Stopped here a while back for a shade screen for my husband truck. They were out of what we needed. One of the gentleman took the time to tell me what he preferred and some good tips. It really helped as we had never purchased one before. This evening I had to run in to get some windshield wiper blades for our vehicles. Great service again. Any O'Reily's we visit they always are clean amd aeem to be going above and beyond helping customers with their vehicle issues. Even if it means walking outside and actually looking at it. Went in looking for a u joint, couldn't find the right size so I brought the whole shaft in there and Oscar and Justin are the SHIT they couldn't identify the right size either so instead of letting me sit there with. Went to Peoria location they didn't cover our window regulator bad customer services and we had to call the district manager and did a complain. Then we went to this location they were helpful, and they say we have a life warranty on the regulator, they say they don't know why Peoria store should of swap for us but they didn't. This place is amazing their customer services is always excellent when I come and when I call their always helpful getting parts or anything you need for your car and they can always recommend stuff for your car. So my son bought a battery for his car with a 3 year warranty on it. They wouldn't honor it because he was 25 miles out of area to get a new one. They charged him over 400 for a new one and to come out to put it in. What if you are out of state and the battery went dead. He only had the battery less than a year!!! read more

I stopped in on a rainy day to buy new wiper blades for my van. I was helped right away by a really friendly older guy who knew exactly what type of blades I needed for my van. The checkout was super fast and smooth, and I was actually pleasantly surprised when we walked out to my van with me and actually swapped out the blades for me right then. I simply had to return a filter that was as about 3-4 day prior that wasn't needed I was around the area of surprise and this was the only o'reillys near so I just wanted to make the return and was waiting for a min there were two men available which never called up on me and then this man named DENIS goes and calls up and says NOTHING I priced with telling him I need to make a return that the filter wasn't correct I had my receipt he aggressively says "Where's the card" and i say "what card" he then says again where's the card and couldn't be specific enough that he was asking for the card I paid with then he opened the filter box aggressively and checks it looks at me like i'm some type of THEIF doesn't say anything starts the return and he gets the store phone and CRUMBLES my original receipt toss it the trash then the return receipt prints THIS OLDER MAN GOES AHEAD LOOKS DOWN ON ME AGAIN AND KEEPS STARRING AND THE RECEIPT AND MY CARD IFO LIKE I STOLE THE ITEM ????? Mind you i'm on the phone with my mother telling her in spanish what was going on due to her only speaking spanish and he gives me a disgusted face!!! THEN HE TAKES ALMSOT A WHOLE MINUTE TO HAND ME THE RECEIPT AND GAVE IT TO ME AGGRESSIVELY!!! On evening of 7/10/2023, Hank replaced my car battery. He did it quickly and explained what he was doing and why. Initially, he ran tests. He did voltage measurements with the battery at rest and with the alternator running. He also checked codes (per my request as I had seen some check lights fire - interestingly there were no codes to be read. He explained that with battery failure that check lights will often fire erroneously. I really liked how knowledgeable he was. I have another auto parts store across the street from my subdivision, but I drove over here per the excellent service. --Hank quickly delivered expert service. This is the local auto parts store, and I have used this location more then a few times! They have had everything I needed, and if they don't they can always get it for you! You can also bring your used oil to be recycled! Great service, nice people, and at time very knowledgeable. My favorite thing about this place, I don't have to buy special tools! I just visited the OReillys auto parts at 17245 N Tatum Blvd. Being a senior and knowing nothing about cars, I asked the associate( his name tag was "P") if he could help me with my air filter and look at the corrosion issue on my battery. Without hesitation, he got me the air filter I needed and diagnosed a problem with my battery that could have left me stranded if not attended to. His expert diagnosis and fix was a blessing. Very rarely do you find such a dedicated employee to his company and his customers. As a former business owner, employees like P are hard to come by and should be rewarded and held onto. I WOULD GIVE 0 Stars if possible! My son went to O'Rielly Auto Part on Bell and Cotton on Sunday morning to have his battery replaced. Brennan helped him purchase the battery and proceeded to install it in to the car. After some obvious confusion my son mentioned to him that it didn't look right and that it was in backwards, with the cables attached to the wrong side. After realizing the mistake, Brennan went inside to get another battery(because he fried the first one)to install in to my sons car. After the second battery was then installed, my son drove home. He immediately started having issues with his car. His car died quite a few times on his way home and on his way to work yesterday! We called O'Rielly to see what could be done about this issue but we were unheard and told that once he drove off the lot, they were not going to be held responsible. All of this coming after Brennan told us he was working on a few hours of sleep and it was a human mistake!! FIX YOUR MISTAKE BRENNAN! My son drives 50+ miles a day to get to and from work. His car was NOT having these issues prior to this incident. We have called the district office to no avail. We spoke with a customer service representative who promised we would receive a call from a district representative! PROCEED WITH CAUTION when allowing said "professionals" to touch your car! This is hard lesson my son will learn. read more

As soon as I walk in I am greeted by a nice worker so I asked him where are your strobe lights and he said oh the ones that you use when you are working on your car.....lol. I believe that there are some workers there who care, unfortunately I did not meet them today. From the employee who took my name and number and then did not call back, to everyone else who did not pass on the information to the next shift or even attempt to make the call themselves, and finally the manager who didn't seemed bothered that no one handled the situation correctly, not a single person that I interacted with showed any greater care than whether or not the collect a paycheck every two weeks. I've been a customer of O'Reilly's near West Bell Road and the 303 for many years, and for the life of me, I can't understand how they could have less that a five star rating. If they ever had bad service or a jerk behind the counter, I never once saw him or her. And yes, I read all of the other reviews. It seems evident from the negative complaints that those critics - while they have the time and patience to write a negative review, lack patience and understanding when it comes to dealing with others in person. They're probably the folks who speed around you and then slam on their brakes at stoplights or stop signs. Other than Tony, who goes 'way out of his way' to provide quick, friendly and great service, I'm not going to mention any names, since the list would be so long. Guys here are idiots. If your lucky and you get the manager she's the only one that knows what she's talking about. Called and asked for a specific sealant and they said they had it. Drove over there to pick it up and they say they don't have it but can order it. If I wanted to order it I would have done that myself. Now the truck is stuck in the driveway overnight until the sealant arrives and then another day while it sets up. I was out with my daughters (16, 3,2 years old). we were on the way home and my car lost all powersteering and everything else in the front end. The only thing I could do was gas pedal and break and turn into the parking lot with NO powersteering. It was a wonderful 114* outside and I being a female didn't really know what to do at this point. I sent my teenager and the babies into Jack in the Box to sit and wait while I ran to O'Reilly's to see what could be done to help me. I got the part I needed and explained that I had two very small children and requested that someone please help me as I knew nothing of how to fix the problem or even where to begin to attempt to. They told me NO and that unfortunately they can't help people that way. I understand that they cannot work or fix my car, but to go out with me and see what I needed to do especially knowing that I had two small children in this weather with me. I think this is absolutely absurd. What made it even worse is that one of the employees at the time was out front with his head deep into the front of an elderly man's car helping him with his problem. So because I am a young female I don't get the same respect as an elderly man. I find this company horribly rude and disrespectful and can't believe that someone wouldn't take 10 minutes to help me out in the circumstance that I was in.
