I placed a pickup order and received an email stating it was ready to be picked up a couple of…read morehours later. I leave work an hour or so later and I go in the store and I tell the associate I have an order for pickup. She's on the phone but she responds asks my name and says oh that got canceled. You'll get a refund. I tell her the order states it's ready. Well it's cancelled we don't have the part. This is the third bad experience but this one is by far the worst. You had hours to call text email me and you did nothing. Didn't even bother to help me find another location. Luckily I drove clear across town to another store and they had it. Where is the customer service at. No apology nothing but dismissed and back to her phone call. Yeah NEVER going to this location again.

Todd pointed out immediately the right size. Explained what else I needed which I had at home. Walked up to the counter. Opened up the package. Showed me step by step instructions. Todd even walked over to the business next door. Asked if they had time to make the repair for me. Unfortunately they didn't. The point is Todd is Mr Customer Service! He went above & beyond. I like the idea of having my oil changed here because I can do my grocery shopping while waiting. I love knocking two birds out with one stone. I've never had an issue with the quality of work done. According to the paper they give you to take home, they do a thorough job checking your fluids, lights, etc. Now whether they actually do it or not, I'm not sure. I've had people check me in/out that were very friendly, while also having some that weren't. Just depends on whose working. They all seem to get along well and have a good time which I'm sure makes work a lot more bearable, which then is transferred over to the customer. I really like it here and will continue to come here!
