This place is the best. Did I get jinxed leaving my last visit as they said just come back if you need us? I sure didn't want to need them. My mom just got hit by a car yesterday. I called Ulimate right away. I was under the impression by their pricing sign, it would cost $600 to get a guesstimate. It was absolutely no cost. Mchael took my call had me send over photos, and he could tell right away it is a total loss. Less than 5 minutes, it took for him to respond. He even offered to write it up for me. No need, though. This place is awful. They still have not finished my RV after over a year and a half. They said they replaced parts that are still the old damaged ones. The ladder is missing, the panels do not line up properly, they never replaced the emblems. It's a hack job for sure. Their communication is terrible. They keep making promises, without delivering on them. If you're dealing with Sonny, you're wasting your time. If I were you, I'd run. read more

Wasted my time for fifteen minutes while doing anything else but getting an estimate. Received back an email saying conflict of interest can't repair the car because of a previous repair. Excuse me? I brought in my Heartland Bighorn for some body work and repair. The end cap in back had come loose and the fiberglass cracked and tore. Everyone was very polite and responsive. Our repair tech, Sunny, called weekly with an update. The work was performed perfectly, you can not tell where the fiberglass was damaged and the paint matched perfectly. Not a good experience so far ! Stopped in months ago at recommendation of Arrowhead Honda service advisor, for Honda possibly covering repair of a bad factory paint job thats peeling. Matt came out and looked at the car and said he get back with us, I never heard back, so I called them back at least a couple months later, and first the front desk lady had trouble even finding any write up on my car, but she finally found it and had Matt call me back, and he told me "Honda is thinking about something else (whatever that supposed to mean?), so I'll get back with you". Probably another month has gone by now and I still haven't heard anything back! read more

I have damage to an RV due to a tire blowout and contacted Ultimate collision, which was referred by AAA and I will be contacting them as well, and I was put in touch with Sonny who took my information and asked me to send him the pictures I have and that he would call me back to schedule a time for me to bring the RV in for an estimate. That was just short of a week ago. I have left him several messages with no response and the one time he did answer he said he was walking into the office and call me back in 10 minutes. I have yet to hear from him and that was three days ago. Called the office and ask for someone else but have not received any response from that person (Alex) either. Then when I called to speak with a manager I was told they don't have a manager to speak to. They will speak to manager and call back with a response. I have no idea how this place has the reviews it does if they don't respond. Must be AI generated reviews. Very poor customer service and low quality staff. read more

Obviously if you have to bring your motorhome to a body shop it is not. a good thing. fortunately for me I brought it to Ultimate RV and Collision. From my first contact with Juan Campos at Ultimate it was a pleasant experience. Juan and the staff were always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. While supply chain issues delayed parts schedule, as soon as everything was available my coach was repaired in short order. Professional, friendly, courteous and always there to answer questions, that was my experience. but most importantly the work done on my coach restored it so that you were unable to tell it was ever damaged. Excellent body shop! My MB lease was ending and I had scratches on bumper + rims. I knew Mercedes would charge a premium for repairs. Contacted Ultimate Collision for an inquiry, they had me in same week and my car was ready in a couple of days. I didn't even know it was possible to fix scratches on rims! Vehicle looks phenomenal. Cost was less than BMW had quoted me (competition is able to do repairs and can offer a low price or waive costs in order to gain your business on next lease). Do not trust these guys, my father put down a deposit for the work he wanted to get down and when he went to pay for it (after so much run around and trouble!!) they were going to charge him for the full amount and act like there was no deposit!!! Unprofessional and did not do the work that was agreed to. Let me fathers car sit for over a week with NO COMMUNICATION as to what was going on. I would recommend ANY place before these guys. Tino and Ultimate Collision was highly recommended through a mutual friend. I had also read reviews from both Yelp and Google. I decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I made. I had purchased my 2018 Honda CRV 4 months prior and unfortunately was involved in a fender bender. There was damage on the left rear bumper as well as the left tail light. I knew I was in good hands when I walked through their front door. The office manager/receptionist greeted me warmly, and when I met Tino, there was no doubt in my mind he would take care of my "pride and joy." We were extremely pleased with the results. My car should've been totaled to begin with just to start. The damages were way too much but they decided to fix it when the estimate was damn near the price of the car. So that's ridiculous and also my car was in the shop for 3 months after being told it would be done in just 1. Then they told me 2 and then kept acting like they don't know what's going on until I got it back a little over 3 months later. This place is extremely unhelpful, they clearly weren't actually working on the car for a very long time, they took 3 weeks to send a estimate to my insurance, and they told me countless times it was guaranteed to get fixed and then never did. The worst experience possible. Would've saved me 3 months and money and their own time if they just totaled it. DO NOT GO HERE read more

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I chose this place to take my sister's car that needed fixing after a car accident. Her car is still driveable. A friend recommended it and being rated 4.9/5 stars, it seemed promising. Nope. My sister's car has been there for a week and NOTHING has been done. NOTHING. Something that should've taken maybe two days to fix and it's just been sitting at their shop... Why?? Why has it just been sitting there? Not only that, but my sister didn't recieve any communication, no updates on the status of her car (duh, cause they hadn't been working on it). Every time she called, the receptionist took a message to have someone else reach out to my sister and she never recieved a call back. This happened at least four times. Until a week later and the manager said they hadn't recieved the main part for her car yet. So why not let her keep her car, call her when the parts come in, and then have her bring it in to fix it? Why did they tell her to bring in her car and then tell her to pick it up on Friday, WHEN IT HASN'T BEEN TOUCHED??! Instead, she's gone a week without her car that she could've been driving and NOTHING has been done on it. On top of that, they tell her that her headlight is also broken and it could take 3-4 months to repair?! Unbelievably poor service, poor communication, poor business. I was going to bring my own car in that needs repair, but definitely not after the lack of service they've shown my sister. Will not return, nor recommend. read more

My RV was damaged by a internal water leak these guys took the time to find exactly the source of the week and give me options for repairing. The process of dealing with my insurance company was long and drawn out but they were there the entire time and did not rush me to move my RV. be careful these guys are very unprofessional and un willing to backup what a fired employee quoted . make sure that you check each line item , do not trust anything spoken only what is written . they had my car for two weeks and when i was called to pick it up it was not as i had discussed with the employee . he apologized repeatedly and said that he would get it done . after another week and a half i had not received a call . i called and was told that they had fired the employee that i had been working with . then i was told that it was finished . I went down to pick it up and it was just as i had left it a week and a half before. I explained the discussion i had and after 30 minutes of the new guy passing the blame and making excuses as to why it couldn't be done that way i was told he could not make that call . I was then passed off to the " GUY THAT CAN MAKE THAT CALL" where again no one was responsible for what a fired employee had stated . Management then charged me and conveniently forgot to apply the 500 dollar deposit that i had given up front until i mentioned it . be careful with these guys. they are very unprofessional read more
