it was not in it. He told them he wanted them to come and pick it up if they did not deliver his washer and dryer. Worst customer experience ever! And this was not only once, but multiple times with this unorganized place! I could go on, but I will just concentrate on my recent interaction with Camping World of Indianapolis. Bought an RV with a trade in. Purchased 24' RV for $111,000. Had it for 7 WEEKS!! It was a lemon with multiple issues. I brought it back, wanting my money back. What I should have done is contacted my attorney immediately. They talked me into trading in this crappy RV for another one (in order to get my money out of it). What were they going to give me for the trade in? $80,000. So, that's $30,000 that I lost in 7 WEEKS to the worst RV ever manufactured??? It took countless arguments with the "general manager" and others to get this number up to what I deemed acceptable. So, I agreed. It's been over a month since the numbers were agreed upon. Came to pick it up Monday August 27th - set for 8:30 a.m. I WAITED FOR 7 HOURS!! Let me repeat 7 HOURS!!! Still no RV. There were issues with the RV that were SUPPOSED to be fixed before I got there. Not a thing was done. Oh, and now this BRAND NEW RV has the check engine light coming on. After a full day of sheer bliss, they put me in the first crappy RV and told me that I would have to come back the next day. So, here I am writing this fearing another blissful day of me losing my cool to this stupid ignorant operation. I live 3 hours away - I was hoping to be home by NOON yesterday. I certainly cannot wait to WASH MY HANDS of these incompetent idiots! Just give me my RV and get me out of here! Please take my advice: DO NOT PURCHASE AN RV HERE! Called and scheduled a service drop off, had to take a half day from work, or sacrifice a Saturday since Service closes at 5:00, although they did make a stretch and 'schedule' a 4:30 appt. Showed up early on the appointed day, wasn't on their list, told it'd be a week and a half before they could inspect it since it was an unscheduled drop off. We were on our way home from a 3 week road trip when we stopped in to Camping World. We knew what we were looking for and we were introduced to Danny K. We told him what exact model we were looking for, he took us right to it and suggested a different brand that we might want to compare. There was no pressure at all! We had stopped just to look and ended up buying the model we had stopped to see. Everyone we did business with that day was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. We drove home to Maryland and went back the following weekend to pick up the trailer. We did a walk through in the trailer and learned how to use everything. The gentleman who did the walk through with us was very knowledgeable and patient! There were a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed and they were immediately taken care of! After we got home and went to license the trailer at the DMV, we got hassled about some of the paperwork. I called Danny and he immediately went and talked to the person at Camping World who was in charge of the paperwork. Turns out the error was with the DMV! we are going to look on Friday this week to meet with Mitchel and I am very concerned with all these reviews. I have talked to Chris Pingelton who seemed nice and I left a message for Randy the manager and never heard back but hopefully Mitchel will take care of us . I think any RV dealer should detail inside and out when you buy an RV from them that should be INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - I am certainly hoping the RV we are driving 4 1/2 hours to look at will be cleaned & that they make sure their vehicles are in good working order. I bought my very first pop up camper here last weekend. I got there at 9:30 on Saturday morning. I had talked to Bobby the salesman a few days before and scheduled the appointment. When I got there, he took me and another group of people out to the lot. He dropped me off to look at the camper and left with the other people. The first problem was that I expected him to take me through it to look at it and show me the features. When he came back, he he just said what do you think and started telling me about all these fees. I had to ask him to go back in the office and talk about it. We went back to the office and set down and bargained on the price like anyone would do. We settled on a price and and I had cash in hand. He immediately went to talking to other customers and left me with many unanswered questions. When I would try to catch him and ask him my questions. He would just blow them off. I found myself then waiting in the lounge area for 6 hours waiting on a finance person to take my money. After the 6 hours of waiting. I paid and then was told the sales person was going to show me how to take the camper down and fold it. I found myself taking the camper down myself after I just paid all this money. It was the worst experience of my life and after being there for 8 hours. The least I can say is I was not happy! read more

The worst experience I ever had. Bought a camper in September 2017 and in july 2018 the floor in the slide out was fallen. Took it back to camping world and they wanted 8100.00 just in labor to fix it. Said it wasn't under warranty and the extended warranty would not cover it. So we traded it in and after a month of dealing with them got the deal done. But the finance went wrong They prep the wrong camper, and just lie after lie. To much to list. I would not buy or have any work done by them. And I am still waiting on a phone call to fix the stuff on my new camper but I'm sure ill have to call them. We purchased a camper the first of February from this location. There were some issues with it that were agreed to be repaired on an "I OWE" piece of paperwork. Since leaving that day I have emailed and called to request updates for the items. We have been told by Rena, service department contact, that she dropped the ball on ordering the items. Items were initially to be ordered when we left in February. On first checking in items to be ordered Rena requested I send serial numbers to help expedite delivery. That was sent to her within hours of the request. I was first told by Rena to expect items to be delivered to another camping world location, where the repairs were to take place, in 7-21 days. Thirty some days later no parts and no repairs have taken place. To date we have gotten partial resolution to the issues but still not to the point that the camper is useable. I recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new or used camper or even a required part to steer as far from camping world as you can. This is the worst experience of purchasing anything we have ever experienced. read more

We found the Camper we wanted. Although, it was more than we wanted to spend we were ok with that. When we went to sit down to make an offer,they started adding fees that increased the sticker price nearly $5,000. They couldn't even bring it back to sticker price so we walked away. Any Camping World has terrible service! We had a slide fixed on our motorhome and they only replaced one track. We didn't know this until we went to pick it up after 16 days in their service center (Colfax, NC). We later found out that both tracks should have been replaced and the slide is now not working for the second time! We are taking it straight to the Thor service center this time. We will never use Camping World for anything again, nor but anything from them either! read more

Probably the worst experience at a RV place ever. We went to purchase a brand new fifth wheel or class A. The sales person didn't have the common courtesy to introduce himself. We had to ask for his name. Randy shook my hand but then wouldn't shake my finances hand. Completely rude. We found a fifth wheel that we were very interested in. He would not give us a price. We asked for more details or a brochure and he would not answer us. At the end he wouldn't even give us a proposal. When I called to ask for the general manager name and email so I could contact him/her the girl who answered the phone would not give it to me. Obviously they do not put their customers first. With so many places to purchase a RV from do not waste your time there! read more
