We were 359 miles from home. Several tow places were 48 hour wait. No problems with Car Wars. The beautiful capable folks had their truck and driver out within an hour. Josh gets a six star review. He was kind, efficient , respectful and creative. He's a trusted hero. Drove from Orange to Fort Worth and delivered our car carefully to our drive way late at night. Did I say it was not easy? Pictures tell the story. It was exactly what we needed at the time. It was beyond valuable. Price was expected as it was 350 plus miles ! We purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4 with the expectation of quality, dependability, and above all, support--especially under warranty. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. We live on a fixed income, and my husband has significant health issues, making reliable transportation not just a convenience but a necessity. I only use the car for light local driving--to yoga, the grocery store, multiple weekly doctor visits, and occasionally Houston for holidays. The car currently has only 16,687 miles, which is well below the typical mileage for a vehicle of this age. Since purchasing the vehicle, the Check Engine Light has come on three separate times, each causing serious disruption to our lives: First Incident (June 2024): I dropped off the car at the dealership. The transporter who drove me home was impolite and uncommunicative. I was not offered a loaner vehicle--despite the warranty--and had to arrange my own transportation. I was also charged for the repair, even though the car is under warranty. Second Incident (August 15, 2024): The same day I had it serviced, the car completely shut down and stranded me in the extreme heat for three hours, unable to secure or leave the vehicle. My son had to come assist me, and the car was eventually towed. Parts were replaced, including the fuel purge pump, power control module, and more. Once again, I was refused a loaner vehicle during repairs. Third Incident (May 27, 2025): After paying $307.90 for a routine oil change and maintenance, the vehicle broke down again within two hours. The air conditioner failed, smoke came from the hood, and the car completely shut off. A nearby fireman kindly assisted and found that the oil dipstick was completely dry. We were again stranded in the sweltering heat for over three hours--this time with my husband inside the vehicle, unable to find relief from the heat due to the lack of power. When I later described what happened to a dealership employee, including the visible smoke coming from under the hood, I was dismissively told that it was "not smoke--it was steam." I found this comment not only inaccurate but also insulting--it dismissed the seriousness of the situation and made me feel unheard and disrespected after a very stressful and dangerous experience. Since Tuesday (now Saturday), the dealership has kept the car with no clear resolution and no loaner vehicle, despite promising I'd have it back by Thursday. I have upcoming medical appointments on Monday and still no vehicle or updates. This has been an incredibly stressful and disheartening experience. I chose Cadillac for its reputation of excellence, but my experience with this dealership has been the opposite. I urge management and GM to reevaluate how this location is treating its customers--especially seniors relying on dependable transportation for essential needs. We are not just frustrated--we are exhausted, concerned for our health and safety, and deeply disappointed.

Brought it in to get repaired and the only thing that was done was they sent it to Classic Chevrolet to put a new radio in.(which is still broken) I picked up my car Monday and it's still making the same noise and the air conditioner only blows cold when you're driving. If you're just sitting there like at a red light it doesn't blow cold (it blows between 70-75°) so I went back up there today and took one of the managers Kevin Lee with me for a drive and he pretended like he didn't hear anything. Then I took the service manager for a ride and he clearly heard the noise I was talking about and said that it should be blowing just as cold while I'm stopped. Mind you I took a road trip to Louisiana and it totally quit blowing all together. They said that they won't fix it because it hasn't "failed" yet. Then said "you do realize you bought a used car right?" And I said yes and it had a 1,000 mile warranty and y'all said y'all would fix this problem the day after I bought it. I was also told that my 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty was up (they had my car for almost 3 weeks!!!)I was up there for 3 hours today and they told me they wouldn't fix it.
