Really disappointed with the service today. There was a lady waiting before I even got in. Took them 5mins just to get her online order. A young woman walked into the lobby, handed her the order, saw myself and another lady wait and then just walked away. We waited another 5mins and I had to yell just for someone to come out. This is simply for the delivery experience at this location. What would've made this a five star review is the website confirmations once an order is placed and delivered. There was no notification once I placed my order that the person I was sending it to received it. When I called the store, one of the employees seemed to be annoyed with me asking if my delivery was confirmed. I had to speak with the manager who apparently only saw the order went through via their back way system. I appreciate the cakes making it to the destination on time but the operations side needs some work and kinder customer service. Hope this helps the team make some changes. read more

Since this is a place I normally pickup deliveries for, I had to try their cakes to see what all the hype was about... It's now become one of our favorite cakes when we want some dessert! The women at the register was very helpful. I ordered a two confetti and one was placed in a decorative bag with a birthday popper, two oreo cream and one strawberry cream. Their oreo is a new flavor so it is pretty popular but my favorite it the classic lemon, red velvet, or confetti. My cakes were delicious and I will be sure to return. read more

Omg!!!! Love the bundtlets. So excited to have another option for Gluten FREE. Lemon Raspberry is my new favorite. My boys got red velvet and basically inhaled. Service was decent. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is here! I came in looking for a gender reveal cake for my husband and I. This is our first baby and we wanted to something intimate for our gender reveal. The ladies at this store were WONDERFUL! I told them what I was looking for and explained that it is for my husband and I and that neither of us know, so I would have to show them the results from our blood test. These ladies went above and beyond. The swiped my card for me and threw away the receipt because it would have shown the color on both the payment screen and receipt. They were so kind and so excited for me. I even got the cake less than 15minutes later! On top of all that, the cake was delicious! The location in Murphy is closest location. I am writing this because neighbors experienced what I did. When ordering the lady behind the counter was so rude to my daughter and I. Ordered a cake online this morning ( at least 2 hours prior to pick up). Answered the question online about being served within 3 hours and use a box instead of the wrap. Got to the store, no cake. Very disorganized! Showed up to get bundtinis to take to a party and they were sold out. Ordered a decorated cake and they said it would take 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting while 3 other people that walked in to order last minute decorated cakes get their orders in 10-15 minutes. Told twice that they were working on it and would be any minute. Then came out and told me it was a miscommunication and they would offer a refund. At this point, I just needed to get out of there so i just took the sloppily decorated cake and got out of there. No refund given and super late to the party. Thanks NBC! read more

We are big fans of NBC, have been to this place many times.. but in the last couple visits noticed that the cakes we got are not fresh. The cake seemed to be dried out.. NBC used to be awesome. Fresh cakes that were not refrigerated. But somewhere along the line someone decided this is what you should be doing. Now all the cakes taste gross, like cake that has been sitting in the refrigerator too long. The quality and taste has just plummeted and whenever someone brings them into the office or the last few time I have purchased on my own everyone sighs and remembers how much better you used to be. Also, you got rid of the cinnamon Bundt cake. That was the best one!! The ONLY reason I gave two stars is for the great staff in Murphy. They are always fast and friendly. Please stop the refrigeration. Can you imagine if Tiff's Treats stopped selling fresh cookies and put them in the refrigerator. It would kill sales and happy customers. read more

There are few things in this world that make my husband act like a crazy fool. A nice steak is one and apparently a bundtlet is the other. After receiving one of these delicious pieces of heaven for my birthday, I wanted to share the goodness with him. He couldn't care any less about any food unless it's steak so he literally whined about having to take me. After picking out the flavor he didn't want, we grabbed forks, which he thought was ridiculous, and headed to the car. One yummy bite and he was hooked. He's now an addict. I think he may crave them even more than I do! For someone who doesn't like sweets and only ever wants meat and potatoes, this guy will do anything for a bundlet! Five Stars all the way. Staff was very helpful, and the cakes are AWESOME. Very moist, great flavor, and the frosting (which I usually do not like) was very good and tasted surprisingly light. Thumbs up on all the flavors our group tried, everyone was raving :) We had the marble, carrot (no nuts or raisins) in the bundtlet size, which was perfect for a single person with a sweet tooth. And we also ordered a dozen bundtinis of four standard flavors (including lemon, chocolate and red velvet). It is a bit pricey (a dozen bundtinis were $18) but worth it for a specialized treat. They have various sizes depending on need--from bundtinis (which are a one or two bites) all the way up 10' cakes and tiered cakes. One star deduction because we initially were interested in getting a cake, but were quoted 30minutes to frost (no special frosting or lettering, just the their standard frosting). Also when we asked if we could choose a different combination of bundtini flavors for the dozen, any deviation from their standard would require another 30minutes. So, flavors are great, and I'll definitely be looking for their bundts in the future, but if you want to get something besides exactly what you see in the case, you might want to call ahead to save some time. read more

Super moist, rich, and comforting cakes! I love getting the bundtlets as single-serving treats - My favorite is red velvet! Usually cream cheese frosting is sickeningly sweet, but these are a perfect balance with the rich red velvet. Staff is super friendly! I was eyeing the empty sample station, and the lady at the counter noticed and said, "Don't worry, I think samples are coming out soon!" Sure enough, mini lemon cakes with perfect dollops of frosting came out seconds later, which were the perfect pregame to my actual cake. :) read more
