When inquiring about a store front location I was very rudely informed that she thought it was a complete waste of $25,000 a month to have a store front. Her customers won't go to a store to buy cotton candy she spat at me over the phone. I quickly corrected her and said, well I consider myself a customer and noticed the local delivery on the website so I was curious to see if there was a store front. I have since changed by mind and will not patronize her - so I guess she was correct in a way. After reading through the reviews here, I was expecting a much different Yasmeen and a warmer interaction. I would highly advise her to invest in someone with better phone skills and to be less of a witch when on the phone. The same message could have been delivered to me in a more professional manner and ultimately created a customer. Missed opportunity here.

Never going back , expensive, horrible customer service and uncaring. I went in a few days ago and…read morepurchased two apples. One had peanuts, and the other was chocolate. The lady using the knife to slice the apples used the same knife for both. When I asked if she could use a new knife because I'm allergic, she and her coworker told me they couldn't use a different one since it was already contaminated. They said they use the same utensils for everything when preparing the apples and that all apples are cross-contaminated with everything in the store. I've been there multiple times and have never been told that there was a risk for allergy concerns. They were also rude when I tried to understand how everything could be contaminated with peanuts. This happened after I had already paid and was told I couldn't get a refund.

Her stores are closing due the increasing costs of products to produce this deluxe chocolate. She even won Chocolatier (probably not spelling the correctly, sorry Kate~) of the year, and the ONLY women What a SHAME!!!! This is a Dallas based store, and in a high-end area, which should be able to afford such a DELITE:) and be able to support her shop. We stopped at Kate Weiser for a journey in chocolate. We visited many of the flavor stops that they offered and found quite a few of them that were indeed explosive in taste. There were maybe 20 or more combinations and my son and I selected ones to fill our boxes with. We hung out for a bit eating this one or that one while drinking our waters. The staff here were fun, They knew their stuff, and they were very attentive. Honestly some of the flavors were meh... one or two were yuck, but the majority of them took us on a trip of flavor transcendence! Wow!! They looked almost as good as they tasted. True small confectionary works of art that were so perfect they looked fake. It was an awesome stop for my son and I. We had lots of fun and would come back again any time we are in the area.
