Early on 1/26/16, seven customers vehicles were broken into because the dealership was negligent and placed our vehicles on their unsecured lot over night after being serviced. They told me that I did not have to come in as they will be taking care of the damages (including rain saturating the inside of the car which they failed to mention over the phone). I was so upset after seeing all of the interior damage and items stolen from my vehicle. On the other hand, Ben Case, the General Manager was condescending and rude! He didn't want to meet with us. We reiterated the importance of speaking with him privately so we do not disrupt the sales floor. Ben didn't listen to our concerns. Instead he argued with us about not restoring the car to the original state. He said he needed time to access the issue and they will take responsibility, but only wanted to do minor fixes. Ultimately, this will affect my trade in value. We brought up mold concerns and he aggressively asked us questions about how it grows. He even went to google the answers in his defense. His behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and insensitive. He made us feel like we were distracting him from doing his job, yet he was unable to provide us with answers to a simple solution. Classic Acura did not take the proper steps to fully evaluate the damages of my car nor show any concern. I found it in my best interest to file a claim with my insurance. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service manager informed us we owed money for servicing my car on Monday. We asked if the costs would be waived after everything that occurred. She said she mentioned that concern to Ben, but he told her to charge us anyways. After delivering my car to my mechanic, they removed the high grade plastic covering revealing exterior damages to the paint and window trim. These damages were not listed on the labor and parts report.The damages totaled over $2600. read more

**Update** I just had a second experience this year with Kevin Lee and Classic Acura. My mom only went out once during the COVID lockdown to check on someone, and when she did she totaled her car! I spent a few weeks looking for a replacement vehicle for her. I tried dealing with one local dealership and got the same runaround, high prices, and refusal to negotiate I have dealt with there repeatedly in my many years in SETX. So I decided to go see Kevin at Classic Acura again and see what he could do for me. He quickly helped me find a great deal on a great used vehicle. The price was already $500 under blue book, and he/they negotiated with me further from there. It isn't easy finding a decent vehicle at a decent price for someone on a fixed income like my mother. But Kevin treated us great and helped us find something that fit the bill. I really appreciated him treating me well back in February when I purchased my vehicle. I can't even express how much I appreciated him treating my mother well when I brought her to him this month. The employees were beyond helpful and very kind about every question and interaction I had with them, making it much easier to make my decision without pressure. BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME. After the Hurricane Harvey aftermath, with my home and my vehicles, I did not know where to start or how I was going to replace everything.
