When I politely texted her about it, instead of trying to fix the issue she basically fired me as a client and told me to find another nail shop. I was honestly confused because I never disrespected this woman or caused any problems. She also clearly does not like when clients speak up about not liking a color or ask for changes, and that's the only reason I can think of for the attitude switch. What makes it even weirder is she acted completely normal when I left, then even texted me Happy Mother's Day the next day. So this whole reaction came out of nowhere. The crazy part is I never even asked for a refund. She immediately offered one before I even mentioned money. I take pride in my self-care and simply wanted my nails fixed after a poor application job. Instead of standing behind her work, she chose to tell me not to come back. I was nothing but nice and respectful the entire time, so this whole situation was disappointing and honestly unprofessional.

I didn't make an appointment and just did a walk-in for a fill and pedicure. I was greeted right away and asked to wash my hands first which I liked. I sat at Ben's chair for my nails first. They were a bit of a mess as I took the acrylic off my nails myself from my previous salon I went to. He got to work and made me feel very comfortable and also made suggestions on a healthier option for my nails. He was engaging and actually talked to me. The first time it was a pleasant experience, the second time I found it strange the staff pointed a finger at me before laughing about something, and the third time it was okay at best. This most recent visit, the lady servicing my mom had a little attitude and the gentleman servicing me did not check with me if I liked my french tips or not (when they all checked and asked last time) before curing them. As you can see, he was most definitely playing in my toes. I did not want anymore trouble today, so I did not really bother to ask for it to be corrected. Although, I did ask my technician if it was too late for him to correct it, to which he said "It's already dry". I was already overstimulated with the place being packed like sardines on a Thursday morning and just wanted to leave. I am especially disappointed since they have done better in the past. I really do not know what the issue could be since I have always been polite, said please and thank you, tipped more than 15% every time (except for this last time), etc. I hope they can do better.
