Those holding the Happy Shuttle sign notified the driver, who arrived w/in 10 minutes for our journey to our resort. Upon arrival, we chose a pick up time for our hotel pick up at the end of our vacation. Later, after thinking about it, I wanted an earlier time (just in case). I messaged them and they quickly responded and said changing the time was no problem. On the day of pick up, they arrived 10 minutes early and we got to the airport without any worries. Both trips, we had booked a private shuttle. Each time we had a nice van with more than enough room. Price was extremely reasonable as far as I was concerned. If we do ever go back to Cancun, I wouldn't hesitate booking them again.

It was basically an "open" service, meaning we reserved a private transfer to use any way for an allotted amount of time - 4, 6, or 8 hours. We reserved 6 hours ($200) for drive to Tulum, lunch, and either snorkeling or cenotes. Again, they were there early to pick us up and drive us where we needed/wanted within our 6 hours. They did not respond but instead sent texts asking what excursions were of interest to us. please book your transportation with your hotel or at least read reviews for this company. The experience is similar for a large number of their travelers. They do not show up!

I booked with Oscar online in advance, and got a good deal. Oscar was there, and he helped me load my bags into the van. I was the only passenger, and we were off immediately. Oscar followed all the traffic rules and made good conversation along the way. He's knowledgeable about Mexican hot sauces. He got me to my destination safely and cheaply and I got some good food suggestions while I was at it.

In a nutshell, we went trolling the first two hours (us watching the mate adjusting his line for 2 hours, no bites at all, sitting in Diesel fumes, I could have told him after 1 hour). Then they finally gave up and started to adjust the rods for bottom fishing, i was thinking we finally get to fish, but no. It was our mate and captain doing the fishing, when there finally was a bit, they would handle the rod over and let us reel it in, that was it. We had a few bites, each one of us got to reel in one time (one guy never even touched a rod). After an hour it was back to trolling and back into the marina (I have a feeling they really wanted to catch something big and that probably makes them more money than our tips). Essentially, we all paid good $ to watch those 2 guys fish (Double trouble was the boat) for 4 hours. Don't do it is all I can say, waste of money and time.
