Buyer beware!!!! I booked 5 days of driver service with this company when I found out that a previous driver I'd used (and loved) in Mexico was now working for Cancun shuttle. I sent an extremely detailed itinerary for the trip and was quoted $725 in total. I knew when I booked that this was higher than I should have paid but I really enjoyed the driver so I booked anyway. On day 3 of 5 Eduardo (the boss) insisted that we took longer on each outing and we would owe an additional $240 to the $725 total and our already outrageous prices. We ended up paying an additional $190 rather than the $240 but were rushed to the airport on our last day to spend 4 hours waiting in the terminal for our flights because the driver had another ride later. The entire conversation really put a damper on the vacation because we felt like we were already paying too much and were completely scammed by the end. I would highly recommend a different company. read more

On our trip from our hotel to the airport, they sent a van that was unable to accommodate our family, in spite of us clearly explaining that we were a party of 7, the same amount of people they successfully transported to our hotel. We were forced to hire a second cab. When we explained the situation to the Cancun Shuttle they refused to reimburse us for the additional expense we incurred due to their inefficiency. Out of unexplained compassion, I'm giving them two stars instead of one. My partner and I used Cancun Shuttle in April, 2018. We returned to Cancun in August and I went with Canada Transfers, and the contrast of services was like hell and heaven. Maybe it's good I waited to leave a review four months later having experienced heaven to Cancun Shuttle's hell. Suffice it to say, we returned to Puerta Juarez from Isla Mujeres -- with an international plane to catch, of course -- and waited 45 MINUTES after no less than three int'l calls trying to figure out if we'd ever get a ride. Then, the driver dropped us at the Wrong terminal in Cancun, requiring my partner and I, vulnerable, over a barrel with little to no Spanish, to hire a cab driver to take us to the next terminal for a $25US fare! Once home in the US, Cancun Shuttle refunded all of an $11 charge to my card. Horrible service! I'm pretty sure these guys are a third-party service that hire other drivers. Do not use this company. They didn't even show up for our return trip to the airport and we could not get in touch with them through the phone numbers on the yellow sheet we were given. We had to take a taxi. Then when I got home and tried to contact them about a refund, it was like pulling teeth and they did not want to give me a full half of what I paid. No explanation and barely an apology. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I've used them before but will never use them again. The only reason they get 1 star is because of the driver from the airport to the hotel. If something goes wrong, they do not care and are not there for their customers. We had the best experience using Cancun Shuttle! They were there waiting for us, the drivers were fantastic and for only $5 extra we had a private shuttle. It was so fast which was so refreshing after past shuttles in Mexico. read more

Definitely avoid! I made a reservation in advance specifically because I am a female solo traveler and was arriving around midnight, so I like to make sure I have my transportation arranged beforehand. When I arrived there was no one waiting for me, despite the fact that they had my flight number. I found a driver for Cancun shuttle who was there to pick up someone else. He said he would try to call someone but then basically ignored me. When I asked again he said one moment and then ran off with his customers. There was another employee named Marco (not sure what his role was, he didn't seem to be a driver), who informed me that there are no more cars available and "maybe they didn't know about you" (despite the fact that I showed him my reservation). He just nonchalantly suggested that I should just get a different car from a different company. I had to pay significantly more to get a taxi with super shuttle, and the whole ordeal cost me about an hour, meaning I didn't get to my hostel until 1:30am after over 20 hours of travel. read more

Don't use them. Impossible to reach. When my flight was canceled because of snow storm in NY they were impossible to reach. When they finally responded to my email they got my new information wrong. Looks like I am out my return trip money as I will have to get a taxi. I will never use them again and would not recommend. read more

Based on recommendations from Royal Resorts owners, we used Cancun Valet for our trip from the airport to The Royal Haciendas. Even though our flight was an hour late, and through all those waiting for other arrivals, my husband had no problem spotting our name on their sign. We were loaded into the van with a cold lemon scented washcloth...so refreshing...and on our way with our luggage in minutes. Look forward to using them again!!! read more

I have used Cancun Shuttle a few times but this time I was extremely disappointed. When we arrived at the airport, Paco greeted us, we were told the shuttle was on its way but it took them over an hr for them to pick us up. I had to asked multiple times on the status of the shuttle. We were waiting in the heat so it wasn't very comfortable. Prepaid a round trip ticket, but on the day of the pick up to go back to the airport i called 15mins after my appt time and was told that because they tried to call me to confirm and since I didn't pick up they canceled my reserevation and that they didnt have anymore shuttles available that day. I specifically told the driver the first day that I confirmed the day of pick up at the hotel because I do not have cell phone service to call back. I even gave them the hotel information in case they needed to reach me. Was told I would get a partial refund but I have never received it. Tried contacting them through email but have not gotten a response. Had to pay a taxi fare to the airport in order to make my flight on time. Never again will I use this company! Cancun Shuttle was great- they made it easy for us to from the hotel to our resort. Easy to book online- I would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Cancun. So easy, so reasonable and very courteous! Enjoyed Roberto & Eduardo's help and chatting! So nice. Anyone who complains it took abit, the fine print says you leave within in an hour if you are on a group shuttle... so book private if you dont want to wait! read more

TERRIBLE! We waited over an hour in the heat for a private shuttle that we booked and paid for in advance for our arrival time. We even arrived about 10 mins late, so at least that is 10 mins we didn't have to wait outside in the heat. They only had one check-in guy at the airport sidewalk and he was just overwhelmed. There were several other couples waiting to for a shuttle and folks were starting to get angry. I asked the staffer several times about the status and he just kept saying 5 mins, 5 mins. I quickly learned he was saying that to everyone that was waiting. The van ride was rough! The vans are old and falling apart. The A/C didn't work well, so after standing in the hot sun for over an hour, it was disappointing to get into this old, dirty van with barely A/C. We booked this round trip. We stayed at Hotel Ziva. On the return trip, the driver was 45 mins late! The hotel called the service several times for us, and guess what, yes; 5 mins, 5 mins! It seemed like we got the same old, dirty van for our return trip. Just a horrible experience with this company. We are returning to Hotel Ziva next year, but we would not be using Cancun Shuttles! There were several other shuttle services there that looked more professional, van were nicer and people were being picked up as soon as they walked out the airport. There's a reason Cancun Shuttles has only 3 stars after only 25 reviews, it's because they are simply horrible. Stay clear of them if you want to start your vacation off right! read more

Beware, their drivers demand a HUGE tip. We were with him from Puerto Juarez to the Airport in Cancun. When we arrived he demanded a large tip from us. We had a $5 dollar US bill and a $500 peso bill. We offered him the $5 dollar US bill and he laughed at us saying that it was not enough. We then asked him if had change and he said no, I know for a fact he was lying because I saw numerous bills on him. We said that's all we had and then he turned angry. He got in my face and was very upset. It was to the point where I became worried about my family. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. read more
