We wouldn't trust any place else to work on our coach. I could talk about the 2 coaches we have purchased from them but I will save that for another time. First, you make an appointment for service. When you walk in the front door you enter a lobby, but you can keep on walking and head left to go meet your service adviser. On the way, you might bump into Maria. We look forward to Maria's smile and always welcoming words. For us, she is the face of NIRVC. When we see her, we feel at home. She will be there cleaning the office area or maybe cleaning a coach. It is not her job to deal with customers or even know our names but she does! So, after driving out to Surprise for service, Maria is whom we most look forward to seeing. On to the more serious stuff. The general manager, Tino, has his office downstairs with a window facing the service area. Tino does a great job running a great dealership. He is always open to hear your concerns. Once your coach is inside in a service bay, you might get a chance to meet your service technician. If we have a choice, we always request Kohl. When met Kohl back in 2020 when we purchased our first motorhome from NIRVC. Kohl is the best! He treats our coach like it is his own. Anyway, we just had some recalls taken care of and some regular service stuff done and again, 5 STARS! Kohl rocks!

They have a very efficient web site system where you schedule When you want to pick up your RV and they perform a list of checks, fill your water tank and turn your refrigerator and freezer on so by the time you pick it up, everything is good to go. It will be parked in the parking lot with electricity and you can Load up and head out. It is gated and secure as well. When you get back from your trip you park it, plug it in and empty your stuff and you're good to go!

I would have stopped going to them ages ago but purchased an annual package for regular maintenance. Each time I have gone they have forgotten some part of the service, change the oil, rotate the tires, etc. They have an automated service that allows you to check the status of your vehicles service. I took my vehicle in to receive the final maintenance routine in the package and to have them check why my car engine light was on. My car was in the shop two days when I finally received an update stating what needed to be fixed. A few things were marked "NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION". So I approved the order. Two days later I don't see a change in the status, have not received a call regarding the issue, so I call in. I was told that the initial problem had been resolved, however, they were still receiving an error message regarding something with the blind spot. I've had this issue forever... I just wanted my car back. The work I had approved was enough of a cost. They tell me the vehicle will be ready at a specific time. I arrive and of course they forgot to change the oil. So I patiently wait. An hour later and a hefty payment for service my vehicle is ready... but low and behold my engine light is still on. The individual helping gaslit the hell out of me saying that's what she had mentioned during the initial call. No! During the initial call you said the mechanic noticed a blind spot message and would need additional time to assess that. So now I'm hella confused... why are they asking me to approve services when they haven't even completed the diagnostic/inspection or services the car actually needs???? Help me understand! The individual helping me couldn't and directed me to contact the employee who initiated the service... So I drove out of there with who knows what fixed? Engine light is still on... but definitely will NOT be returning.

    We went to Daniel after a long search for "the best" RV repairman, based on the referrals of two…read morelarge RV repair and sales Phoenix-area businesses. Our problems included a dysfunctional audio system and our desire to all a booster antenna for our cell service. He is very detailed, methodical and expert. Where others had failed, he drilled down until he discovered that our audio system in our Forest River Forester had never been fully connected, explaining why it did not work correctly. He helped us install and then, after problems arose from a product defect, advised us about how to remedy difficulties with the cell booster antenna, including contacting the manufacturer. For any difficult RV repair, his is the best by far.

I have known him and his quality work with the utmost attention to every detail on my motorhome since 2017. Every time I have an issue with my "moneypit" motorhome Daniel shows me how an issue can be resolved with a simple repair. Most recently, he saved me thousands of dollars on my heat-pump HVAC unit by simply replacing the worn part.......during his inspection, he found a small additional item which I immediately agreed should be replaced. He did so at a minimal cost. I will not go into the pricing for repairs but I will state that his pricing is beyond exceptional as I have found out in the past. I am very happy to see Daniel has taken that major step to go into business for himself rather than working for others. Having being in business here in Arizona as a licensed General Contractor for over 40 years, I have seen many wannabees, but Daniel is the real deal.
