Brian came and found out that compressor need to change. He wrote report and sent to sears. Office confirmed with Sears for repair. Sears told that part is ordered and will ship. Amanda called them every week, I talked with Sears every 2 days. And after 1 month Sears shipped the part to Trinity. They know how long we suffered and put us priority in their busy schedule. Brian installed the compressor. Everything was ok for 3 days. After 3 days Air condition stopped. I left message them on Sunday. Monday morning their owner called and he came. He checked and figured out that fan motor is not working. We called Sears together, and he put his personal effort with office and after 3 days Ashley came and changed the fan motor. I was so thankful to Amanda. She worked very hard to get the part from Sears. Another thanks to Ed (owner), he came to check by himself because all technicians were busy. And thank you to Brian and Ashley. You are very helpful and professional. I am very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend to others.

Maybe my expectations were too high for an HVAC company…read more Two months earlier: furnace goes out on a Friday. Technician is 4 hours late to appointment. Can't get a replacement gas intake valve until following Monday. Shows up late Monday, replaces part. Annoyed at their lack of calling, and tardiness, but otherwise everything's fine. This past week: furnace goes out again Wednesday evening. I submit an AHS report to get someone out to fix it. They assign Trinity again. I decide to give them a second chance. -Thursday: I call Trinity to see when they'll be out. They say between 12-1:30pm. At 3pm, someone shows up, spends an hour diagnosing the problem: bad circuit board. They need to get a replacement board. -Friday: Nobody calls me, I finally get ahold of them and they say they'll be out at 2pm, and they have the circuit board. At 1:30pm they call and say there is a minor snow storm coming so they won't be out until Sunday. I request that they come out on Saturday instead, but they argue that the roads will still be bad, even though it's supposed to get up into the upper 40's. We tentatively schedule a Saturday appointment, and the guy says he'll call me Saturday regardless. -Saturday: Nobody calls me. Nobody is answering the phone. The roads are fine. Finally someone answers and says they have guys out working and he'll call me back to let me know if someone can come out. Nobody calls me. -Sunday: Nobody calls me. I leave 3 voice messages by 3pm asking when they'll be out. Finally get a call, and they show up at my house an hour later. They find out that it's not a bad circuit board, it's a bad gas intake valve. YES, THE SAME GAS INTAKE VALVE THEY REPLACED TWO MONTHS EARLIER. Can't get a replacement part until the next day. They PROMISE that we're the first stop the following morning and they'll be at the house by 8:30am, will be fixed by 9:30am, and they'll call me when it's fixed. -Monday: Nobody shows up in the morning, no promised phone call by 9:30am. By 9:45am, I call and they say they need to check where the tech is and they'll call me back. 10:30am, tech finally shows up. Side note: the technician was smoking a cigarette around our GAS FURNACE. And he left a cigarette butt in our yard. Not cool. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are nice to me in person and on the phone (when they answer). Again, maybe my expectations were too high for an HVAC company, but Trinity really needs to get their stuff together. I'll never go through them again.

Started calling places but no one could come out for several days. Quality Comfort said they could be here in 2 hours and they were! Turned out to be a frozen condensate line (you'll remember it was 19 degrees last Christmas morning). Andrew also adjusted other issues that were out of spec (e.g. gas pressure) and spent about an hour going over the system. Total cost to come out on Christmas day? $279 which i think is a bargain.

Each person that has come to our home has been pleasant and appears technically sound. In January of this year one of our units, of almost 20years, went toes up and needed replacing. The install went well and we had heat upstairs again. They even cleaned up the debris and attic floor. Fast forward to this week. My 10 mo old grandson and daughter were visiting and the upstairs thermostat where they stay went dead as a doornail as they were heading up for the night (8 pm-ish). After calling the thermostat company I called CF and spoke to a dispatcher, within 30 minutes a tech, Bobby, called and gave me some troubleshooting tips. I had already checked all the breakers. I decided not to lug the vacuum cleaner upstairs to the attic nor down into the crawlspace to unclog the drain pipes and potentially get it back online. Bobby offered to put in a service call for the next day, it would have been after 11 pm before he could have gotten here. The kids spent the night on the couch on the lower level where it was cooler. The next day I had a service call set up. As luck would have it, Bobby was my technician so he already knew what was going on. This was the first time the unit had really been put through the paces for cooling as outside temperatures rose. Bobby C. kept me informed throughout the process, indicated it was a warranty service call, so no charge! He educated me on the problem, his planned resolution and what to do should it occur again. Maybe . Called the company and they said they'd have a guy out but then the owner called and said too bad so sad no one can come until tomorrow after 10.
