Food was okay. Menudo was a little bland. That's all I remember, as sadly I was not impressed.

I had to order 25 tacos for my work so I went up to this cancun the day before to preorder the tacos. Myrium was there to take my order and was very sweet! The next morning she was also there. She had my order out in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a bunch of different kinds of tacos with a bunch of sides and the order was exactly what I wanted. Everyone loved the tacos as well. The food is absolutely disgusting. The cheese enchiladas were made from something worse than velveeta. They have no customer service. We made an order for over $100 to be delivered. Three drivers went to pick it up and they couldn't find it. The restaurant forgot to check the online orders, from their very own website. So we had to call it in. The man got the order and repeated it. It was correct when he repeated it. It was wrong, items were missing and completely wrong. We called and talked to Michael, he said, and Michael was not interested in assisting with the making the order correctly. Then he hung up on us. The carne guisada is to die for. The tacos are huge the meat is tender just perfect. The staff is friendly and lovely. The restaurant is well lit with tint on windows so the Texas heat isn't an issue. The serving sizes are huge and it's very affordable. I love this place. read more

This was so bad. It literally tasted rotten. Overpriced "beef fajita" quesadilla is the thin cheap kind even though they charge $2 extra for it. It's also on a pretty small tortilla so it's not even a good size. Comes with rice and beans but no pico or toppings. The chicken fajita taco came with only chicken and a slice of American cheese, not kidding. The chicken is what tasted rotten and the texture was like canned chicken, like it just fell apart in a weird way and it tasted horrible. My son had a soggy grilled cheese sandwich. The fries were ok, so there's that. Seriously some of the worst Mexican food I've had in corpus. Some of the worst food in general. read more

I love the food at Cancun and I suggest to everyone I know visiting Corpus to go there. The green sauce and tortillas are perfection. Great queso, GREAT migas. Their pork and beef dishes are always really good. I used to get the mini taquito plate all the time with pastor. I came here for years with friends on a weekly basis and it was always great. I love going back here. The breakfast tacos are awesome. Sometimes the coffee is even very good! (Unexpected for a casual breakfast place). My sister and I took our mom to Cancun for Sunday lunch. Our lunch was very unacceptable. When we first sat down at our table we asked for our drinks and an order of "chilie con caseo" spelling is off but an order of cheese dip. We also told her we wanted that before our food. The waitress brought us our drinks and we reminded her again before she took our order. Our food came and still no dip. The food tasted like it haf set on a counter for a little while because the enchiladas, tacos, rice, beans etc. were all cold. When the cheese dip arrived, you guessed it, that was cold as well. Great food at Cancun. It's the old Goosefeathers building if you haven't been on that side of town in awhile. We had a huge party, they catered it well, one server and she knocked it out. The food came out super fast and was above average for mexican food in Corpus Christi. Clean restaurant, great margaritas and decent prices. Would come back here again! Well... I came because someone said there was a fried avocado to die for.. There is no fried avocado and the salsas suck. The green salsa was supposed to be good. It was terrible. This restaurant was my regular go to in the morning for breakfast tacos. They used to look much like the tacos that are in the photograph on yelp. However the past six months or so they've reduced the amount of fill ing they put in them by probably about half. As a result the ratio of tortilla to egg and filling is just no longer appropriate. I moved to other nearby restaurants and found some better breakfast tacos. I did go back this morning and tried it once more to see if maybe it was just a temporary problem. But no they are still small tacos I guess I'll continue to go to the competition for now. read more

We had a most wonderful time celebrating my mother's birthday here. The waitress (sorry, I don't recall her name) was out of this world! Being a vegetarian, I knew they had limited options. Our waitress was quick to suggest modifications to their dishes to accommodate my vegetarianism. The four of us shared a delicious assortment of veggie quesadillas, grilled onion and cilantro tacos, guacamole, chips and salsa, and a few non-veg items for our non-veg friends. We were all very happy! We also partook of their libations. They did not disappoint -- and their prices are great. My mother had tons of cherries in her Rum & Coke (the way she loves it), and my stepfather had a wonderfully chilled mug for his dark Modelo beer. My house Chardonnay was very tasty and substantial. Best taco place in town! I refuse to go anywhere else, the tortillas are always so perfect, I usually order a carne asada taco so flavorful or a breakfast taco, the staff is great and always quick. I stop here at least 3 times a week for breakfast it's delicious Mexican food! read more

So happy this new restaurant is down the street from us! They serve breakfast tacos all day and breakfast til 11am... yummy yummy pancakes! The prices are great as is the food. The other day for dinner, my husband had shrimp diablo, which was quite a big plate of food - enough for him to take some home (a rarity!) and I had 2 ceviche tostadas, 2 tacos and charros - oh AND we had chips, salsa & guacamole - our entire meal was about $20. Overall, their tacos were pretty good, however, I should've asked for more salsa because it was lacking by the time I got to my second taco. When Cancun first opened the food was very good. But I'm not going back. The last time I went there was a guy with an apron sitting on the ground at the back entrance smoking a cigarette. I've patronized this location for over two years. I've recommended it to family and friends and Facebook. Up until January I would have never imagined breakfasting elsewhere. Maybe a cook changed, definitely the drive thru staff changed and hostess/waitresses changed and it isn't what it used to be. Now I get home with wrong items, missing items or creations nobody would ever order. I brought home 16 breakfast tacos two weeks ago (5 kids and us), and every taco had cheese added to it. Who does this? I have never ordered cheese on any taco and I seriously doubt I did on 16 tacos.... Maybe it's a matter of training their staff better but I guarantee I won't set foot in Cancun again.
